Smaller cities like Richmond and Petersburg, VA seems very tame by comparison to large cities like Detroit, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York City. However, Richmond being being 50.4% nigger and Petersburg at 79.0% nigger, I am sure if you go into these cities at night you will find more than their share of TNB. In fact, Richmond in particular has made a name for itself with constant TNB since the early 90s. Wherever they are in any large percentage, they are destroyers of anything decent and good. They cannot help it, it is definitely in their DNA to destroy.
