This is my explanation, for legal reasons I will say this is just my opinion.

Tom was in a legal proceeding with the CRTC. At that time he was still making internet posts, that Warman did not like. Warman & his buddies in the B'Nai Brith / CJC got a Federal Judge who was in their pocket so to speak [I did research this Judge] to issue a Court order prohibiting Tom from making internet posts that violated the CHRC rules.

After this went into effect Tom toned down his posts drasticaly, but did continue dealing with Multi-cultural matters. This culminated in Warman's Mob getting a Judge to find him in contempt of court.

Tom was sentenced to 9 months, which in Canada is reformatory time. This is not Federal time, [2+ years] which in Canada is known as "going to a big jail", where, depending on where you are, looking at someone the wrong way could result in a stabbing. Reformatories have much less violence.

I wish to report that Tom unexpectantly stopped communicating on the call. For time some skype indicated he was connected, and chat messages got through.Now it lists him as unavailable/offline.
