Bolg was correct, DNS servers are not "file servers".. your terminology was mixed up.
I don't even know of any WN website that uses the .cx TLD. Maybe podblanc 3 years ago, but that isn't really relevant anymore. |

Bolg was incorrect. My terminology is correct. A name server serves a file, a DNS file.

A DNS Zone Transfer you mean?
I suppose if you classify every thing that transfers data as a "file server", then every protocol in networking are file servers... and the entire internet. It's still a pretty broad definition though. |
