Bosnia prosecutors weigh possible suit against Croatian president
07/11/2022 Bosnia’s state prosecutors are looking into a suit filed against Croatian President Zoran Milanović for having allegedly denied the genocide in Srebrenica, Klix.ba reported on Sunday. The suit was filed last December by Social Democrat deputy Enver Bijedić, who said Milanović had tried to relativise the 1995 genocide in Srebrenica by comparing it to the Holocaust and the genocide in Rwanda. “We are working on the file but we cannot divulge more information at the moment,” the prosecutor’s office told the website. Bosnia’s international high representative amended the country’s penal code in July to introduce a jail sentence of up to five years for those who “publicly approve, deny, belittle or justify the crime of genocide, crime against humanity, or a war crime confirmed by a court verdict.” On 6 December 2021, Milanović said that what happened in Srebrenica was genocide, but that we would then have to find new terminology for even more serious crimes. https://www.euractiv.com/section/all...ian-president/ |

The biggest mistake of USA geopolicy is that she did not give in Bosnia three states in Dayton. Albania is also muslim state and they allow it.
