Former top RS police officials found guilty

Source: Tanjug

THE HAGUE -- Two former high-ranking police officials from the Serb Republic (RS) entity in Bosnia have been found guilty of war crimes by the Hague Tribunal.

Stanišić and Župljanin are seen in the Hague courtroom (Beta/AP)

Mico Stanišić and Stojan Župljanin, were indicted for war crimes against non-Serb civilians in Bosnia-Herzegovina committed between April and December 1992, and were sentenced on Wednesday to 22 years in prison each.

The presiding judge said Stanišić and Župljanin had done nothing to prevent or punish the crimes although they were in the position to do so.

Stanišić was the first RS interior minister, while Župljanin was the head of the regional centre for security agencies in Banja Luka, a member of the Krajina Autonomous Region crisis centre and RS president's adviser on internal affairs.

They were accused of participating in a joint criminal enterprise to remove Muslims, Croats and other non-Serbs from the territory of the planned Serb state.

Other former officials accused are Momcilo Krajišnik, Radovan Karadžić, Biljana Plavišić and General Ratko Mladić.

Stanišić turned himself over to the Hague in March 2005, while Župljanin was arrested and extradited in June 2008.

The prosecution requested life sentences for both men.

Defender of Grbavica and other Serbian parts of Sarajevo, which are now Serb-free, having been given to muslims by the Americans as part of Dayton, gets 45 years after show trial in Sarajevo muslim kangaroo court.

Lying so called anonymous witnesses who testified behind closed doors claiming he had raped and murdered half the city, combined with a hysterical anti Serbian media lynch mob have done the job yet again.

Bosnian Serb Veselin Vlahovic gets 45yrs for war crimes

VESELIN Vlahovic has been jailed for 45 years for inflicting a reign of terror on Sarajevo civilians during the 1992-95 war.
"During systematic repression against the non-Serb population he participated in expulsion of his victims, he committed murders, he tortured, raped and imprisoned his victims," judge Zoran Bozic said at the sentencing in a packed Sarajevo courtroom.

The sentence against Vlahovic, a Montenegrin dubbed the "Monster of Grbavica", is the most severe delivered for war crimes by a Bosnian court.

Depleted uranium, a silent killer in BiH

Pernicious effects of depleted uranium exposure has 15 locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serbs from Hadzici are four times more die of cancer than other residents. No one in Bosnia seriously deals with this phenomenon.

After the reintegration of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina about 5,000 Serbs from Hadzic moved were cleansed to Bratunac. Only when unusually large numbers began to die from cancer have realized that something was wrong. How can anyone not involved in the research, Hadžićani themselves kept records of mortality among the population who moved to Bratunac, in which one of a number of those who came from Zenica.

Prof. Dr.. Tanović

"I think it's close to 800 people here died of cancer, on the basis of our records we received from community health centers, churches and priests, as a priest in the identification cards of dead entries of which is who died," said Vido Banduka, Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Bratunac and former resident Hadzic.

"The information that was presented at a hearing by Slavica Jovanovic, director of the health center in Bratunac is that, roughly, about four times more disease in people who have come from Hadzic, than those from Bratunac," says Djurkovic who 2005. chaired the Commission for Investigation of the radiation of depleted uranium.

Depleted uranium as a souvenir

Residents of Hadzic, who suffered attacks by NATO on positions of the Serbian Army of the Republic, had no idea the kind of threat facing them. They even collected ammunition with depleted uranium and kept in their homes as souvenirs.

"I know its with me standing in the office as a souvenir. All these are gathered, not knowing what was going on and nobody had not even thought about it, "recalls Vido Banduka.

Population during the attack, and later picked crops, grazed cattle and drank water in the area that was hit by the ammunition. For the risk they were exposed to, said Banduka, they learned later, and then it was too late.

Potential victims are left to their own devices

How dangerous is the impact of the heavy metals and radioactive, whose effect is only 40 percent less than the uranium used in nuclear power plants, explains Professor at the Faculty of Sciences in Sarajevo Tanović.

"He who comes into contact with parts of the ammunition could have serious consequences. By far the most serious form of depleted uranium on human health when inhaled and fine uranium vapor, which is technically referred to as an aerosol. It is a fine mist uranium. It develops when the bullet hits the target. Then with great temperature of 1200 degrees, while uranium burns at 700 degrees. Then it creates a huge amount of uranium vapor, which has very small particles and they are spread over a wide area and contaminate it. When these particles are inhaled, or through water and food ingestion, it is very dangerous. "

In the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina was fired about four and a half tons of depleted urnijem, missile warheads also had peaks of depleted uranium. Institute for Genetic Engineering in Sarajevo found that there are chromosomal disorders. So, it was the results of research, as well as consequences. However, the politicians will not admit it to you, because compensation for the dead soldiers, who were here during the Balkan wars, huge. And when it comes to politics, then it minimizes and stops, "says Jelina Đurković.

All this was to prove that not so?

The boards of inquiry for research due to the presence of depleted uranium, formed the 2000th , was Banduka and Vido. His impression is that everything is done to the subject and the problem is not treated in the right way. "When I was a member of the Board of Inquiry, I had a feeling that most
people and professionals were working against it. In fact, everything is done to prove that it is not so, and it's not dangerous, "said Banduka. they can't accuse their NATO masters of these crimes

Jelina Đurković in 2005. , during the nine months, chaired the Commission to explore the radiation of depleted uranium. A report was made and outlined the consequences for instructions on what needs to be done. She says the report was misplaced somewhere and that today can not reach it. "Everyone complains that they can not come up with the report. Our Secretary of the report must be kept. This means that it is a refuge, and whose suggestion it was an order, I do not know, "he said in an interview with DW Jelina Đurković.

Department of Public Health in the territory of the Federation Hadzic questioned the presence of depleted uranium in groundwater, because the half-life phase of the heavy metal four and a half million years ago and he is a permanent threat to the health of the residents in this area.

"The last tests were conducted in the 2010th and 2011. year. It shows that there is no presence of depleted uranium in the groundwater around the Technical Overhaul Institute Hadzic, "said Alfred Vidic, from the Institute for the Protection of ionizing radiation at the Department of Public Health Federation.

Agony continues

Today in Bratunac has about 2,000 people from Hadzic. What sets them apart from other inhabitants of this city is the fact that today, in a much larger number of local people are dying of cancer. "I responsibly claim that today more than 100 people from 50 percent of them die from cancer," said Vido Banduka.

Residents Hadzic, both in Bratunac, and they Hadzici still live in fear of the consequences for their own health. The solution of agony and fear faced by continued because, as they point out, the state does nothing.

"The point is that they need to make a serious study of which, I fear, its research sector in our country hardly able to organize something like that," says Professor Tanović.

Default How is this the business of the US?

US condemns efforts by Serbs to build a Church in Bosnia, calls it an "unreasonable provocation".

The U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Construction of the church in Budak is unreasonable provocation

The U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina has expressed regret for the restart of the construction of the church in the municipality of Srebrenica Budak near the former mass graves in the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial Center, calling the decision a "provocation." The Srebrenica 'Genocide' memorial is a provocation to all Serb civilians murdered in the area

Republic of Serbian and church authorities to stop the construction and start talks with the municipality on a suitable location "that would truly serve the needs of the faithful and which would at the same time respect the memory of the victims of genocide." there was no genocide of muslims

"We deeply regret that the information again this morning to begin work on the construction of the church in the municipality of Budak Srebenica. Purpose of building a church near which there is no significant populated area, which is so close to the former mass grave, and the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial Center, a provocation, and not serve the legitimate needs of the faithful. Municipality Srebenica offered location to build churches that are much closer to the Orthodox community in the Long field, "the statement said.

The U.S. Embassy has said it supports freedom of religious expression and the free practice for the followers of all religions in Bosnia.unless the are Serbs

"This right must be balanced with the legitimate rights of others, and in this case, the rights of those whose families were buried in Potocari to the peace visited the memorial and buried their loved ones with dignity," the statement said the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia.

It is stated that provocation of this kind do not contribute to reconciliation in Bosnia.

"We urge the government of the Republic of Serbian and church authorities to stop the construction and start talks with the representatives of the municipality of prikladnijoj location that would truly serve the needs of the faithful and which would at the same time respect the memory of the victims of genocide. Unreasonable provocation in any way contribute to reconciliation in BiH, therefore the necessity to calm and konstruktvniji approach to this issue, "the statement said.

U.S. “frustrated” by RS president’s statements

Source: Tanjug

BANJA LUKA, SARAJEVO -- The U.S. administration is concerned about Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik’s recent statements about Radovan Karadžić and NATO.

Milorad Dodik is seen during Radovan Karadžić's trial in the Hague Tribunal (ICTY print screen)

“The U.S. therefore believes that meetings with Dodik would not be useful and appropriate at the moment,” U.S. Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina Patrick Moon has said.

Moon explained that he particularly had in mind Dodik’s latest statement in The Hague. He stressed that it was a 180-degree turn when compared to the RS president’s statements made eight years ago when he had called for the arrest of Karadžić whom he called a “criminal”. This was made under international pressure

“This time, the statement was completely different. He praised Karadžić for what he had done for the RS. Basically, he said that he had done everything right from the very beginning. We have a problem with those kinds of statements,” Moon told RS Radio Television and stressed that Dodik’s statements were “frustrating for the U.S. government and are against its position on Karadžić’s role in the war”. His role in the war was one of peacemaker who offered territorial and many other concessions which cost Serbian lives.

Dodik responded to the ambassador’s comments the same day, saying talks with him were “no less frustrating” because the U.S. did not want to face the Serbs’ problems.

RS Deputy President Emil Vlajki on Wednesday responded to Moon by saying that all three constituent peoples in Bosnia-Herzegovina were frustrated by the U.S. and its “destructive actions”.

Vlajki told the U.S. ambassador that it would be good if he thought a little about this fact.

“The ambassador of the most powerful country in the world refused to meet with President Dodik while visiting the RS because the president allegedly has a frustrating effect on him?! Dodik told him after this postmodern way of diplomatic verbal, ‘polite’ communication that he was frustrated by the behavior of the most powerful country in the world that just does not get the Serbs’ frustration,” Vlajki said in a written statement.

Turkish Anadolu news agency has released analysts’ opinions about Moon’s statement on Dodik who say that it was a clear signal of the U.S. that it wants to isolate the RS president somehow. with the ultimate US goal being the abloshment of the Serbian entity

In a statement for Fena news agency, Moon pointed to some of Dodik’s statements about NATO. According to him, an agreement on how to resolve issues of the military and state property between six political leaders in Bosnia-Herzegovina was reached but “there has been zero progress since then”.

“We do not know why there are problems in Banja Luka. We believe conditions are good and that we can move forward and that conditions that were important to Dodik have been met,” the U.S. ambassador said.

He reiterated that he had not met with Dodik last Tuesday because “talks with him have become frustrating”. However, Moon noted that he had meetings with other members of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) and other RS parties and that he hoped that conditions would be met in the future for his meeting with Dodik.

“I believe we need to give some time to make an assessment regarding a meeting with Dodik,” the U.S. diplomat said. He reiterated that the U.S. administration believed that meetings with Dodik were at the moment neither useful nor appropriate.

He explained that the U.S. administration did not cut ties with the RS president but that it believed that this was not the right time for a meeting.

Moon underscored that the U.S. wanted to see Bosnia-Herzegovina progress toward NATO and that it would appreciate “statements that are little less nationalistic and oriented more toward the country’s progress”. Bosnian muslims make anti Serbian nationalistic calls which produce a climate of hate in their media daily, but this is not a problem for the US.

The U.S. believes that better cooperation between all leaders in Bosnia-Herzegovina was necessary in order for the country to make progress in its Euro-Atlantic integrations. US wants centralized Serb free muslim dominated NATO member Bosnia, under the umbrella of the resurgent pro Western Neo-Ottoman Turkey, which it hopes to see in the EU.

This is Goran Jelisic, he got 40 years at the Hague just for being Serbian, while muslims, and others who killed Serb civilians, not only walk free but are still involved in politics and continue to threaten the RS.

Now they sentenced his old girlfriend to 4 years.

Monika Karan-Ilic

Bosnian Woman Jailed for Torturing War Prisoners

Monika Karan-Ilic, one of the few women tried in Bosnia for war crimes, has been convicted of torturing and abusing detention-camp prisoners in Brcko and jailed for four years.

Justice Report

BIRN
Brcko

The court in Brcko on Friday found Karan-Ilic guilty of torturing, inhumanly treating and mentally abusing non-Serb prisoners between May and mid-June 1992 in the Luka prison camp and the police station in the northern Bosnian town.

Karan-Ilic was convicted on six counts and acquitted on two.

The trial chamber concluded that, despite statements from several witnesses, it had not been fully proven that she had poured acid on one prisoner's body and eyes at the Luka camp, nor that she cut four prisoners with a broken bottle.

Explaining the length of the sentence, the trial chamber emphasised that it took into consideration the defendant’s age, who at the time the crimes were committed was just 17.

During the closing arguments at the court on Wednesday, Karan-Ilic said that she was not a criminal but a victim of the “tyranny” of her boyfriend Goran Jelisic, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison for war crimes in Brcko at the Hague Tribunal in 2001.

“I am Jelisic’s war trophy, a sexual object with a damaged mind, a victim, a Croat mother’s child who was forced to come to the Luka camp with him two or three times,” she said.
Of course like her 'crimes' none of this is true, but in such a position, under pressure/threats of a more severe sentence, in front of a political 'court', what is she going to say/do?

Remembering ZOG's murder, through international sanctions, of 12 newborn babies in RS back in 1992

Banjaluka: In memory of newborn babies who died of a lack of oxygen due to the UN Security Council’s decision to ban flights

Wed, 05/22/2013 - 19:47 -- MRS

By laying wreaths and roses on a memorial plate in downtown Banjaluka, the capital of the Republic of Srpska, 21 years were marked since the death of 12 newborn babies in the Banjaluka maternity ward. The babies died of a lack of oxygen in 1992, during the war, as the UN Security Council had banned non NATO flights over Bosnia-Herzegovina, so it was impossible to supply oxygen from Belgrade. Twelve newborn babies died in the period from 22 May to 19 June, as it was impossible to supply oxygen despite numerous public appeals and the fact that UNICEF officials and international humanitarian organizations were acquainted with the difficult situation in the Children’s Clinic in Banjaluka but were not interested as they were only delivering humanitarian and military aid to the muslim side. Seven days after the last baby died, the Army of the Republic of Srpska established a corridor with Serbia. One child survived, but died at the age of 13, whereas another will be suffering from grave lifelong effects.

RS president fears for his life over NATO accession

Source: 24sata.hr

BANJA LUKA -- Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik says he fears for his life because he has been marked as a person who is halting Bosnia's NATO accession.

Commenting on Deputy Assistant U.S. Secretary of State Philip Reeker’s statement that he is responsible for the blocking of an agreement on the solving of the issue of the military real-estate, Dodik said that Reeker was “interfering with the country’s internal issues”. unfortunately Bosnia's internal affairs have always been American affairs

He said that since he was marked as a person who was halting Bosnia-Herzegovina’s NATO accession “I now have to think whether all instruments are working properly when I board a plane or if it will hit the first hill”.

“Somebody will now say that I am talking nonsense but can you say that it was not done in the past and that some people were not dealt with that way?” Dodik added.

Bosnian muslims want to join NATO, Serbs don't.

May 26, 2013 | 12:32

“Bosnia can’t joint NATO without RS’ consent”

Source: Beta, Politika

BELGRADE -- Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik has stated that Bosnia-Herzegovina cannot join NATO without the Serb entity’s consent.

“I am probably considered an opponent of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s NATO accession in the West and maybe I should be careful whether I should take a plane when I go somewhere. I have to think whether something is going to happen to me,” he told Belgrade-based daily Politika.

Dodik explained that the RS had a problem with NATO because the Alliance had bombed it.

He noted that he did not lead an anti-NATO policy but that he believed that the RS citizens should decide on a possible NATO accession at a referendum.

“I am not ready to ignore the people. If the people go to the referendum and say they want to join NATO, I will sign any decision that will lead us toward NATO but if the people do not want to joint NATO, I will not go against them,” the RS president pointed out.

He said that the RS “is not ready to bring anything into the project of unitary Bosnia-Herzegovina because it does not believe in such Bosnia-Herzegovina”.

“I am not ready to dissolve the Dayton Accords and this is why I am (U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Philip) Reeker’s problem,” Dodik explained.

He underscored that Bosnia-Herzegovina had nine powers according to the Dayton Accords but that the international factors had given her 83 powers and employed 22,000 civil servants, adding that the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRJ) administration had had the same number of employees at the time of breakup.

“This is a monster that we economically cannot support,” Dodik said and noted that Bosnia-Herzegovina was a “devil’s country” in which there was no democracy and where anyone who stood up to such ideas was criminalized in media.

Same old story repeating itself throughout long bloody history of this region.

Same old parties wanting foreign rule and servitude instead of real sovereignty and independence.

They are hoping that EU membership will make it much easier for them to extinguish the reality on the ground, the reality being the Bosnian Serb Republic.

Bosnian Muslims, Catholics (Croats) and jews sign Declaration demanding EU membership, Serb church abstained.

Religious leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union

Representatives of religious communities in Bosnia, other than Serbian Orthodox Church, signed a declaration supporting the entry into the EU. Serbian Orthodox Church was represented by two priests who participated as observers.

At an international summit on peace and reconciliation in Banja Luka another big and deliberate slap in the face as Banja Luka is Bosnian Serb heartland, the representatives of religious communities in Bosnia, other than Serbian Orthodox Church signed a declaration which supported joining the European Union, according to Deutsche Welle.

SPC did not want to participate in making the declaration and signing it, but its representatives attended as observers.

Representatives of the religious community sent an appeal to the leaders of BiH to begin to fulfill its obligations. Declaration among other things, encourages politicians to urgently implement the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of "Sejdic and Finci."

The document was signed on behalf of the Jewish community in BiH by Igor Kožemjakin, head of the Islamic community Hussein Kavazović, Edema Čamdžić Mufti of Banja Luka, Banja Luka Bishop Komarica Cardinal and Archbishop of Sarajevo Vinko Puljic.

Reis-ul-Ulema of the Islamic Community in BiH Kavazović Hussein said he hoped that the Declaration is a genuine step forward.

"It is more important that we, the leaders of religious communities act in the spirit of the Declaration. And I think from Banja Luka send a strong message of peace, coexistence and tolerance," explained Kavazović. Direct provocation and threat to Bosnian Serbs all nicely wrapped in sexy democratic 'tolerant' packaging.

Cardinal Puljic said that all must be peacemakers, and the question of why the representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church participated only as observers Puljic said that the decision must be respected.

"We can not force anyone. We are open to looking for a way to cooperate with others," said Puljic.

At the three-day summit in Banja Luka, close to 200 participants will take part among them the six presidents of the parliaments of the region. President of the Serbian Assemly Nebojsa Stefanovic said that the past should be left in the past and in the framework of regional cooperation we should discuss what connects the states.

Among the participants, and the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Valentin Incko who said it was good that religious leaders are working on reconciliation and that would be even better if the masses accept it.

The summit began a prayer meeting in Banja Luka Diocese.

Are there any good maps that outlines the demographic change of the region from say 1993-2013. Just to have as a easy resource to be able to visually show and point out the slow disposession and ethnic push that is taking place. Perhaps in stages with a couple of years intervall. Something akin to the Israel-Palestine map often used, if you know the one I'm refering to, but with the demographic info instead. (Lol, can't link to it unfortunately, need to restart the browser /alt. computer, because the copy/paste function sometimes annoyingly decides to stop functioning on me. )

This was in 1992, majority Serb parts in blue, muslim green

Current, Serb parts in red, muslim/Croat blue but muslims run the show, and with the help of Zagreb and international community, oppress the remaining Croats. District Brcko in NE was during the war in Serbian hands as vital corridor link to west RS but international mafia took it off us and made it an open town.

As you can see we lost a huge chunk of 100% Serb land in the far west region.

Now even this would not be as bad if the muslim population wasnt growing in the red RS ares, while there are basically no Serbs left in the blue muslim/Croat Federation.

All the regugee repatriation programmes from the West only concentrate on pushing muslims ionto the RS, with funds for reconstruction of their homes and pressure on local RS authorities to put them in jobs, jobs which are not even there for local Serbs.

Then you have local elctions where muslims who permanently live in the Federation vote in RS municipalities through mass absentee voter registration . You get situations where the liberated Serbian town of Srebrenica gets a muslim mayor. There are also cases of voter fraud with deceaced muslims voting.

Everything is being done, politically and economically, to increase their population in the Serbian entity so that in future we will have problems again.

That one works.

Yes, I can see that the whole western strip has been lost. What about the neighbouring regions now, are they close to tipping over to muslim majority? What rate are we talking about when we add in the negative nativity-trend? Will the map look much different 10 years futher ahead if things continue at the current pace? How about 20?

I am mostly concerned about eastern parts along the river Drina which borders Serbia. From Srbinje (muslims call it Foca) to Zvornik area to the north.

Their plan is to link up east area of Bosnia with muslim area of Serbia, the so called Sandzak region in south Serbia, and Montenegro (which is also Serbian land) but currently run by a coalition of pro western/NATO anti Serbian forces, which includes shiptars .

This they can then link with shiptar kosovo, and with Turkey as the regional, and possibly EU power, and their protector, we are seriously fucked.

Another serious problem is in the West of RS, in areas like Prijedor Krupa Kljuc even Banja Luka.

Here is a list of of cities and municipalities in the Republika Srpska

As you can see we are not talking about a large population here. These are very small places. Even Sweden has a massive population when compared to RS.

Very interesting yet very troubling.

The problem with hostile demographical figures, especially exponential ones, especially especially when it is levied against a demoralized population with negative demographic nr and ESPECIALLY ESPECIALLY when the situation is backed up and supported with ZOG-forces as protection, is that they are extremely unforgiving in the sense that a loss and setback can't just be grudgently accepted and sighed off, then adopting to the new situation, because it will only continue to forever worsen, and every concession only digs you deeper into your own grave. And that makes the summing up of the last 20 years of Balkan politics, and the longterm consequences of the aggressive military intervention, put into the bigger context, all the more diabolic.

Anyway, thanks for the exchange, it was very informative. I'll return and pick your brain some other time again in this (your) forum-lair.

And we haven't even touched on the gypsy problem here (although Serbia has bigger gypo problem than RS), many of who have a long history of adopting orthodox religion and Serbian names, all in order to better 'integrate' into society and get a genetic upgrade by breeding with stupid white Serbian girls.

Bosnian Serbs Maintain Boycott of Capital

Bosnian Serb officials are still refusing to come back to work in Sarajevo, saying that they feel unsafe because of the ongoing street protests in the city.

Members of the State Parliament from Bosnia's mainly Serbian entity, Republika Srpska, on Wednesday said security conditions were not yet satisfactory for them to return to the capital.

They said they were awaiting reports by the State Council of Ministers, among others, before reviewing the situation, Drago Kalabic, MP from the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, the biggest Bosnian Serb party, said.

Bosnian Serb officials have not worked in Sarajevo since June 7, when protesters demanding adoption of a new law on personal numbers blocked the parliament building, trapping MPs, staff and foreign visitors inside.

Bosnia's Security Ministry and the police have since assessed the security situation and guaranteed the safety of Serbian officials in Sarajevo, noting that only small groups now gather in front of the parliament building each day.

The international community's senior official in Bosnia, the Office of the High Representative, OHR, also called on Serbian officials to come back to work.

“The Security Ministry has already said that there are conditions for officials and institutions to perform their duties. Coming to work is not a matter of choice but an obligation”, Eldar Subasic, spokesperson of the OHR, told the media.

The US embassy was more critical, calling the boycott of state institutions an insult to ordinary people. “Citizens expect their MPs and state ministers not to waste their precious time and come back to the capital and work hard to earn their big salaries,” the US embassy's Office for Public Affairs said. Firstly this is none of Washington's business, secondly Sarajevo is not the Bosnian Serb capital, especially not since most of its pre war Serbian population has been ethnically cleansed, thanks primarily to the Dayton Accords, which gave the illegitimate US/EU/Islamic world backed muslim govt what it had failed to achieve on the battlefield for over four years, namely the takeover of Serbian parts of the city.
