Merced resident David Nunez holds a rock with a pattern that he says looks like an image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, shown at right in a 16th-Century painting. Nunez's father found the rock while searching for landscaping materials in an Oakdale orchard. |

Mary isn't quite anatomically correct. Note the upside down triangle (vagina) down where her knees should be. Nevertheless, we get the point.

[in a tortilla!]
Family Sees Virgin Mary and Baby Jesus in a Tortilla Jan 26, 2011 – 3:20 PM Ben Muessig Contributor It's the immaculate comestible. While heating up some tortillas Tuesday afternoon, a mother in Starr County, Texas, says she was surprised when some unexpected visitors turned up in her kitchen -- the Virgin Mary and the Baby Jesus. Melinda Solis told ValleyCentral.com she was warming up flour tortillas for her sons after school when her mother pointed out a large brown mark on one of the tortillas that looked like an iconic image of the religious figures. What do you see in this tortilla? A family in Texas says a brown spot on a flour tortilla (left) is actually an image of the Virgin Mary and Baby Jesus -- similar to this Byzantine depiction of the Christian figures (right). Solis says she plans to save the tortilla -- but the mother of four isn't sure yet whether she'll ask a priest to look at it. "It's safe as long as I keep it away from my sons ... as long as I keep it away from butter," she reportedly said. http://www.aolnews.com/2011/01/26/fa...in-a-tortilla/ |

At least she trusts her own eyes, rather than some authority.

Corpus Christi woman's son finds face of Jesus in her homemade tortilla | This story was national news yesterday (5/22) CORPUS CHRISTI — Annette Escamilla says a miracle happened overnight Thursday in her kitchen. Her 23-year-old son woke her about 4:15 a.m. after finding an image of Jesus in one of her homemade flour tortillas. He pulled the last two apart and saw a face staring back. "It's got to mean something," she said. "It's a sign that God saves." The burned tortilla's image looks like a face with long hair and facial hair, she said. The family placed it in a plastic bag for preservation and Escamilla's granddaughter, Skyla, took it to school to show her first-grade glass. http://www.caller.com/news/2011/may/...e-of-jesus-in/ http://www.caller.com/news/2011/may/...e-of-jesus-in/ |

For years the Catholics have been calling a piece of bread "the body of Christ".
No big surprise that a tortilla is his face. |

I'm gonna tell every Christian I know that Christ's second coming is here. Then show them that pic.

It's quite fascinating as to what people will believe when it comes to religion.

Apparently Jesus was a crushed tortoise and Mary was a tapeworm.

The Jew news media (and others) never get tired of these stories because they make Christians look stupid.
