ICTY: Karadzic to receive verdict in March 2016, Mladic in November 2017
Published: Dec 24 SOURCE: Tanjug InSerbia with agencies BELGRADE – The verdicts in the trials of former president of Republika Srpska Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic will be delivered by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague in March 2016 and November 2017, respectively, ICTY spokesman Nikola Golcevski has said. Golcevski told Belgrade-based daily Danas that the exact date of reading out the verdict in Karadzic’s trial had not yet been determined, adding that the appeals process would be conducted before the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in The Hague, and the same went for Mladic. Karadzic and Mladic were separately charged with genocide against Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica in 1995, crimes against humanity and violations of the laws and customs of war in Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995 and participation in a joint criminal enterprise.

Dodik refers to Serb entity in Bosnia as "state"
RS President Milorad Dodik has said that the Serb Republic (Republika Srpska, RS) - the Serb entity in Bosnia - is "a state." Source: Beta Friday, January 8, 2016 The fact it is "being denied" speaks to its actual importance, he asserted, and added: "Without that state, Serbs in these areas, whose desire is to live in peace, stand no chance." "Serbs would not have stayed here for more than 20 years without the RS, because majority of them would not have accepted Bosnia-Herzegovina. For that reason the fight for the RS is the basic interest of all of us who live here," Dodik told Banja Luka daily Glas Srpske, adding that the entity "must be loved even when not everything in it is exactly the greatest." Speaking about the Constitutional Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina decision regarding RS Day, January 9, he asked "who gave the right to a court to, with three votes of foreigners and two of Bosniak (Muslim) judges, outvote other judges and make a ruling." The court said in November that January 9 cannot be a state holiday because it is also a Serbian Orthodox feast and patron saint day (slava). "The essence is that we must have a law on the Constitutional Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina, because without it it is a caricature. I am not ready to accept three foreigners and two Bosniaks making decisions for the Serb Republic. This fight is yet to be continued," he announced. Commenting on international community representatives who said his activities were undermining the Dayton peace agreement, and in that way the RS, Dodik said this was "a fabricated story, where those who have undermined the Dayton agreement massively, by imposing laws, now want to say they must deal with him (Dodik) because he is allegedly undermining Dayton." "I am not undermining Dayton, they've already done it to a considerable degree. I fight for Dayton and will persevere in that fight. Bosnia-Herzegovina cannot exist based on the violence of international representatives. As long as I live, I will fight for the RS," said Dodik. He then appraised that Bosnia-Herzegovina cannot survive as a country in the long term, "because its survival has no realistic basis." "Bosnia-Herzegovina is not a framework within which the RS can be free and develop. The strengthening of the centralist model of Bosnia-Herzegovina means a direct undermining of the RS, and I will never agree to that. Many people here don't understand nuances, and the nuance is precisely in that Bosnia-Herzegovina is not a state," the RS leader said.

Dodik: Since the war, 1,100 mosques have been built in Bosnia thanks to Saudi Qatari Turkish US and EU money
Published: Jan 12, 2016 InSerbia with agencies BELGRADE – Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said on Tuesday that there is a very real threat of terrorism in Bosnia in Herzegovina (BiH), which has a growing Wahhabi population Quoting figures from intelligence communities, he told TV Pink that an estimated 3,400 BiH residents are believed to be capable of carrying out terrorist attacks. I'd say almost every muslim is capable of carrying out something of varying degree. Not resisting the jew and allowing this hostile muzzie population to live with you is a threat. Around 500 people have already joined the Islamic State and some of them are now returning to the BiH, he said. Many have tried to conceal the fact that the murder of a police officer in Zvornik, Republika Srpska, was an act of terrorism, Dodik said. Since the war, 1,100 mosques have been built in BiH, and in Sarajevo alone, the number of mosques is now dramatically higher, he said. “In the new part of Sarajevo, there is a mosque built by a prince from Saudi Arabia that is a gathering place for wahhabis,” Dodik noted.

Serbs have to bow down to this vermin every day in Republika Srpska thanks to "The West".
Bosnia: Women Protest Hijab Ban In Judiciary WorldPublished: Feb 8, 2016 SOURCE: RFE/RL InSerbia with agencies BELGRADE – Some 2,000 people, mostly women, have protested in Bosnia’s capital against a ban on wearing the hijab, or Islamic headscarf, in courts and other legal institutions. The protesters marched for around an hour in the center of Sarajevo on February 7. Some of the demonstrators held banners with slogans such as “The hijab is my right.” Protest organizer Samira Zunic Velagic described the ban as a “serious attack against Muslim honor, personality, and identity” and said it aimed at depriving Muslim women of their right to work. The rally came after Bosnia’s judicial high council recently banned “religious signs” in judicial institutions. The ban concerns judges and other employees in the sector, and explicitly mentions the hijab, a scarf which covers hair, ears, and neck. The decision was condemned by Muslim political and religious leaders in the country, where Muslims make up about 40 percent of the population.

America and its EU puppets make Serbs renovate and reopen filthy mosques so their killers can have another important place to gather and plan future crimes.

Bosnia to Discipline Soldiers for Praising Karadzic The defence ministry has started disciplinary proceedings against two soldiers who publicly praised wartime Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic on social media. Rodolfo Toe BIRN Sarajevo The Bosnian defence ministry told BIRN on Monday that it has launched disciplinary proceedings against the two soldiers for publishing comments on social media praising Karadzic, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison for crimes against humanity including genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in March. Ministry spokesperson Uma Sinanovic said however that while an investigation was ongoing into the actions of the two soldiers, Goran Kovac and Vlado Vukovic, it was too early to say what kind of punishment they might face. “Our code of conduct envisages different sanctions for major and small infractions of discipline,” Sinanovic said. Kovac, a corporal serving in a demining battalion in the city of Capljina, a town at the southern border with Croatia, published a photo of Karadzic on his Facebook page the day before the international tribunal handed down its verdict with the message “Every Serb is Radovan”. After some people commented on the picture, saying that a member of the Bosnian Army should not express such views, Vukovic replied to the comments with a message calling Bosnian Muslims ‘poturci’, a derogatory term for Slavs who converted to Islam, Bosnian news agency Patria reported. Punishing the Kovac and Vukovic for their statements might prove to be difficult however, as there is no specific provision regulating the behaviour of Bosnian soldiers on social networks, media reports noted. Although there are rules dealing with the public appearance and conduct of members of the Bosnian Army, the defence ministry said that there is “no standard procedure” related to offences committed on social media, Sarajevo-based news website Klix reported

It is so obvious the corrupt nature of the political leaders in that region. The EU are obviously bunging these blighters as the actual people have shown again and again they want to be independent Serbia free from islam and the jews in whatever guise they are using.
The public policy of these bought and paid for politicians is Serbia must join the EU or perish and disappear off the face of the earth.I find it incredible they can get away with it though of course no better than western bought and paid for politicians. The Serbs should be demanding closer ties with Russia and appeal direct to Putin to save them from these EU lackeys.

The US is trying to take down the government and extinguish Republika Srpska by playing on the problems that exist and hoping to create disunity among Serbs
Clash of Ideas: Bosnian Serbs Rally for and Against Govt By radul radovanovic, associated press · BANJA LUKA, Bosnia-Herzegovina — May 14, 2016, 10:01 AM ET Tens of thousands of people rallied Saturday in separate demonstrations for and against the regional Bosnian Serb government in the northern city of Banja Luka, kept apart by police and barricades to prevent violence. The pro-EU Alliance for Changes is accusing the Bosnian Serb government of corruption and its leader Milorad Dodik of dictatorship, saying he has brought the region to the brink of financial collapse. The Alliance claims Bosnian Serbs would be much better off cooperating with others in the country on reforms to improve people's lives and get Bosnia into the 28-nation European Union. Dodik's camp accuses the opposition of betraying Bosnian Serb national interests, which according to him lie in seceding from Bosnia and creating a new Serb country with close ties to Russia. Bosnian Serbs fought in a 1992-95 war for secession and annexation to neighboring Serbia but the conflict ended with 100,000 dead with a peace agreement that left Bosnia's the external borders intact but divided the country into two regions — Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosniaks and Croats. Each have their own state-like institutions and are linked by a joint government, a three-member presidency and a parliament. International officials have repeatedly told Dodik the dissolution of the country is impossible but his obstructions to the functioning of the state have left Bosnia lagging on the road toward the EU. His opponents claim he wants a separate country so he can control the courts and hide his financial embezzlements that have enriched him and his allies but impoverished the people. Both sides brought thousands by bus Saturday to Banja Luka. Opposition supporters held banners saying "You will all go to jail," and demanded an early general election while Dodik's supporters carried pictures of him and Russian President Vladimir Putin. "If we do not have a country, we will be killed," Dodik told his supporters. "Republika Srpska is a country and we are defending it." He then sang a folk song with the lyrics "nobody can do us any harm, we are stronger than destiny." A few hundred meters (yards) away, opposition supporters called for his resignation and chanted "Thief! Thief!" The Alliance for Changes a year ago began revealing evidence of corruption Dodik and his allies were allegedly involved in as well as economic data showing how Bosnian living standards have eroded during his reign. One after the other, speakers at the opposition rally complained about the bad living conditions, how their retirements are the lowest in Europe and how the children of officials in Dodik's government own property abroad while theirs don't even have jobs. "Is this in the Bosnian Serb national interest?" asked Milana Karanovic-Miljevic, who came from Drvar, one of Bosnia's poorest towns. At both rallies, former soldiers who fought for Republika Srpska competed in patriotic speeches claiming their respective camp was the real keeper of the ideas of wartime leaders Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic. Both men are jailed by the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. One is convicted of war crimes and the other is on trial for genocide and crimes against humanity, committed while creating Republika Srpska. Adding to the confusion, Mladic's son appeared on the stage of the pro-government rally to greet Dodik's supporters, while Karadzic's daughter spoke on the other stage, greeting opposition backers. Both said they spoke on behalf of their fathers. The rallies ended peacefully.

U.S. analyst tells Dodik "RS will never be independent"
U.S. Balkans analyst Daniel Serwer says "no one will recognize the Serb Republic (Republika Srpska, RS) as an independent country," a Belgrade daily writes. Source: Vecernje novosti| Tuesday, May 17, 2016 The RS is the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and according to Serwer, as quoted by Vecernje Novosti, it must never reach for a referendum on secession, "and will never become an independent state." Serwer said that the RS could never get the support of the rest of Bosnia-Herzegovina for that, while "any attempt at secession would lead to a new conflict, like in the 1990s." This professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies is a known strong critic of the RS authorities and the entity's president, Milorad Dodik. His statement came in reaction to Dodik's address during a rally in Banja Luka on Saturday, when he mentioned Serwer by name. "Our state is the Serb Republic, we are not interested in worldwide charlatans, Daniel Serwer being among them. Nobody except its people will decide on whether the RS will be independent," said Dodik. In his reaction, Serwer said: "Of course I will not be deciding whether the RS will become independent. That has has already been decided and the decision will not be annulled. Dodik uses the idea of an independent RS to make his political career. Even if he declared it, nobody would recognize that independence. Certainly not Serbia, because that would put it in a difficult position. It would damage its ties with Brussels and Washington." Speaking about "the European path of Bosnia-Herzegovina," Serwer described as "the biggest problem" the lack of a central government in Sarajevo that would implement the conditions and demands coming from Brussels.

American allies islamists burn Serbian flags
Bosnia: Islamists seen shooting and burning Serbian flags Media in Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday carried the footage posted online of two men seen burning Serbian flags. The men, described as Islamists, have two other flags on display behind them: one with an inscription in Arabic, and a war flag of the former Army of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina (ARBiH) - a predominantly Bosnian Muslim formation that existed during the 1992-95 war. At one point, a shot is heard fired. It is unknown where and when the video was made, but it is believed the incident happened in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Banja Luka-based Nezavisne Novine newspaper said that a song heard in the background is called "Tigers of Bosnia" and that its lyrics "contain a clear message": "A smell is spreading in Bosnia, there's no country more beautiful anywhere, be brave my Bosnia, the enemy is once again preparing injustices. Brothers' message to everyone, we won't give you to the enemy, we are coming from all sides to trample on your enemy." The lyrics also note that "the people are peaceful while enemy's sabres are cutting them," and adds: "Strengthen us, my Allah, we are faithful to Resulullah, brothers ready like tigers, my Bosnia all you have to do is call, we are all ready for the tekbirs (calls of "Allahu Akbar"), for our hearts to calm down with ezans (adhans, Islamic call to worship) from minarets, we are coming from the end of the world."

Putin tells Dodik referendum is "right of people" unlike Serbian PM who spoke against it
Serb Republic (Republika Srpska, RS) President Milorad Dodik has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow's Kremlin. Source: Sputnik| Friday, September 23, 2016 | The two leaders spoke about economic cooperation, security situation in the Balkans and the fight against terrorism, as well as the upcoming RS Day referendum, and local elections. "As far as referendum is concerned, there was no special discussion, except the conclusion that it is the right of the people," Dodik told Sputnik after the meeting. He said that RS citizens who live in Russia will have a chance to vote in Moscow and in several other polling stations around the country. Asked whether Serbia's position on the referendum was also discussed in the Kremlin, Dodik said it was not, and stressed that economic cooperation was the focus of the meeting. Sputnik is reporting that Putin and Dodik concluded that political and economic cooperation between the two countries was good. "We mutually expressed our satisfaction that the project to privatize the RS oil industry has been successful. We ascertained that profit is being made and that in this respect, the situation is moving in the best possible direction." Dodik added. He also said that the RS intends to open its representative office in St. Petersburg and in that way strengthen its economic presence in the Russian Federation. Another topic of conversation was "the scourge of the modern world, terrorism." "The RS police have good cooperation with the Russian police, and in that respect a project for joint training and acquisition of police equipment was agreed earlier," the RS president said. He stressed that his conversation with Putin also concerned the need to maintain stability and peace in the Balkans, above all in Bosnia-Herzegovina. "And in that respect the contribution of the Russian Federation is undeniable," Dodik added. He also thanked Russia for being prepared "under these circumstances" to settle its clearing debt, which will bring more than USD 40 million to the RS, and will "significantly stabilize our finances and secure our liquidity for this year."

Dodik: Sanctions against me work of losers in U.S. elections
RS President Milorad Dodik says those who suffered defeated in the elections in the United States have imposed sanctions on him. Source: B92 Wednesday, January 18, 2017 In a public address on Wednesday, Dodik said that he was "under attack of an arrogant policy of the outgoing U.S. administration." "These are not sanctions of the United States, these are sanctions of those who were defeated in elections in the U.S. and I'm not surprised by this move, because I have heard so many threats from this outgoing administration over the last ten years," said Dodik, and added: "The reprisal followed, but it probably wouldn't have happened had I not been invited to the inauguration of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump. They could not bear to see me. The sanctions are a personal move of those who understand politics as a policy of force." "The decision was announced by an administration that will two days from now go into political history, and it yet remains to be seen whether they had any suggestions from here for such a decision," he said. "This is also Mrs. Cormack's personal revenge, not that of U.S. officials," Dodik said, referring to the U.S. ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina. "She has been informing falsely about the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina. She bears full responsibility for such a cynical move that she has made. She is a proven enemy of the Serbs and of the RS," said the leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia. Dodik added that he expects the new authorities in the U.S. to urgently withdraw Maureen Cormack from her post in Sarajevo, "and criminally prosecute her for interference in the internal affairs of Bosnia-Herzegovina and for violations of the Dayton Agreement." He also asked the foreign minister of Bosnia-Herzegovina to declare the ambassador persona non grata. Dodik said he felt "proud" and did not perceive the sanctions as punishment - "as he didn't want to bargain with the RS interests." "The decision is useless because those who made it know I have no assets or bank accounts in the U.S. or abroad, except in Serbia," he said. According to the RS leader, "what's important is that these are not sanctions against the RS."
