Once again, if I were the Grand Dictator Emperor in Europe, the amount of rapefugees missing would be well over a million. My troops would just shoot them on sight and the corps of engineers would just bulldoze them into shark infested waters. The troops would keep a rough count so we'd know that the problem was being solved continuously. Skulls would be put on stakes at the main border crossings.
