What reference does your first name contain ?
. . names are something interesting imo . . . Tracing them back etc. . .
One might discover that they contain biblical references ,references to germanic mythology (or any mythology ) etc ,etc . . . Then, I think had it been up to some folks themselves "back then" lol , they might have "chosen another one" , lol . . Names just happen to be names . .Gotta live with them. . - - - - What reference is in your personal first name ? Names originally used to be given to people to describe traits of character of theirs (in ancient times I think ) . . This is how they came about . . Today , so many exist that name-givers more or less have a 'free choice'.. lol So, what about your personal first name ? . . . My first name is "Kurt" ...... According to my research , widely distributed German name with germanic roots ,often deemed as the short-form of 'Conrad' , meaning 'keen advisor' . . lol Interesting . . But . . like I said , the times when there were unique names is over . . Just one among many I suppose. . . Though I've always been 'satisfied' with this name . . lol ,I've been the 'target' of this song often , more or less . . . lol What about you ? |
