Default Alec Baldwin calls black photographer "Coon" & "Crackhead"

Alec Baldwin’s war with the media apparently rages on, after allegedly calling an African-American photographer a "crackhead," "a coon" and "a drug dealer."

The incident happened over the weekend after Baldwin was approached by a New York Post reporter, Tara Palmeri, and photographer G.N. Miller outside the 54-year-old actor’s Manhattan home. Palmeri and Miller were there to interview Baldwin about reports that his wife, Hilaria Thomas, is being sued.

When Palmeri asked Baldwin about the suit, he reportedly grabbed her and said “I want you to choke to death.” Palmeri played an audio recording of the incident for police, the Post reported.

After allegedly lashing out at Palmeri, Baldwin then allegedly spewed racial slurs at Miller, a decorated former NYPD detective. Miller filed a harassment claim with police, as did Baldwin.

NY State Senator Malcolm Smith:

Alec Baldwin Should Be Blacklisted from Hollywood

A New York State Senator is begging Hollywood -- both TV & movie producers -- to SUSPEND Alec Baldwin from all projects ... in the wake of allegations he spewed a racist epithet at a NY photog.

State Senator Malcolm Smith tells TMZ ... he was outraged after hearing reports that the former "30 Rock" star lashed out at a black photographer, calling him a "coon" and a "drug dealer." Smith was also upset at the report Baldwin threatened a female reporter.

"If these allegations are true, then no television network or film studio should hire the veteran actor until he seeks help," Smith said.

He continued, "In today’s modern age it’s a disgrace that people still use remarks that provide hatred to others based on race or orgin."

Smith says he's contacting NBC and will ask the network to push Baldwin into anger management courses.

Baldwin signed a 2-year TV deal with Universal (the TV arm of NBC) back in December.

A source close to Baldwin tells TMZ ... "As someone who's been regularly investigated, [Smith] should be much more careful about jumping to conclusions."

FYI -- the feds investigated Smith regarding his link to a Hurricane Katrina charity accused of exploiting the tragedy's victims ... but he was never charged with a crime.

"...remarks that provide hatred to others..."

I think he means "promote hatred of others". But, that wouldn't be right either, for words used face to face by a white man to a couple of blacks.

I saw him once on the Tina Fey show, and his comic timing is pretty good. For 30 minutes, I was diverted. Sometimes I think I see what other people get out of gawping at the teevee for hours on end.

his problem, as with many in his line of work, is that they can not separate their on-screen fictional persona from reality. it is probably because they have no real persona to begin with. they bury or discard their personality, what little they have, if any, in order to "realistically portray the scripts character." and, in doing so, forget or, more likely are unable to assume their own. provided they have one to begin with.

there is something wrong with this boy. you can see it in his eyes. that look exudes symptoms of divorced from reality syndrome.
