Default White Nationalist Worldview: Rex Publica Europa

I am beginning to present the first fruits of my effort dedicated to the development of White Nationalist Worldview. Today's part is dedicated to the description of the democratic political system:

The democratic poison, or what is democracy

Democracy – it is when two wolves and a lamb
are voting on what will be for breakfast

Benjamin Franklin

Democracy is deadly for the United States of America. Now many understand it: those who admit it openly, and those, who keep silence about, and even those who protect American democracy, because they make money out of it. The results of the 20th century, the democratic century, was the destruction of American economy, growing poverty of the population, bloody ethnic strife, weakness of the state and the army, mass corruption and criminality. American democrats justify this by the personal shortcomings of the former rulers, and boldly state, that after the creation of perfect democratic machine all these shortcomings will disappear, or will decrease to the acceptable level. But is it really so? To answer this question, we need to find out what democracy is and where it leads.

So, what is democracy? According to Plato democracy (Greek demos cratos or mob rule) is an unlimited rule of the mob to do whatever pleases it, for example declare homosexuality normal, allow abortions or to declare the political views of the people it does not like a criminal offence. Under modern conditions, democracy, based on equality, is the rule of uneducated crowd, that is formed by average men and women denied education, family and property that is manipulated by the economic, social and ethnic elites in their interests through mass media and the electoral process. The will of economic, social and ethnic elites is implemented by dull democratic politicians, devoid of any principle, and de-facto irremovable bureaucrats, whose carrier and public standing is dependent upon the opinion of the elites. The modern democracy appeared in the 2nd half of the 20th century, when the ruling elites understood, that through democracy it is easier to hold to power and rob the uneducated crowd, looking for entertainment and dependent upon the democratic welfare state. A democrat is always searching for a “victim” - a particular class or a social group, for the “protection of rights” of whom he establishes the double standard that allows him to prevent the raise of non-democratic competitors and rob non-democrats of their property. A democrat covers up his desire to enrich himself at the expense of the developing countries by claiming the status of “defender of the human rights”, and covers up his desire to enrich himself at the expense of the weaker members of the society by claiming to be in favor of “free-market capitalism”. A democrat always talk about “civil rights” and “free elections”, but creates a state, where power is controlled by small economic, social and ethnic elites, while most citizens are prevented from participating in political decision-making process through manipulation of the electoral process. When democratic lies are exposed, the democrats attempt to slender their opponents by declaring them to be supporters of a totalitarian ideology and persecuting them through repressive government machine. That’s why democracy always leads to either communism or fascism – political movements, that can effectively break through the violent democratic persecutions and offer a valid, though sad alternative. As sir Alex Tattler said: “Democracy cannot be a permanent form of government and it is often followed by a tyranny, because it leads from a republican prosperity to egoism, from egoism to complacency, from complacency to mediocrity, from mediocrity to apathy, from apathy to dependence upon the state, and from dependence upon the state to tyranny”. Thus it is necessary to write both “democrat” and “democracy” in brackets – there is always a great difference between what a democrat says and to what his advice leads. Democracy always entails lies, double standard and manipulation of the electoral process and public opinion.

The part of modern democracy is the concept of democratic values. To them belong:

1) Ecumenism in religion – which is a form of paganism, followers of which bow down before earth, trees and animals. The part of ecumenism is the so-called “green movement”, in particularly the movement for protection of “animal rights”, “conservation” movement, the movement for limitation of emissions of gases and chemical substances into the earth atmosphere, etc. Based on pseudo-scientific research and findings, either not supported or dismissed outright by serious researchers, ecumenism is used by economic, social and ethnic elites in order to uproot religion, end economic growth and transform of 50% of the territory of the earth into a giant park, with no attention to economic and social costs such a project entails. Especially strongly the ecumenists hate nuclear energy, chemical industry and the growing of genetically modified crops – the important braches of 21 century economy;

2) Democracy in politics – the rule of uneducated crowd that is formed by average men and women denied education, family and property that is manipulated by the economic, social and ethnic elites in their interests through mass media and the electoral process;

3) Multiculturalism in social life – while declaring formal equality of various ethnic groups and equal value of their cultures for the historical development of humanity, multiculturalism is used by economic, social and ethnic elites in order to mix out and destroy national traditions and cultural diversity, for people devoid of national traditions and culture are easier to be ruled. In addition, multiculturism is used against developing countries through attraction of the most talented and able citizens of the developing countries to the developed countries, where they are ruthlessly exploited in exchange to a small potion of the normal salary, paid to the citizens of developed countries. This simultaneously slows down the rate of economic growth in developing countries and increases unemployment rate in developed countries while enriching economic, social and ethnic elites;

4) Globalization in economics – avowed rejection of instruments of national custom policy, in particular, establishment of tariffs and quotas, and national currency policy, in particular, fixing of exchange rate of national currency, the nation-state denies itself the instruments of intervention and stabilization of economic situation inside the country in favor of different international organizations, that are not controlled by the nation-state and implement the will of economic, social and ethnic elites while serving as the feeding-trough for de-facto irremovable and irresponsible international bureaucrats;

5) Feminism in family life – it preaches the “liberation of women”, including higher education for a woman, a woman’s work outside of family home and preschool for a woman’s young kids, “women rights”, including a “right” to abortion, or more correctly child-murder, no-fault divorce at will, adultery and perversions. Feminism is used by economic, social and ethnic elites in order to decrease fertility and to destroy their most able competitors by attempting to create a conflict between a man and a woman, which decreases the number of stable families and the average number of children in the family; regretfully, the it’s the smartest women, who are more likely to follow “women rights” doctrine. Also economic, social and ethnic elites enrich themselves through lower labor costs since the inflow of women into the labor market decreases average wages, income from prostitution and pornography that appear due to the propaganda of “women rights”, and attacks against the public morale;

6) Humanism in education. The overall goal of humanistic education is, first and foremost, modification of thinking and behavior of students through their indoctrination in accordance with the ideology of democracy and democratic values. Humanistic education does not teach a student to analyze facts, in order to form his own opinion on the described phenomenon, but teaches him to accept as prima facie true democratic opinions, that correspond to the subjectively determined democratic criteria, established on the basis of feelings and emotions about the phenomenon. Also, instead of the knowledge about the phenomenon, humanistic profs try, first of all, to instill into their students democratic ideology, in particular to destroy the absolute standards of Good and evil (Good is everything that creates, supports and prolongs human life, bad is that, that does not do it) and replace them with the democratic relative standards of good and evil (good is what the society likes at the moment, bad is what the society does not like). As the result, the qualified teachers and professors leave the field of education and the level of education is constantly going down, which is precisely what economic, social and ethnic elites want, for the less educated is a man, the easier he can be manipulated through mass media and the electoral process. When young men face reality, which is absolutely different from its description in the humanistic coursebooks, it ignites cynicism, which is deadly for the public life;

7) Postmodernism in art includes so called modern music – a cacophony of dissonant sounds, and so-called modern art – daub made of circles and squares, points and lines, ugly sculptures, etc in the High Culture and so-called hip-hop in mass culture, that includes a) graffiti – the destruction of property b) rap - non-European music, which it is difficult for the European to dance and thus limits the normal socializing and interaction of the European boy and European girl and break-dance (rave) – that leads to injuries and requires the intake of drugs in order to be able to dance c) parties at clubs – centers of crimes, rapes and drugs d) tattoos – that lead to blood infections and the destruction of beauty of human body. In High literature postmodernism is represented by non-sense and pornography as in books, written by vonnegut, in mass literature it is represented by erotic and love novels. Promotion of post-modernism is undertaken by economic, social and ethnic elites in order to destroy the European cultural ideal, which inspires people to independent thinking, development and joy through work and great achievements, to promote democratic values and to make money out of postmodernist “artworks”.

In order to silence dissent there exists a democratic censorship – so-called “political correctness” and “hate crimes”, according to which the critics of democratic values, especially those of multiculturalism are declared criminals. The dissidents are thrown in jails or murdered by intelligent agencies, as were Dutch politician Pim Fortein, and German politician Jurgen Mellemann. The democrats also try to illegally prohibit the possession and bearing of personal arms - one of the derivative natural rights, because the man who has a gun can effectively protect his rights and fight democracy.

The ideological basis of democracy are Rousseau's ideas - equality, the will of majority and public interest. Equality is understood by the democrats as both the equality of opportunities and equality of outcomes in all spheres of social and even family life, which is impossible in reality, economically ineffective and as the example of the soviet union demonstrated, is dangerous for the state, for it leads to the growing social inequalities, for the power of the democratic state is used not to directly help the poor, but to abstractly equalize the people and social groups - a policy that leads to nowhere, conflicts and cynicism. The will of majority is understood as the right of majority to do whatever pleases them, e.g. to declare homosexualism normal behavior, allow abortions and declare views it does not like a criminal offense or even murder outright its advocates as once the democrats murdered Socrates in Athens, Cicero in Rome and Dantone in France. The will of the majority is reflected in the public opinion, formed on the basis of emotions, which prevents making of effective, experience-based rational decisions and in the democratic electoral process, which results in weak and dull democratic "leaders"-politicians, devoid of any principle and unable to effectively implement the will of their voters. The concept of public interest entails that the government is not created first and foremost to defend a man from fraud and cohesion as well as to protect his natural rights, but in order to achieve the so-called "public interest", formulated by unknown persons, which leads to the bureaucratic state, that entails unstoppable centralization of all power and the desire of the government to control all spheres of public life, absence of effective control over particular bureaucrats and their abuses of power, state persecutions and state terror against its own citizens - the example of such a country is the modern United States of America. Democracy also destroys the social infrastructure - the networks of invisible ties within families, local communities and voluntary associations, and decreases the quality of human resources because of insufficient investment in its creation and development, which a little bit improves the economic situation in the nation-state at the beginning of democratization, but then results in significantly lower rate of economic growth and eventually significant deterioration of economic situation in the nation-state in question.

It's obvious that the murderous nature of modern democracy and democratic values is unacceptable for the majority of the people. Therefore in order to deceive and manipulate them economic, social and ethnic elites use the democratic political process, which includes a number of stages:

1. There appears a new democratic idea.

2. Then this idea is declared good by the lying democratic mass media, because this idea is new.

3. Then the rejection of the older effective and well-tested behavior, evolutionary developed over time as a response to external environmental stimulus, is encouraged in favor to the new, democratic, and usually ineffective behavior.

4. In order to artificially support the spreading of the democratic idea are used positive stimuli, in particular democratic propaganda.

5. In order to destroy the opposition to the democratic idea negative stimuli are used, in particular the creation of the new "hate crimes".

The main argument that the democrats worldwide use in support of democracy is the history of development of the Western countries. These democrats, who did not study the history, political theory and political economy in the proper way, through reading of primary sources, confuse the beautiful heritage of the 19th century Western republics, due to which the West still enjoys the current prosperity with the consequences of democratic poison, which is destroying the public morals and public life throughout the West during the whole 2nd half of the 20th century. Thus the democrats falsely claim, that it is democracy that created all this abundance, while in fact everywhere where democracy has appeared it led to the collapse of civilization and tyranny: in the Ancient Greece after the repeal of the Solon laws democracy lead to the rule of oligarchs and tyrants; in the Ancient Rome, after the repeal of the republican laws of the 12 tables it led to genocide and proscriptions, as well as mass murder and torture of Christians; in 1789 France - the ideological ancestor of the modern democracy where the democratic ideas were first formed in "The declaration of rights of man and citizen" and other numerous French constitutions - the formation of democracy led to the dictatorship of robespierre and the jacobin terror, which resulted in enormous amount of victims in France. The nature of democracy was well-known to the Founding Fathers of the American Republic: in the constitution of the U. S. there is no such word as "democracy", and in political theory textbook, which was used in the state universities of the United States the following definition of democracy was given, "Democracy - the rule of the masses. Legitimacy is acquired through meetings or other forms of direct expression of public will. It leads to mob rule. The relation to the property rights is as under communism: no respect of property rights. The relation to legislation: the will of the majority regulates all spheres of public life, no matter whether it is based on through study of the issue or on desire, prejudice or impulse. Leads to demagoguery, double standards, public dissatisfaction, instability and anarchy". The Great Men treated democracy even worse:

"Democracy does not exist for a long time - it wastes, exhausts and destroys itself. There was never a democracy that didn't kill itself"

Samuel Adams, the participant of the U. S. Constitutional Convention

"The American form of government is the republic. The true freedom does not exist either under despotism or excesses of democracy"

Alexander Hamilton, Secretary of the Treasury

"Democracy always leads to conflicts and instability, but never provides for the security of the citizens or their property. Usually it is very short at life, and very bloody at death"

James Madison, one of the authors of the U. S. Constitution

"Between republic and democracy there is the same difference as between order and chaos"

John Marshall, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States

"Democracy is the rule of mobs, tempted by newspaper editors"

Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Democracy - it's the rule of the wishes of the mob, or to be exact, ambitions and vices of its leaders. The Founding Fathers of our constitution created a republic, which is more different from a democracy, than a democracy is different from despotism "

Fischer Aims, U. S. Congressman

"I have been always sure, that democracy sooner or late will destroy freedom, or civilization, or both"

Thomas Macaulay, British Statesman

"Democracy - it's the tyranny of majority, or more exact, the majority party, which through fraud or cohesion is manipulating the electoral process"

Lord Acton

"The peoples, that accept democracy, yield its deadly fruits: enormous growth of public expenses; wars, inspired by the wishes of the mob, and not by intellect; unfavorable conditions of peace, threatening national interests and national sovereignty, lower housing prices and fewer civil rights. People grow tired of democratic politicians, replacing statesmen"

Benjamin Disraeli, British Statesman

"The acceptance of democracy by all European nations is deadly for the proper governorship, freedom, law, order, respect of authority and religion, and at the end will lead to chaos, out of which will appear the worldwide tyranny"

The Duke of Northumberland

Thus it is obvious, that modern democracy is nothing, but a dangerous mirage, that will lead to millions of unnecessary victims, destruction and desolation of the United States of America.

That the ideological basis of “Democracy” can be attributed to Rousseau is WRONG. And it was already established that Plato understood the ‘ideological’ basis of Democracy. (?) The suggestion that Rousseau advocated Democracy needs to be edited out because it is not true.

It seems to me Rousseau is greatly misunderstood and his name can hardly ever be mentioned without a sneer. WHY? And it also seems to me that he has gained this reputation that he advocated things he never advocated! Why is that? Rousseau believed in the Natural Aristocracy! He believed in the rights of the superior, provided they were righteous. And that is why he is detested by modern day Liberals and Jews and just about everyone.

All one has to do is actually read Rousseau’s “Social Contract” to understand what he thought, and here is what he wrote on Democracy:

“If we take the term in the strict sense, there never has been a real democracy, and there never will be. It is against the natural order for the many to govern and the few to be governed. It is unimaginable that the people should remain continually assembled to devote their time to public affairs, and it is clear that they cannot set up commissions for that purpose without the form of administration being changed.

In fact, I can confidently lay down as a principle that, when the functions of government are shared by several tribunals, the less numerous sooner or later acquire the greatest authority, if only because they are in a position to expedite affairs, and power thus naturally comes into their hands.
Besides, how many conditions that are difficult to unite does such a government presuppose! First, a very small State, where the people can readily be got together and where each citizen can with ease know all the rest; secondly, great simplicity of manners, to prevent business from multiplying and raising thorny problems; next, a large measure of equality in rank and fortune, without which equality of rights and authority cannot long subsist; lastly, little or no luxury — for luxury either comes of riches or makes them necessary; it corrupts at once rich and poor, the rich by possession and the poor by covetousness; it sells the country to softness and vanity, and takes away from the State all its citizens, to make them slaves one to another, and one and all to public opinion.

This is why a famous writer has made virtue the fundamental principle of Republics;E1 for all these conditions could not exist without virtue. But, for want of the necessary distinctions, that great thinker was often inexact, and sometimes obscure, and did not see that, the sovereign authority being everywhere the same, the same principle should be found in every well-constituted State, in a greater or less degree, it is true, according to the form of the government.

It may be added that there is no government so subject to civil wars and intestine agitations as democratic or popular government, because there is none which has so strong and continual a tendency to change to another form, or which demands more vigilance and courage for its maintenance as it is. Under such a constitution above all, the citizen should arm himself with strength and constancy, and say, every day of his life, what a virtuous Count Palatine19 said in the Diet of Poland: Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium.20

Were there a people of gods, their government would be democratic. So perfect a government is not for men.”

I must respectfully disagree with you on Rousseau's ideological position.

Are you familiar with Rousseau's Discourse on the Origin of Inequality, where he lays down his case that in a natural state all men are equal and such a state is desirable? That's where democratic idea of equality comes from.

The democratic ideas of will of the majority and public interest come directly from Rousseau's Social Contract. I read the book and I was struck by the strangeness of Rousseau's ideas and their contrast with the ideas of American founding fathers: Rousseau was seeking to destroy and radically change something that had already existed, while American founding fathers wanted to create something new on the basis of preservation of essential traditions of old.

People justly hate Rousseau, because his ideas destroyed a near perfect monarchical state of his time, the French Monarchy, and unleashed the unmeasurable horrors, hatred and mischief of democracy upon European peoples. I hope the worst place in hell is reserved for such men.

I liken Rousseau to Lao Tzu. Can the Tao be an ideological basis for Democracy? Hardly. As far as the European line of thought Rousseau stands with Goethe and Herder. They all preached Naturalism as opposed to Materialism.

I do not intend to thwart your thread into a philosophical argument on Rousseau, your writing is good and I enjoyed reading what you put together- but I think your mention of Rousseau is wrong and dogmatic. You can detest Rousseau all you like, but don’t misrepresent him, he gave us a proper reaction to the perverse materialism, depravity, and nihilism of Hobbes. And your piece would have been fine without the dogmatic mention of Rousseau especially when just tossed in there without quotes, reference, or anything. And Rousseau’s time WAS not a perfect organic monarchal state- far from it, it was degenerate, decadent and corrupt. It is dogmatic to blame Rousseau for the revolution the Monarchs brought upon themselves and it cheapens your writing and thinking. There is something profoundly perverse in laying blame on creative thinkers expressing all different colors and examples of imaginative reasoning (which is a unique talent among Europeans) for all the problems in the world as opposed to those IN POWER. Rousseau was a Naturalist. As was Goethe and Herder. Rousseau was a Naturalist as opposed to a Materialist like Hobbes. And understand that it is Herder who is also blamed for all the evils of the world, and ask yourself, WHY? As far as Rousseau’s Social Contract is concerned, the entire writing rests on one idea, the Natural Hierarchy of men. I find very little difference between the position of Rousseau and the Natural Hierarchy that Washington preached. I provided the quote on Democracy above to prove that Rousseau did not advocate Democracy, yet you are still convinced that he did, and that he should have a place reserved in hell ????? How can one conclude with the quote I provided above from the "Social Contract" on the chapter concerning Democracy that Rousseau advocated Democracy? It is worse then a mid-evil witch hunt to wish a person an eternity in hell fire for advocating a thing they never advocated! It is monstrous.

The Platonic conclusion Rousseau made in the Social Contract echoes Lao Tzu in that he concludes without any confusion whatsoever to the undogmatic reader that there exists no ideal form of government for ALL people only the natural, organic and small.

Verse 80 Tao Te Ching –

Let us fashion small states with few inhabitants

Small countries with few people are best.
Give them all of the things they want,
and they will see that they do not need them.
Teach them that death is a serious thing,
and to be content to never leave their homes.
Even though they have plenty
of horses, wagons and boats,
they won't feel that they need to use them.
Even if they have weapons and shields,
they will keep them out of sight.
Let people enjoy the simple technologies,
let them enjoy their food,
let them make their own clothes,
let them be content with their own homes,
and delight in the customs that they cherish.
Although the next country is close enough
that they can hear their roosters crowing and dogs barking,
they are content never to visit each other
all of the days of their lives.

But I can’t debate dogmatic faith that proclaims Rousseau as the destroyer of all things good.

As far as the “What is the Origin of Inequality Among Men and is it Authorized by Natural Law?,” which is the correct title - Rousseau begins this piece pondering the Delphic Oracle, Know Thyself, which again echoes Tao :

“He who controls others may be powerful, but he who has mastered himself is mightier still”

Lao Tzu

And:

“He who conquers others is strong; He who conquers himself is mighty”
Lao Tzu

Rousseau goes on and ponders the natural hierarchy of men. If you think there is such a vast and great ocean that divide Rousseau and the Founding Fathers then explain this-

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

This sums it up:

"Above all, let us not conclude, with Hobbes, that because man has no idea of goodness, he must be naturally wicked; that he is vicious because he does not know virtue; that he always refuses to do his fellow-creatures services which he does not think they have a right to demand; or that by virtue of the right he truly claims to everything he needs, he foolishly imagines himself the sole proprietor of the whole universe. Hobbes had seen clearly the defects of all the modern definitions of natural right: but the consequences which he deduces from his own show that he understands it in an equally false sense. In reasoning on the principles he lays down, he ought to have said that the state of nature, being that in which the care for our own preservation is the least prejudicial to that of others, was consequently the best calculated to promote peace, and the most suitable for mankind. He does say the exact opposite, in consequence of having improperly admitted, as a part of savage man's care for self-preservation, the gratification of a multitude of passions which are the work of society, and have made laws necessary. A bad man, he says, is a robust child. But it remains to be proved whether man in a state of nature is this robust child: and, should we grant that he is, what would he infer? Why truly, that if this man, when robust and strong, were dependent on others as he is when feeble, there is no extravagance he would not be guilty of; that he would beat his mother when she was too slow in giving him her breast; that he would strangle one of his younger brothers, if he should be troublesome to him, or bite the arm of another, if he put him to any inconvenience. But that man in the state of nature is both strong and dependent involves two contrary suppositions. Man is weak when he is dependent, and is his own master before he comes to be strong. Hobbes did not reflect that the same cause, which prevents a savage from making use of his reason, as our jurists hold, prevents him also from abusing his faculties, as Hobbes himself allows: so that it may be justly said that savages are not bad merely because they do not know what it is to be good: for it is neither the development of the understanding nor the restraint of law that hinders them from doing ill; but the peacefulness of their passions, and their ignorance of vice: tanto plus in illis proficit vitiorum ignoratio, quam in his cognitio virtutis.2

There is another principle which has escaped Hobbes; which, having been bestowed on mankind, to moderate, on certain occasions, the impetuosity of egoism, or, before its birth, the desire of self-preservation, tempers the ardour with which he pursues his own welfare, by an innate repugnance at seeing a fellow-creature suffer.3 I think I need not fear contradiction in holding man to be possessed of the only natural virtue, which could not be denied him by the most violent detractor of human virtue. I am speaking of compassion, which is a disposition suitable to creatures so weak and subject to so many evils as we certainly are: by so much the more universal and useful to mankind, as it comes before any kind of reflection; and at the same time so natural, that the very brutes themselves sometimes give evident proofs of it. Not to mention the tenderness of mothers for their offspring and the perils they encounter to save them from danger, it is well known that horses show a reluctance to trample on living bodies. One animal never passes by the dead body of another of its species: there are even some which give their fellows a sort of burial; while the mournful lowings of the cattle when they enter the slaughter-house show the impressions made on them by the horrible spectacle which meets them. We find, with pleasure, the author of the Fable of the Bees obliged to own that man is a compassionate and sensible being, and laying aside his cold subtlety of style, in the example he gives, to present us with the pathetic description of a man who, from a place of confinement, is compelled to behold a wild beast tear a child from the arms of its mother, grinding its tender limbs with its murderous teeth, and tearing its palpitating entrails with its claws. What horrid agitation must not the eyewitness of such a scene experience, although he would not be personally concerned! What anxiety would he not suffer at not being able to give any assistance to the fainting mother and the dying infant!

Such is the pure emotion of nature, prior to all kinds of reflection! Such is the force of natural compassion, which the greatest depravity of morals has as yet hardly been able to destroy! for we daily find at our theatres men affected, nay shedding tears at the sufferings of a wretch who, were he in the tyrant's place, would probably even add to the torments of his enemies; like the bloodthirsty Sulla, who was so sensitive to ills he had not caused, or that Alexander of Pheros who did not dare to go and see any tragedy acted, for fear of being seen weeping with Andromache and Priam, though he could listen without emotion to the cries of all the citizens who were daily strangled at his command."

From “What is the Origin of Inequality Among Men and is it Authorized by Natural Law?”
-Rousseau

It can be noted here that Hitler reflected on the natural goodness and depth of love of his fellow soldiers expressed in the theatre of WWI, which was one of the most horrifying and terrible circumstance a MAN could find himself in, and how he was just awed at the spectacle of one brave soldier lying down his own life to save another. If man is all evil and Rousseau is wrong and Hobbes is right then WHY is man good or brave at all? I believe man is beautiful, good and brave. For without the good and the brave in the NATURE of MAN there exists no MANKIND.

It has been a conviction of pressing necessity, it has been a belief that we are to be deprived in the Union of the rights which our fathers bequeathed to us, which has brought Mississippi into her present decision. She has heard proclaimed the theory that all men are created free and equal, and this made the basis of an attack upon her social institutions; and the sacred Declaration of Independence has been invoked to maintain the position of the equality of the races. That Declaration of Independence is to be construed by the circumstances and purposes for which it was made. The communities were declaring their independence; the people of those communities were asserting that no man was born--to use the language of Mr. Jefferson--booted and spurred to ride over the rest of mankind; that men were created equal--meaning the men of the political community; that there was no divine right to rule; that no man inherited the right to govern; that there were no classes by which power and place descended to families, but that all stations were equally within the grasp of each member of the body-politic. These were the great principles they announced; these were the purposes for which they made their declaration; these were the ends to which their enunciation was directed. They have no reference to the slave; else, how happened it that among the items of arraignment made against George III was that he endeavored to do just what the North has been endeavoring of late to do--to stir up insurrection among our slaves? Had the Declaration announced that the negroes were free and equal, how was the Prince to be arraigned for stirring up insurrection among them? And how was this to be enumerated among the high crimes which caused the colonies to sever their connection with the mother country? When our Constitution was formed, the same idea was rendered more palpable, for there we find provision made for that very class of persons as property; they were not put upon the footing of equality with white men--not even upon that of paupers and convicts; but, so far as representation was concerned, were discriminated against as a lower caste, only to be represented in the numerical proportion of three fifths.

It must also be recalled that the American colonials were appealing to France, their only hope for support, for aid. France was being transformed by the Jews at the time, aka "The French Revolution", and "equality" was the (usual) byword.

The French Revolution would have occurred without Rousseau, as masses do not really enjoy being starved to death. Starvation and extreme poverty and total mismanagement by those in power, no matter what form of Government will always lead to unrest. Rousseau did not create these circumstances.

And Yes, OhGolly, "That we hold all these truths to be self evident, that man is created equal," was PERVERTED exactly the same way Rousseau is, that is my point.

Just thought I'd throw it in for context. While I'd like to believe in "the founders", and I still do - to a good extent, I'm open to other news. I do know good and well that Davis was entirely correct about their intentions.

And believe me, I'm not trying to blame Rousseau for "the French Revolution".

Good posts. Keep it up.

OhGollly-What you posted on the perversion of the term “equal” in regards to the Declaration of Independence was great! It only stands to solidify the point I have made. That Rousseau has been twisted and perverted and unfairly made the enemy of man, when he loved man.

Today's part of the worldview is dedicated to the description of the republic, the political system best suited for White Nationalism:

The republican medicine, or what is the republic

The republic is the best form
of government, if you can keep it

Benjamin Franklin

History and political theory offers a society that seeks a way to coordinate the efforts of its members in order to meet the challenges it faces a number of effective forms of government. One of such forms of government that is the most efficient yet requires constant protection from both bona fide and de dolo malo “improvers” is the republic.

So, what is the republic? In political theory the republic (lat. rex publica or the commonwealth) offers the harmonic combination and balancing of three essential political elements discovered by Plato – the people, the aristocracy and the king, in contrast with the modern democracy, where the role of the people is nominally increased, but de facto limited. This is achieved through the republican principles:

1) the principle of federalism – organization of the state as a federalized republic that includes regions and districts as its constituent parts;

2) the principle of defined rights – all rights delegated to the government are defined in the constitutions of the republic, its constituent regions and districts, and all rights that are not enumerated in the constitutions belong to citizens;

3) the principle of checks and balances – the primacy of the legislative branch is formally acknowledged, since the president or the governor does not hold a veto power over the laws of legislature, the state powers are divided vertically and horizontally, so that different government bodies check, balance and control each other, in contrast with the modern democracy, where the equality of state powers is formally acknowledged, while de facto the role of executive branch is increased;

4) the principle of electoral census – the bestowal of citizenship is not automatic, but subject to completion of a one-year voluntary military or civil service and of passing a citizenship exam, voting registration is not automatic but subject to payment of a proportionate poll tax sufficient to cover expenses on a election a citizen is willing to vote at;

5) the principle of judicial restraint – the courts do not have a monopoly on interpretation of a constitution and must defer to the original intent of the legislator;

6) the principle of non-direct election – of the president, that is elected by the electoral college in conformity with the people’s will expressed in a prior statewide referenda on the candidates and the senate: senators are elected by the regional assemblies;

7) the principle of people’s representation – the existence of two-chambers and one-chamber legislature respectively on the national and the regional level that represent the interests of citizens;

8) the principle of permanent majority – requiring the vote of a simple majority of legislators or citizens to elect executive officials, the vote of a qualified (2/3) majority of legislators to adopt laws, and the vote of a qualified (2/3) majority of citizens in case of major social issues with quorum of 3/4 legislators or citizens participating, something that the citizens of the U. S. and EU countries are currently denied.

In modern conditions the republic is a strong nation-state, which provides for fast economic development, respects the national and cultural traditions of the state-forming people and protects the political and economic rights of its citizens. The republic is based upon a proposition, that fundamental people’s rights are not and cannot be the result of some rational plan, or “public agreement” in Rousseau’s terms, but are the result of a slow organic historical development by trials and errors, in terms of Edmund Burke. The republic rejects the haughty democratic doctrine of some “universal values”, further expressed in concepts of universal “human rights” and allegedly universal mechanism of “protection of human rights” – “modern democracy”. The “modern democracy” doctrine in turn serves to justify manipulations that global economic, social and ethnic elites undertake through mass media and the electoral process in order to stay in power in the developed countries and to meddle into the internal affairs of the developing countries to control and pillage their natural, financial and human resources for the benefit of the elites. In a strong nation-state, the republic, every citizen can influence the political decision-making process or try to win elections, and no one asks him whether he is a democrat or not. Towards developing countries the republic establishes a common standard of judgment – the protection of fundamental rights (Life, Liberty, Property and the Pursuit of Happiness) of the people, who live there, and is looking whether the situation there is improving or not. If the situation is improving, as in Chile of General Pinochet, the republic protects such developing countries from the ventures of democratic thieves, who want to become rich at the expense of the population of developing countries under the guise of “protection of human rights” or “promotion of democracy”. In a republican view, the effective methods of protection of people’s rights are developed through slow organic development by trials and errors, while taking into account national and cultural traditions, and not created through some universal rational plan. While the fundamental people’s rights are absolute, the mechanism of their realization and protection depends on historically conditioned national and cultural peculiarities of each nation-state, and no state should impose its mechanism of protection (e.g. modern democracy) on the other state. As George Washington said: “Mind your own business, do not interfere into other people’s conflicts, the reasons of which you can never fully understand, lead by example of your behavior, not through force or fraud, develop business relationships with everyone who is ready to accept your friendship”. The other important republican principles is neutrality – rejection of aggressive war; non-participation in international organizations, associations and unions, while at the same time being open to cooperation with all countries on a bi-lateral basis; superiority of national legislation over international law.

The past of the republican political system is the concept of republican values. To them belong:

1) Religion and morals in a religious sphere – which entails a service to God in one’s place in a society; affectionate fulfillment of God’s word, in particular self-restraint and self-improvement; conduct of a godly life, in particular care and support of a family, relatives and other people. The absolute moral value for a republican is human life, and moral is what creates, supports and prolongs human life;

2) The republic in a political sphere – the strong nation state, which provides for the fast economic development, respects national and cultural traditions of the state-forming people and protects the political and economic rights of its citizens;

3) Nationalism (love of one’s people and respect of the ethnic ways of behavior and thinking, reflected in national traditions, culture and language) and patriotism (love of one’s land and state) in public life. Based on the concept of state-forming people, the people that is the largest in a particular nation-state, that has created the nation-state and has invested its labor and resources into its development for generations and the existence of which is connected to the existence of that nation-state, that is formed primarily by blood (3 out of 4 grandparents of a person belonging to the state-forming people), and secondary by soil (incorporation of persons belonging to a common civilization, legally residing in that nation-state for at least five years and fulfilling electoral census requirements) nationalism developed effective principles of organization and direction of the society for the general welfare of all its residents;

4) Free enterprise in economy. Free enterprise, conceived in the 18th century and full developed in the 19th century, provides for the genuine freedom of economic action for each man without usury and monopolism, characteristic of the colonial capitalism that appeared at the beginning of the 20th century, or excessive corruption, government regulation and disrespect of property rights, characteristic of the globalistic capitalism that appeared at the end of the 20th century, which, in turn, as established by the economic science and supported by the experiences of historic development of nation-states, allows for fast elimination of absolute poverty and reduction of relative poverty among the large masses of people. The most effective modern form of free enterprise is the national-social market economy. The peculiar trait of the national-social market economy which differentiates it from the ordinary market economy is the in-built system of effective redistribution of wealth, which is created by the market mechanism. As economic research demonstrates a government cannot redistribute more than 30% of GDP if it wants to function effectively and government expenditures cannot exceed 15% of GDP. Thus the difference should be transferred to the People Support Fund in form of an additional (15%) tax on the rich. From the People Support Fund the businesses of the poor should be supported and financed, allowing for justice in economic sphere, understood as the proposition that every man should survive and get its share of the created wealth. This leads to the absence of significant social conflicts and prosperity of everyone residing at the territory of the republic. The nation state also assists in creating and supporting new strategic industries, creates economic infrastructure and provides it with different kinds of resources – the preconditions for fast economic growth and development. The social market economic should also be nation-oriented, which means non-participation in international economic organizations (as the WTO) and establishment of independent tariff and currency policies conducted in the national interests;

5) Family values in family life – traditional family roles of husband and wife (man works, woman rears the children); large family (6 and more children); a few generations of extended family living under one roof with mutual support and care; abstaining from adultery, divorce and mixed-race marriage; control of parents over upbringing, education, medical treatment, values and discipline of their children; moral-strengthening family leisure; homeschool education;

6) Classical education in education. The goal of classical education is ideology-neutral transmittal of knowledge and the methodology of acquiring knowledge. Classical education teaches a man to differentiate between his views on the subject of discourse and objective facts concerning the subject of discourse. The man who received a classical education would not be affected by the propaganda of “modern democracy” and “market reforms”, which aim at people’s feelings, but would take a look on the whole collection of facts, and not only on a selected facts presented by the democratic media. It’s interesting that for the democratic media “objective” does not mean neutral, e.g. representing the whole specter of views on the subjects. Now only those views are presented that correspond to pre-established “democratic” criteria. Therefore the information, presented by the democratic media, is not reliable under the laws of classical logic, even though the democratic media repeatedly deny that, and it is difficult to find the Truth defined as the accurate description of reality even comparing different news sources. Classical education teaches a man to think rationally e.g. in accordance with the laws of logic, to conduct a discourse appropriately and respectfully. Classical education also gives a student the knowledge of the roots of the European civilization through careful study of Greek and Roman civilization. Such a student knows well different types of conflicts, ways of their resolution and consequences for choosing particular ways since “nothing is new under the Sun”. He is also well learned in theories and instruments of the administration of a country or a local commonwealth, which makes him a well prepared citizen and patriot who can enjoy and extend Freedom, for the amount of Freedom in the state is directly proportionate to the degree of preparedness and learning of its citizens. The feelings of the man, who received a classical education are ennobled by the classical culture, therefore cynicism is much less common in a republic. Such a man comes to the sphere of human action be it economy, law, statesmanship, science, ready and able rationally explore world around him and bring into it something particularly his, new, that makes this world better and different. Such a man however is difficult to manipulate, because he knows the difference between feelings and facts, his head is full of knowledge, not ideology, and for him the modern democracy (or, more exactly, mob rule) has never been an ideal of the political system. Therefore the world of the 19th century, where classical education was much more widespread, was freer, richer (15% of the people were poor vs. 30% nowadays) and better. However the elites don’t like such kind of education: because it is difficult, much more difficult to rule over educated, independent, hard-working people who received classical education than over uneducated people seeking pleasures and depending upon a state, who received a humanistic education. Hence it is more and more difficult to find a classical educator or educational institution. Unfortunately, only a few people today receive a classical education. Classical education is not free from its disadvantages, e.g. some of the youth become restless nihilists and atheists, but, generally speaking, classical education and modern universalistic or humanistic education create human resources of strikingly different quality;

7) Academism in arts includes classical music and classical art in the High Culture, and people’s or country music and rock-music in mass culture. In High Literature academism is represented by the classical literature, in mass literature by detective stories. Academism promotes the European Ideal of Beauty (the beauty of the man’s and woman’s body, strength of spirit, beauty of nature, describes the Creator’s deeds and great historical events), inspires men to independent rational thinking and development through hard work and great achievements, identifies the deficiencies of the state, economic and public structure and help to rectify them.

The moral basis for the republic is the ideas of John Locke: justice, understood as the single standard of protection of natural and derivative-natural rights, administration of justice, and electoral census for everyone, in contrast with the democratic equality, that implies that all men are equal in every sphere of human activity and thus should forcefully equalized by the state without regard to their national and cultural backgrounds, abilities and results; the system of natural rights – defined rights, among which are Life, Liberty, Property and the Pursuit of Happiness, and the derivative natural rights, that describe the content of natural rights and that are largely enumerated in the first 10 Amendments to the U. S. Constitution, that are given by God and that man cannot take away. Only in limited number of cases, when these rights are realized with significant damage upon the corresponding rights of other people or public morals, can the mechanism of realization of natural or derivative natural rights, but not natural or derivative natural rights themselves, be limited and such limitation are thoroughly checked by the courts in accordance with the strict scrutiny standard of legal review. As John Locke wrote: “A man has defined rights that he obtains not from the state. And a man cannot be denied these rights by the expressed will of the majority or by the decree of the conqueror. The idea that the expressed will of the majority, nor matter how large, establishes what is right or just is as absurd and unacceptable as the idea that what is right or just is established by the edict of the ruler. As the ancient Greeks were seeking the situation where the people and its rulers were subject to the same laws they established, the man slowly and painfully learns that there exist constant and objectively existing laws, which neither rulers nor peoples can change: they can only obey them. The state is just the convenient tool that exists due to the respect towards the Law of the Lord and the natural rights of the people residing therein, granted to them by the Creator of men and universe”. Therefore, the strong nation state, the republic is the mortal enemy of any kind of tyranny or totalitarianism in all of its forms, be it despotism - unlimited rule of one man, oligarchy – unlimited rule of a group of man, or democracy – unlimited rule of the majority of men. The concept of the rule of law, characteristic of the republican political system, entails that the state is run through adoption of written, unchangeable, strict but just laws, which are based on objective facts and do not contradict to the Law of the Lord and natural rights of men, who reside in the territory of the republic, but instead take their national and cultural traditions into account. Republican laws are obeyed both by common men and rulers. Republican laws are mainly aimed at the protection of the people from external (from other countries, their resident organizations and citizens) and internal (committed by the organizations and citizens of the republic) fraud and coercion. In republic there also exists the concept of the public morale – which protects the national and cultural traditions of the state-forming people, in particular bans child murder (“abortions”), sexual perversions, cloning, forced euthanasia and medical treatment, prostitution, public insults and indecency, libel, pornography and calls to violence, limits adultery and divorce, strives for the high moral principles of public officials and common men, residing on the territory of the republic, in contrast with the modern democracy, where the concept of public morale is destroyed. In order to protect public morale in the republic exists the system of religious courts, which impose fines and corporal punishment as the punishment for breaking public morale. The more serious cases are transferred into the courts of general jurisdiction. In the republic exists no censorship, and all points of view are discussed freely, no matter how wild, strange and unusual are they. The protection of public morale and the absence of censorship allow the republic to create the high-quality social infrastructure – the networks of invisible ties between families, local commonwealth and non-government organizations as well as large amounts of high-quality human resources, because the people undertake the necessary capital investment in order to improve their lives and refrain from destructive behavior, having no need to worry about excessive democratic taxation and persecutions,. All this allows the republic to provide for fast economic growth and economic development. However, the republican prosperity is its main weakness – the prosperous population of the republic often wishes to weaken the strict republican competition and therefore is less willing to protect the republic and republican values from different democratic “improvers” and “human rights” and “environmental quality” “activists”, who use such slogans in order to make money. Therefore the republican should be ever vigilant and strictly counteract all such democratic attempts through effective propaganda and law enforcement.

In order to make political decisions in the republic there exist the republican political process, which include a number of stages:

1. There appears a new republican idea, the source of which can be each citizen or organization of the republic.

2. It is determined the administrative level, at which it should be reviewed.

3. Mass media, legislatures and citizens thoroughly discuss its effectiveness, efficiency and conformity to the government rights that exist at an appropriate administrative level and to the natural and derivative natural rights of men.

4. The new republican idea is integrated in the context of the old and tried effective behavior, developed in response to the external stimulus. If a new idea does not give significant visible advantages it is rejected.

5. If there exists the resistance towards the new republican idea, the views of the resisters are carefully and fully listened to. In case, that the appropriate administrative level lacks the power to accept a new idea or a new idea contradicts the natural or derivative natural rights of man, a new idea is immediately rejected, otherwise a reasonably long period of time is given for people, whose interests are violated by the new idea, to effectively change their behavior.

History clearly demonstrates that everywhere where the republic was instituted, it brought peace, prosperity, wealth and happiness with it. In Ancient Greece of the 6 century BC the creation of the republic by Solon led to the unprecedented prosperity of Athens and the whole Greece under Pericles in the mid 5th century BC; in the Ancient Rome the creation of the republic in the 5th century BC led to the destruction of many enemies of Rome, including the mighty Cartage and to the thriving Roman economy, culture and arts. What is interesting that the ancient thinkers understood well the difference between the republic and democracy. For example Roman statesman Cicero, who understood the nature of democracy well, wrote: “Without checks and balances of the republic, the king becomes a despot, aristocracy turns into oligarchy, democracy leads to mob rule, chaos and dictatorship”, agreeing with another Roman statesman Seneca, who wrote that “democracy is bloodier than wars and tyrants”. Cicero also understood the nature of a democrat: “Under democracy the ruler is also an unreasonable and unprincipled man, who obtains the support of the people by giving them riches taken from other people”. The creation of the American republic - the moral predecessor of the modern republic, where republican ideals were written into the Declaration of Independence and the second Constitution of the United States of America and where democracy is not mentioned at all, yet the nation and all its states are guaranteed the republican form of government, made the United States in 120 years by the beginning of the 20th century the leader of the world with the highest living standards, population grown by 40 times and territory grown by 5 times. In modern world the examples of such strong nation-states - the republics are Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland and Switzerland. As their development experiences demonstrate, in the republic without a democracy the state is getting stronger, and people are getting richer.

Thus only in the republic the United States can find its way out of the present crises and the sure bedrock for prosperity. Even more, the republic creates pre-conditions for extension of the American territory over the whole North American continent, which many Americans want, because under the republican political system can be created and selected human resources in necessary quantity and of necessary quality.

Today's part of the worldview is dedicated to the description of the North American Republic, the new White Nationalist state in the North America that will replace the United States and Canada:

The North American Republic – the right ideology for the Europa-Overseas

Having determined, that the U. S. needs a modern republican political system to overcome the crisis it is in, it is necessary to define the appropriate type of the republic the United States needs.

First of all, this should be a parliamentary republic, in accordance with the historical traditions under which the United States was founded. Second, this republic requires a completely new administrative division. At place of the current United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama channel zone, and all large and small islands within 300 miles of the continental United States there should be created the North American Republic that would include historically existing states, and counties within the states with population no more than 20 000 people – each with its own constitutions. All relations between the North American Republic and the states and counties within it should be based on the Constitution of the North American Republic, and no state or country would have the right to exit the North American Republic. Additionally, the Arctic and the Antarctic will be divided in equal parts between the North American Republic, the Australian Republic, the European Community and the Russian Kingdom.

The highest legislative organ of the North American Republic shall be the Electoral College, called once every eight years for election of the President of the North American Republic (by the simple majority of votes), changing the Constitution of the North American Republic (by the qualified majority of 2/3 of the votes), changing the administrative division of the North American Republic (by the qualified majority of 2/3 of the votes), voting on every issue relevant for no less than 1 million citizens of the North American Republic (by the qualified majority of 2/3 of the votes). The Electoral College is formed by the Electoral Assemblies of the states under the principle of one Electoral College member for 100 000 North American citizens, residing in the state and is gathered every eight years. The members of the Electoral College of a particular state shall vote in accordance with the votes of the North American citizens, residing in this state, cast in a preliminary state referendum on the issue in question. The decision of the Electoral College of the North American Republic preempts any other government act of the North American Republic and finally settles the matter under consideration.

When the Electoral College is not seated the legislative powers shall belong to the Congress of the North American Republic that shall consist of the Senate, to which two senators from each state of the North American Republic shall be elected for four years by the Electoral Assemblies of the states, and the House of Representatives, elected by the citizens of the North American Republic for two years. The members of the House of Representatives are elected from the states, one member of the House of Representative per each 500 000 citizens residing in a state by a majority vote. No state shall have less than two members in the House of Representatives. The Congress shall have powers reserved in chapter 1 of the Constitution of the North American Republic. In particular, laws shall be adopted by the qualified majority of votes, statesmen shall be confirmed by a simple majority of votes.

The Head of the North American Republic shall be the President of the North American Republic, elected by the simple majority of the Electoral College of the North American Republic for the term of eight years. The President shall have powers reserved in chapter 2 of the Constitution of the North American Republic. The President presides over the government of the North American Republic, the State Council of the North American Republic, that consists of the governors of the states, the Security Council of the North American Republic and the Economic Council of the North American Republic. No citizen shall hold the office of the President of the North American Republic for more than two terms.

The judicial powers in the North American Republic shall belong to the courts – Protestant/County, State, Appellate, Supreme. Each judicial level reviews its categories of lawsuits and acts as an appellate court for a lower judicial level. All legal court proceedings are video and audio recorded, all court costs are covered by the appropriate government level to which the respective court belongs, the party that loses the case has an automatic right to one appeal, during the hearing of which the judgment is stayed. The names of all persons selected as judges are removed from the pool of qualified candidates until the respective pool of candidates is exhausted. The courts do not have a monopoly on interpretation of the constitution and, when interpreting the law, must defer to the original intent of the legislator. The courts of the North American Republic shall have powers reserved in chapter 3 of the Constitution of the North American Republic. Every judgment of a court of the North American Republic with which at least a million citizens of the North American Republic disagree must be approved by the qualified majority of 2/3 votes of both the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Congress of the North American Republic. In case of non-approval such a judgment is vacated and the case in which such a judgment was rendered closed.

The County Court shall include one judge, annually selected by lot from all citizens residing in the county, having at least primary legal qualifications. The County Court shall review civil cases where damages do not exceed $100 000 and misdemeanor criminal cases. The plaintiff and the respondent are each limited to not more than 3 hours for stating their case, the judgment of the County Court shall be rendered the same day the legal proceedings before the County Court take place. The Country Court shall render judgment on the merits of the facts presented before it. The Country Court shall have power to appoint civil penalties and fines not exceeding $100 000 and corporal punishments not exceeding 10 lashes.

The State Court shall consist of 48 jurors, ad-hoc selected by lot from all citizens, residing in the state. The State Court shall review civil cases where damages exceed $100 000 and felony criminal cases. The prosecutor and the defendant are each limited to not more than 8 hours (one workday) for stating their case, the judgment of the State Court shall be rendered no latter than on the third day the legal proceedings before the State Court take place. The State Court shall render judgment on both the merits of the facts and the law presented before it. The State Court shall have power to appoint all civil and criminal penalties, including the death penalty.

The Appellate Court shall consist of 48 jurors, ad-hoc selected by lot from all citizens, residing in the state, having at least primary legal qualifications. The Appellate Court shall review appeals of the judgments of State Courts on both the merits of the facts and the law on which the judgment of State Court is based. The prosecutor and the defendant are each limited to not more than 8 hours (one workday) for stating their case, the judgment of the Appellate Court shall be rendered no latter than on the third day the legal proceedings before the Appellate Court take place. The Appellate Court shall render judgment on both the merits of the facts and the law presented before it. The Appellate Court shall have power to appoint all civil and criminal penalties, including the death penalty.

The Supreme Court shall include 2 judges from each state, annually selected by lot from all citizens, residing in the state, having at least primary legal qualifications, and shall sit in the composition of 48 judges, selected alphabetically. The Supreme Court shall review the following categories of cases: differing judgments on the same legal matter by appellate courts, impeachment of statesmen of the North American Republic, legal matters between states, North American Republic and foreign countries, authorization of special operations against foreign nationals or domestic nationals avoiding detention abroad. The prosecutor and the defendant are each limited to not more than 24 hours (three workdays) for stating their case, the judgment of the Supreme Court shall be rendered no latter than on the seventh day the legal proceedings before the Supreme Court take place. The Supreme Court shall render judgment on the merits of the facts presented before it. The Supreme Court shall have power to appoint all civil and criminal penalties, including the death penalty.

The right to vote in the North American republic shall belong to the persons who can establish 7 out of 8 of their great grandparents as being of wholly European/White extraction, who have served in voluntary military or civil service nor less than two years time, who has passed the exams on the English language; the American history, society and statehood; morality, customs and traditions of the American life and who have paid a poll tax for conducting a particular election they wish to participate at. A citizen of a foreign state, residing in the North American Republic for five years, and fulfilling the above requirements shall be granted the North American citizenship and shall be regarded as an American, provided he gives up the citizenship of the respective foreign state. No double citizenship shall be allowed. All non-Europeans/non-Whites residing in the North American Republic shall be given 90 days to repatriate to the country of their choice, and after that all legal protection shall be removed from them. Europeaness/Whiteness shall be determined by lineage of a person, in disputed cases by anthropological characteristics of a person, in particular, by the similarity of 87.5% of person’s genes with the genotype of the European/White person.

The North American Republic shall conduct horizontal and vertical division of powers. Each state and county within the North American Republic shall be guaranteed a republican form of government. The North American Republic guarantees to every European/White man residing on its territory natural rights to Life, Liberty, Property and the Search of Happiness and derivative natural rights, enumerated in the first 10 amendments to the Constitution of the North American Republic. All powers and rights not reserved to the governments of the North American Republic shall belong to the people of the North American Republic.

The basis of the American idea shall be Americanism and Atlantism.

Americanism is based on such basic values as:

1) Protestantism, expressed in the practical religiosity of an American man, his desire to build “a shining city on a hill, a light to all nations”, moral birth, life and death of the American man;

The secondary vocation school shall focus on teaching agricultural and industrial vocations, the classical secondary school shall focus on studying Ancient Greek, Ancient Roman and European civilizations, 2 foreign languages and the Latin language. With regard to science the system of independent research institutes shall be re-established.

The goal of classical education is ideology-neutral transmittal of knowledge and the methodology of acquiring knowledge. Classical education teaches a man to differentiate between his views on the subject of discourse and objective facts concerning the subject of discourse, to think rationally e.g. in accordance with the laws of logic, to conduct a discourse appropriately and respectfully, to know well different types of conflicts, ways of their resolution and consequences for choosing particular ways, and to be well learned in theories and instruments of the administration of a country or a local commonwealth. The feelings of the man, who received a classical education are ennobled by the Classical and European culture and so he comes to the sphere of human action be it economy, law, statesmanship, science, ready and able rationally explore world around him and bring into it something particularly his, new, that makes this world better and different.

7) With regard to culture, the North American Republic shall establish the People Cultural Fund and shall support academism in culture that includes classical music, classical art classical literature in the High Culture, people’s or country music and detective stories in mass culture, since Academism promotes the European Ideal of Beauty (the beauty of the man’s and woman’s body, strength of spirit, beauty of nature, describes the Creator’s deeds and great historical events), inspires men to independent rational thinking and development through hard work and great achievements, identifies the deficiencies of the state, economic and public structure and help to rectify them. Additionally, the North American Republic shall establish Moral Councils in each of its states and counties within states, charged inter alias with the duty to promote academism and to discourage postmodernism.

The North American Republic is based upon absolute values: the absolute moral value is following God’s calling sometimes called man’s fate, and thus creating, sustaining and prolonging human life. Thus moral is a thing or an action that creates, sustains and prolongs human life and that protects public morale. Therefore the North American Republic shall establish child murder (“abortions”, except for instances where the act of conception is the result of sexual perversion, the mother’s life is in danger, or the unborn child is severely deformed), sexual perversions, miscegenation and sex with children below 12 years of age including, cloning, forced euthanasia and medical treatment (except for life-threatening contagious deceases), artificial insemination as capital crimes. The North American Republic shall also establish prostitution, public insults and indecency, libel, pornography and calls to violence as misdemeanors. The North American Republic shall limit instances of adultery and divorce by establishing mandatory one year family counseling before the divorce could be initiated, and one year waiting period before the divorce takes effect, and shall award automatic custody of the children and ¾ of estate to the innocent party in the instances of adultery. The North American Republic shall establish the age of sexual consent at 12 years of age, shall provide adequate support for young fathers and young mothers should conception take place on condition they will establish and maintain a family, and shall establish a liaison between a man above 21 years of age and a girl below 16 years of age as a felony unless a lawful marriage takes place, such marriage being legally indissolvable strives for the high moral principles of public officials and common men, residing on the territory of the republic, by informing the people of the biographies of public officials and thus allowing them to make an informed choice.

The North American Republic shall establish Moral Councils in each of its states and counties within states, charged with the duty to promote republican values and to discourage tyranny in all its forms that shall have three-hour airtime at every TV and radio station free of charge every day as well as 1/5 of publication area of each newspaper or magazine with the circulation of more than 1000 readers free of charge. In the North American Republic shall exist no censorship, and all points of view shall be discussed freely, no matter how wild, strange and unusual are they. The protection of public morale and the absence of censorship will allow the North American Republic to create the high-quality social infrastructure – the networks of invisible ties between families, local commonwealth and non-government organizations as well as large amounts of high-quality human resources, because the people will undertake the necessary capital investment in order to improve their lives and will refrain from destructive behavior, having no need to worry about excessive democratic taxation and persecutions

The creation of the North American Republic will provide for fast economic growth and economic development. Therefore the American republicans should be ever vigilant and strictly counteract all such democratic attempts through effective propaganda and law enforcement.

Recently, I have found a poem, that I believe correctly reflects the wishes of the American youth. I state it below:

“We know your democratic lies,
So you won’t swindle and won’t fool us.
Democrats have no principles, patriots are principled men,
And therefore democracy in America shall come to an end”

It is time to make the wishes of the American youth come true, and to do it competently.
