Swearing and insults turn people off straightaway.
Mention Jews on the front page, or swear, insult or include Nazi symbols and it will automatically be thrown into the bin by most before they even open it.
The cover should look innocuous and innocent just like the cover of any other magazine.
One could consider including:
1) a range of stats on sexual diseases being prevalent in blacks referring to the Centres for disease control stats
2) black crime rates referring to the US DOJ website
3) one could list what people can actually do
4) there could also be a recommended reading list with mainstream and specialised books and websites
