Judge allows jail conversations as evidence in double murder trial

KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- The judge presiding over the first of four trials for the carjacking, rapes and murders of a young Knoxville couple in 2007 has ruled that a taped jail conversation will be allowed as evidence.

The trial for George Thomas is scheduled to begin on August 11.
