Just heard it on the news while driving back home, they canceled the new city council's inaugural meeting which was expected to draw about 900 people due to the weather. Yes the roads are very slippery and the snow is still falling. So we'll cancel the protest as well. No point going there and get no exposure to our message. We'll do in another day.

Water fluoridation debate heats up in Calgary.

I suspect there are a helluva lot of politicians and toxic waste disposal 'experts' involved in this. Good starting point in tracking them down will be to 'follow the money' (as lawyers say). Who is getting money for selling (making it 'legal', etc.) this toxic melange and mixing it into our drinking water?

When I voted the poll results were: Yes 31.77% (129 votes) No 64.29% (261 votes) I'm not sure 3.94% (16 votes) Total Votes: 406 Excellent news! Excellent news! Calgary city council voted 10-3 to remove fluoride from drinking water.

Sometimes democracy does work for our benefit. Democracy would work beautifully in a White Nationalist country where only high IQ and highly ethical people were allowed to hold government positions.

Those two links were right next to each other on the am980.ca main web page. Dump HFSA in a lake and you'll be charged. Mix HFSA into city drinking water and you're saving people's teeth... supposedly.

Some good people in London pitched in together to have a big anti fluoride billboard put up at Wharncliffe & Horton. Went there today to take some photos.
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...00000512909064 I'm thinking of organizing a small (or big, depending on how many people are willing to come out) protest against fluoridation there at the billboard location, one or two weeks before the meeting on March 2 and another on March 2 at the city hall right before the meeting. I figure if a thousand or so people in London put enough collective pressure on the city hall, they should end fluoridation (and anything else harmful) of our city water soon.

It seems that many people were in favour of fluoridation mainly because of their ignorance of chemistry. Again, (this is high school chemistry) fluorine is the most reactive/corrosive element in the periodic table. Observe how it literally sets a brick on fire Fluoride is an ion of fluorine and although the fluoride ions floating around in your body are not as extremely reactive as pure elemental fluorine (you would die very quick and in agonizing pain if you breathed it in), they are always on a lookout to bind themselves to some atom that's easy to bind to, like calcium in your bones. The 'follow the money' issue came up briefly in the interview. Yes, I do think we should follow the money and jail every malicious public official/politician (the ignorant should be promptly removed from power) along with any malicious toxic waste industry 'experts' who promoted fluoridation.
