Sometimes displaying the Swastika is appropriate for public activities and other times it is not.
Yes, it attracts attention.
But, frankly, it also places a psychological barrier between National-Socialists and the White public.
So its use is a tactical call made by the person organizing the activity: does he want to attract attention, or interact directly with his target audience?
