. .one might say television is one of the cornerstones of power within the state . . our media is controlled. . it is one of the cornerstones of power besides legislature and executive.

Many people cannot live without television anymore . . it surely is a power in the state . .

It somewhat surpises me that Stephen King though sometimes finds it necessary to write under aliases... maybe he thinks some novels are too far out there?

TBH, I don't think people who are used to Stephen king could be shocked by many subjects anymore...
