From what I read on the comments it's basically a daily message stating the defcon level that is done over phone lines. I guess in the event of a major war like an EMP attack or all out nuclear war where most digital devices are toast, analog is used to broadcast messages like defcon level and other important messages to the surviving green nigs.

This happens from time to time the wrong number is dialed. Probably some spicfirmative action green nig or chick too pre occupied with her texting to dial the number correctly.

Scary thing is what happens if the zogbots didn't want you to know this and simply came to kill you? You know under orders zogbots wouldn't hesitate to kill on American soil.

Naples Mayor tells US Navy submarine to keep out

NAPLES, Italy--The mayor of Naples said a nuclear-powered submarine that took part in missile strikes against suspected Syrian chemical weapons sites should not have cruised through waters near the city, but Italian military officials said he has no jurisdiction in the matter.

The Virginia-class submarine USS John Warner passed through the Bay of Naples three miles from shore in late March after participating in NATO's Dynamic Manta exercise.

That prompted Naples Mayor Luigi de Magistris to write the port authority complaining that the submarine violated a 2015 decree establishing a denuclearized zone in city limits.

"The fact that it is the same submarine (involved in the Syria attack) further reinforces the rightness of the order," de Magistris told the Italian news outlet ANSA earlier this week. "Ships of nuclear propulsion or carrying nuclear weapons are not welcome in the port of Naples and, therefore, they are not allowed to transit or stay."

Rear Adm. Arturo Faraone, head of the city's port authority, told the mayor the city has no jurisdiction over foreign naval vessels in territorial waters. That is the Italian defense ministry's purview, he said.

Sources have told The War Zone that the F-22 belly landing at NAS Fallon on April 13th, 2018 came just days after yet another major incident involving an Alaska-based Raptor. During that event, we were told a Raptor pilot experienced a catastrophic engine failure of one of the jet's F119 turbofan engines which led to the declaration of an in-flight emergency (IFE). Thankfully pilot recovered the jet safely on one engine.

The incident was said to have occurred at another airfield far from Alaska, this time at Tyndall AFB in Florida. The base is the home to F-22 pilot training as well as a major hub of other training activities, including live-fire drills.

It just happened again! This time an Air Farce F16 crash lands and the pilot ejects. Can't tell if it was pilot error possibly this time though.

Maybe that's why the military asked for a huge budget to repair and replace damaged equipment.

The pilot was able to make an emergency landing and did not suffer any injuries.

Details are limited at this time, but it appears that an F-16 based out of Luke AFB has crashed near Lake Havasu, possibly while attempting to make an emergency landing at a small airport. A photo of a largely intact—sans cockpit—F-16 with Luke AFB markings laying on the ground has popped up on the Air Force amn/nco/snco Facebook page. According to initial reports, which we cannot confirm at this time, the pilot was able to make it out and was walking around after the crash. We have reached out to Luke AFB directly and they have confirmed that one of their aircraft was involved in a mishap and that more details will be coming soon.
