Also under the legal contract Willy signed with HAC that was filed in a Federal Court, where it states HAC "did nothing wrong", that for every violation of contract by Willy to disparage HAC he is liable for, fined and to pay HAC $10,000. Willy from just the easy to document disparagements would likely own HAC over $2 Million dollars by now, all under authority of a Federal Agency, and Federal Bankruptcy Court as stated in the contract. He only won pre-final hearing procedural issues because Willy at that time through criminal intent was trying to use (through fraud and criminality) the courts as a means to locate HAC to have him murdered. But in the end Willy settled the matter, and they did have a contract Willy signed that stated HAC didn't do anything wrong, and Willy was prohibited from lying about, or disparaging HAC in future at a $10,000 per violation deterrent in this legally binding contract that was filed in FEDERAL COURT. So you see Willy and his minions and repeaters are nothing but liars, and tied to plots and conspiracy to murder.

It is Williams' statements that are all lies, and legally actionable. It is Willy who committed many criminal assaults, criminal batteries, and felony grand larceny (Willy is the THIEF) against Dilloway. Also this was all testified to by Board members in court, and presented in the criminal case.
