Twitter Censors Trump, Conservative Journalists as Election Disputes Continue

Twitter went on another censorship blitz today, targeting the account of President Trump and numerous conservative journalists and commentators as concerns and disputes about incoming election results continued to mount.

Twitter which censored Trump and the Trump campaign over 65 times during the campaign while leaving Biden untouched, censored three tweets from the President in the space of a few hours.

“They are working hard to make up 500,000 vote advantage in Pennsylvania disappear — ASAP. Likewise, Michigan and others!”

Report: Half of Trump’s Twitter and Facebook Posts Since Election Day Flagged as Misinformation

A recent report states that half of President Donald Trump’s posts since election day have been flagged as misinformation by Facebook and Twitter and censored on each platform.

Forbes reports that half of President Trump’s social media posts on Facebook and Twitter since election day have been labeled as false or questionable by the social media giants.

Of President Trump’s 22 posts on Facebook and Twitter, 11 have been labeled by the Silicon Valley tech firms. The posts include the President’s claims to victory and assertions of election fraud taking place. Twitter hid some posts on the President’s timeline and warned users that “some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process,” and restricted users’ ability to like or retweet the tweets.

BuzzFeed News recently published an inside look at the internal workings of tech giant Facebook the day before the U.S. Presidential election. Among other revelations of plunging morale amongst the Masters of the Universe, the report includes the results of an internal poll of employees that found “only 51% of respondents said they believed that Facebook was having a positive impact on the world, down 23 percentage points from the company’s last survey in May.”

Tech giant Facebook laid out its censorship plan on Thursday, stating it would begin demoting content that its “systems predict may be misinformation” relating to election fraud.

Forbes reports that Facebook has announced that it plans to demote content “our systems predict may be misinformation” relating to election fraud. A Facebook spokesperson told Forbes that the social media company is “seeing more reports of inaccurate claims about the election” and “while many of these claims have low engagement on our platform, we are taking additional temporary steps.”

New York Times Praises Twitter and Facebook for Design Changes to Aid Censorship

The New York Times praises social media firms Facebook and Twitter for censoring posts from President Trump during the 2020 presidential election. According to the Times, the social media companies added “friction” to their interfaces leading up to the election, “as if Ferrari had realized that it could only stop its cars from crashing by replacing the engines with go-kart motors.”

In an article titled “On Election Day, Facebook and Twitter Did Better by Making Their Products Worse,” the New York Times praises efforts by social media giants to censor President Trump and his supporters during the U.S. Presidential election. As the Times points out, social media platforms did the opposite of what turned them into the Masters of the Universe, throttling engagement, adding “friction” to the user experience, and doing everything possible to convince users to engage with posts less often.

Twitters Censors Rand Paul Post About Historical Voter Fraud – Then Uncensors It

Twitter censored Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) post about historical voter fraud by claiming the information is either “disputed” or “misleading.” After it was pointed out that Paul was quoting directly from the biography of Kentucky democrat Ed Pritchard, the platform removed its censorship.

As President Donald Trump and other Republicans charge that there remains voter fraud across battleground states such as Pennsylvania during the 2020 presidential election, Paul noted that America had experienced voter fraud in the past.

“KY Dem Ed Pritchard was convicted of voter fraud in 1949 for fraudulently casting 254 votes,” Paul wrote. “His biographer said: ‘the untidy truth was that widespread vote fraud was America’s dirty little secret . . .’ Elections with millions of mail ballots makes fraud more likely not less.”

Twitter Blacklists Angel Families Days After Presidential Election

Twitter has suspended multiple accounts for Angel Families, those whose loved ones were killed by illegal aliens, days after the November 3 presidential election.

Twitter blacklisted the accounts for Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza as well as three accounts that represent Angel Families — including the Angel Families organization and the Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (AVIAC).

Mendoza, whose son Brandon Mendoza was killed by an illegal alien in 2014, told Breitbart News that her Twitter account was suspended without any explanation as to why. Likewise, her accounts for her Angel Families organization were suspended as well.

Angel Mom Sabine Durden, whose 30-year-old son Dominic was killed by an illegal alien in 2012, told Breitbart News that the Twitter account for AVIAC was suspended with an explanation. Durden said the AVIAC account had not changed any of its usual post sharing practices when the suspension occurred.

Twitter’s Censorship of President Trump Continues to Escalate

Amid the most disputed election results in recent history, Twitter continues to censor the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

Of the 19 tweets posted by the President in the last 24 hours, 30 percent have been tagged with a warning from Twitter calling them “disputed,” and linking to a Twitter “fact check” — which usually consists of claims from the Democrat-aligned mainstream media.

Jack Dorsey’s far-left social network has been leading the campaign to prevent the President’s messages from reaching American voters online. As of November 5, Twitter had censored half of President Trump’s tweets since election day.

This censorship has been found to drastically reduce the rate at which the President’s messages reach the American public, with the post-censorship rate of retweets and other engagements cut by over 80 percent in some cases.

Over the past 24 hours, Facebook and Twitter have labeled posts by President Trump at least 25 times for various reasons. In one case, Facebook labeled the President’s post of his Veterans Day proclamation with the note “Joe Biden is the projected winner of the 2020 US Presidential Election.”

Over the past 24 hours, President Trump saw his posts labeled or censored 20 times on Facebook and five times on Twitter, nearly all of the labels questioned the President’s comments relating to the U.S. Presidential election and many stated that Joe Biden was the projected winner of the presidency.

Klain worked on behalf of Silicon Valley executives and their interests, which include providing tech corporations with an endless supply of H-1B foreign visa workers and more free trade.

Klain, who was made Biden’s incoming chief of staff this week, served on the executive council of TechNet — a firm that promotes the interests of Silicon Valley’s tech corporations in Washington, D.C. In a hearing today before the Committee on the Judiciary titled “Breaking the News: Censorship, Suppression, and the 2020 Election,” Sen. Josh Hawley Confronts Mark Zuckerberg with Evidence of Internal Facebook Censorship Tool

At the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing on Big Tech censorship today, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) confronted Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg with evidence of an internal tool used by the social network to coordinate censorship with Google and Twitter.

The tool, called Tasks, is used improve the workflow of Facebook employees, but is also used by Facebook employees to collaborate with Google and Twitter in censoring users across platforms, according to Sen. Hawley.

Hawley also revealed the existence of a second tool called Centra that Facebook uses to track users across the internet even when they think they are anonymous.

“Your companies are the most powerful companies in the world, and I want to talk about how you’re coordinating together to control information,” said Hawley.

Jack Dorsey says Twitter censored more than 300,000 election-related tweets as ‘misleading’ over two weeks

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey says his platform has slapped warning labels on 300,000 election-related tweets, including over 50 from US President Donald Trump, in the course of two weeks.

Dorsey, along with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and Google CEO Sundar Pichai, returned to Congress on Tuesday to face questions about social media’s role in influencing politics, specifically the 2020 presidential election.

Twitter has arguably faced the most criticism, as the platform continues to label tweets from the president alleging voter fraud as “misleading.”

Dorsey revealed some 300,000 election-related tweets were given the “misleading” label between October 27 through November 11, which amounts to approximately 0.2 percent of election-related tweets. More than 50 of those have been from Trump himself.

Republican lawmakers specifically targeted Twitter over its October decision to suppress a New York Post story about a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, which contained illicit images, as well as emails that insinuated the former vice president was involved in his son’s foreign business deals – something he has long denied. Twitter Will Transfer Official @POTUS Account to Joe Biden in January

Twitter will transfer control of @POTUS, the official account of the President of the United States, to Joe Biden on January 20, regardless of whether President Donald Trump concedes the election.

The transfer will reportedly also extend to other official government Twitter accounts, including @whitehouse, @VP, and @FLOTUS.

Staffers from Twitter will also meet with Joe Biden’s transition team in the coming weeks.
