Lawless America: George Soros Funded Prosecutor Drops Charges Against Two Involved In Austin Mass Shooting, Third Suspect Remains At Large

Police and prosecutors are dragging their feet in solving the June 12th mass shooting in Austin.

The race of the suspects, all of them black, is complicating an otherwise straightforward case. 15 people, many of them innocent bystanders, were shot in a gun battle involving two groups of blacks near a strip of bars.

Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza announced yesterday that his office was dropping charges against two individuals involved in the shootout, one which is not named due to being a minor.

The suspect who was arrested and is now free, Jeremiah Tabb, had shot someone in a separate incident at a high school just one week before the Austin mass casualty event. Garza embarrassed the Austin Police Department with his decision to drop charges against Tabb and his fellow gang member, but the APD assured the public that the two were nonetheless active participants in the incident.

Police are pinning the entire shooting on 19-year-old De'ondre Jermirris White, who almost two weeks later remains at large. While the FBI could utilize its resources to quickly track the armed and dangerous White down, the state's federal resources are currently occupied with wild goose chases "foiling" informant directed plots by Islamo-Nazi "domestic terrorists."

DA Garza, who was installed into power by Jewish Wall Street speculator George Soros, is a Black Lives Matter supporter who runs a fake labor union dedicated to open borders and legal advocacy for illegal aliens. Garza was endorsed alongside other billionaire financed DAs overseeing exploding murder rates by the Jewish communist, Liza Featherstone, who praised him as a crusader against "racism" in the criminal justice system. He also enjoyed support for his well funded campaign from the Austin Democratic Socialists of America.

The question of how a man charged with a shooting at a school could be involved in another shooting just a week later and not face any repercussions is answered by internal guidelines Garza's office has implemented. Under the new system, prosecutors and judges are strongly encouraged to release criminals back into the street regardless of the violent nature of their offense.

In his first six months in office, Garza started emptying his city's jails, aggressively prosecuting often frivolous sexual harassment allegations, and putting the microscope on his police department and how it deals with black suspects.

The outcome is as predicted. Austin is already on track to set a record for homicides in 2021.

Political Establishment and Antifa Launch Manhunt For Men Who Spray Painted George Floyd Statues While Public Expresses Support For "Vandals"

For years, anarchists and black grievance groups have been smashing, vandalizing and defacing statues and monuments dedicated to white peope, who they dislike for racial reasons. Politicians and law enforcement have either expressed support for the criminal behavior or refused to prosecute it.

Now, statues and murals dedicated to George Floyd are, according to the media, being tagged with "PatriotFront.us" by a nationalist group of the same name. This act of tit-for-tat civil disobedience has stirred anti-white groups and politicians into an uncontrolled rage.

In New York, the city's presumptive next Mayor Eric Adams is demanding the FBI investigate who splashed paint on a bust of Floyd in Brooklyn. The physical ode to Black Lives Matter that has come to symbolize institutional anti-white hatred and exploding black crime rates to much of the public is not federal property. If the law is applied as it is meant to, the FBI would be out of its jurisdiction.

Governor Andrew Cuomo, whose political career is collapsing under accusations of incompetence that killed numerous elderly people from COVID and a slew of sexual harassment complaints, roared on Twitter that he was unleashing the NYPD Hate Crimes unit to find the men or man who painted the Floyd monument.

He ended the message by spewing that people who politically disagree with him should "Get the hell out of our state."

Selective Prosecution

New York state has been the site of some of the most egregious yet officially tolerated hate crimes and acts of vandalism for the past year. Some of the targets anarchist and Jewish groups hit were Church property, such as numerous instances of Virgin Mary statues being smashed and spray painted, while figurative displays of a variety of white men were also regularly brazenly destroyed. Nobody was ever arrested for these attacks nor was much of an effort ever made to find them.

Over the past year, numerous officials have gone so far as to express support for the attackers. Last year in Boston, when a statue of Christopher Columbus -- a symbol representing the Italian-American heritage -- had its head removed by anarchists, Mayor Marty Walsh expressed support for the hate crime and subsequently permanently removed the remains of the sculpture.

The scramble to utilize an all-hands-on-deck law enforcement response to find the culprits behind the sprayed protests against George Floyd monuments represents an ideological double standard to people in the country who have looked on with dismay as police tolerate or even help violent anti-white hate groups destroy public property.

Public Shows Support For Patriot Front

An examination of comments on social media sites such as Youtube underneath news videos on the recent acts of civil disobedience shows that the overwhelming majority of the public either supports the actions or believes that it is unfair to selectively prosecute them.

Anthony Cumia, the former first mic on the legendary radio show Opie & Anthony, declared on his program that he did not understand how painting blackface on a black man could be racist.

Most websites that allow open comments sections feature ordinary people not affiliated to any political group celebrating the action.

If the FBI and prosecutors decide to ruthlessly pursue the alleged perpetrators, they run the risk of galvanizing the frustrated white masses behind them, a catch-22 that is likely being discussed at high levels.

Whether media reports of Patriot Front's involvement are accurate or not, the group is certain to enjoy new interest and popular support from the media coverage the incident is receiving.

Professional athletes played a singular role during this turbulent period of self-examination, standing up for their views in a highly polarized environment. How do some connect to the traditional Jewish concept of social justice, known in Hebrew as tikkun olam? And if they are not explicitly motivated by anything Jewish, then how can these athletes inspire others to repair the world by standing up for others?

What exactly is critical race theory, and how is it apparently — in the words of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican who is seen as a potential presidential candidate — teaching our kids “to hate each other” and “hate our country”?

Critical race theory is a body of ideas associated not with the discipline of history but with the practice of law. Adherents believe that the legacy of slavery is baked into American society and culture to such a degree that African-Americans continue to suffer long-term, systemic economic harm. It suggests that discussing reparations should be on the national agenda (hence the origin of these ideas among legal scholars).

The impact of systemic racism may be measured, for example, in things as diverse as the wealth gap between white and Black Americans with similar educations and the declining tree cover in neighborhoods with majority African-American populations. Critical race theorists look to the history of government policies from the 1930s like redlining, under which the Federal Housing Authority refused to underwrite mortgages in African-American neighborhoods with the explicit goal of separating “incompatible racial groups.” Blacks were, like Jews, forbidden to buy homes in newly developed suburbs, while white Americans received help from the government to purchase homes in these leafy neighborhoods and to build generational wealth.

BET to air ‘Black x Jewish,’ a short special about Blacks and Jews in America

(JTA) — The Black Entertainment Television channel is airing a special Thursday night on the relationship between Black and Jewish communities, and how the roots of antisemitism and racism are intertwined.

“Black x Jewish” is the brainchild of Lacey Schwartz Delgado, a filmmaker known for her award-winning 2014 film “Little White Lies,” which tells her unique story: She was brought up in a white Jewish family, believing she was fully white, but learned in college that her biological father was a Black man with whom her mother had an affair.

Her 30-minute BET show examines the “connection between racism and antisemitism in the American context and how they come together,” she told the Forward. It begins with the framing of the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, which brought together white supremacists and antisemites. That morning, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock claimed victory in their respective Senate races, becoming Georgia’s first Jewish and first Black senators.

An Israeli billionaire has reportedly implicated himself in a corruption scandal after filing court documents that allegedly show he’d paid $360 million in bribes to officials for mining rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The documents, which were submitted to arbitration proceedings in Israel on behalf of mining tycoon Dan Gertler, reportedly included an affidavit that apparently revealed how some $360,292,535 in cash was lent to a company that used it to pay large sums to a senior public official in Congo.

According to newspaper Haaretz, it is apparently the biggest sum of money an Israeli has ever been suspected of paying as bribes. The paper reported that details of the scandal emerged over the course of a joint investigation by the UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Swiss authorities, into an inter-continental money-laundering network that stretched from Europe to Africa.

(JTA) — The ancestry of the son of a Jewish refugee in the Democratic Republic of Congo has emerged as a flashpoint for a political crisis that is threatening the integrity of the massive African country.

The crisis came to a head last week when lawmakers loyal to President Felix Tshiseked introduced a bill that would restrict the presidency to those with two Congolese parents.

It’s a thinly veiled move against Moise Katumbi, one of Congo’s most popular politicians, whose father was a Greek Jew who fled the Holocaust in Europe and settled in Congo, where he married a local woman, Katumbi’s mother.

Rabbi Menachem Margolin, chairman of the European Jewish Association and an ally of Katumbi, condemned the bill, saying it’s “an outrage that in 2021 a person can be disqualified for having a Jewish parent.”

Complicating matters further is the fact that Katumbi hails from the province of Katanga, a mineral-rich area in the country’s east with a history of secessionism that he served as governor.
