Taking extra Zinc with C and Quercetin at first sign of infection (Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine would of course be preferred but you can get Quercetin almost anywhere). I typically don't do this when I am healthy though.

Take a regular multivitamin of course and try to eat non processed foods, avoid sugars and bread and grains where possible ... Plenty of meat, fresh fruit and vegetables. The best multivitamins by far are those taken from foods in opposed to created in a lab.

Plenty of exercise, fresh air and uninterrupted sleep.
