Stan - What's with the jungle drums at the beginning and end of Goyfire? Is that really necessary to attract young men to the shows? It reminds me of the Christian churches dispensing with beautiful chorales in favor of polyester shit they think makes their message sound hip.

If that is what it takes, well, we might as well fold now.

The music is by a band called Alter der Ruine with the first being a song called 'Fallen V2', the ending clip being 'Processed Burn'. The brand of music is known as industrial techno electronica. It is performed by 2 White gentlemen on various synthisizers and other electronic toys.

Although we have been using it for the past few broadcasts, it is going to be replaced in the next edition of GoyFire just to refresh things.

I wouldn't exactly call the drums 'jungle drums' according to my taste in music. To me they have more of a steady marching quality to them as opposed to say, the jungle drums in a Buddy Holly or Bo Diddly song.

Stan, I hate being a prickfuck, I really do. Goyfire is the best show on the internet. Not just on the internet but everywhere. The production, direction, everything...it's top notch, It really smacks of professionalism and should be broadcasted worldwide but the problem is.... nobody listens to it.

Not because of anything you do but because it's an internet radio show amongst millions. Everyone has one from shit to shinola. You and Linder think that the internet is the wave of the future but you don't seem to get that everyone else thinks the same way. It's called flooding the market. Whether it be radio shows or music or autos or internet investments or bikini underware or ebay work at home. or whatever...everyones doing it and as a result goyfire drowns in the flood.

Steve, I'm glad you think so highly of the show and the work we do on it although I wouldn't say that nobody listens to it. Quite the contrary. With each release the numbers grow. And how many folks are booting it and passing it around on CD? That I'll never know but more power to them.

The Internet is now, it is no wave of the future but the highest point of communication to the masses since television, with one improvement over the kikebox: choice.

You say that "everyone's doing it". Yes, they are. And if VNN had the $ to throw into massive advertising on the Internet, we would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Until we can do that, I'll take the Metallica method: giving the fans what they want and let them do what they can to help spread it around.

As to another tact, what do you suggest? Any ideas?
