This is for Firefox 2, which is what I use. At the top of the window, I clicked Tools -> Options -> Content -> Manage File Types, then found the MP3 file extension in the list that popped up. I then clicked "Change Action" and chose the "Save To Disk" option. Then clicked apply, or ok or whatever.

After doing that, when clicking on jimmy's link a dialog box popped up allowing me to save the file to my hard drive. A side note, however: the file saved without the .mp3 file extension, so when it gets done, find it on your disk and rename it to "goyfire58.mp3" or something similar so that it'll open up in your mp3 player.
