You won't cook salmon/trout any other way after doing it like this.

Actually this recipe is dead on to the way it is shown. And those potatoe will taste better the longer it sits. I'll use margarine with the potatoes too.
On my salmon I like to sprinkle dill and toasted sesame seeds. Maple syrup compliments salmon nicely, but I cannot get the glaze to stick.

Am I a race traitor if I like south Asian (IE, Asiatic Indian) food? Truly, I would kill for samosas if someone tried to keep them from me.

There are alll kinds of silly permutations & combinations & variations, but the best samosa is the original potato, carrot, peas & spice wrapped up in a triangular piece of dough and fried. I can't even contemplate the fat content, but the spices are fat-cutters and digestants as well as tasting good. YUM.
EDIT: Thanks, White Nightshade, for posting such a nice picture of one of the best foods ever. |

I don't think there is anything wrong with liking some "exotic" cuisines as long as you don't need the exotics themselves to cook it for you. Just do it yourself with a book or show.

Here, a Mexican migrant worker demonstrates how to diet on no-calorie rubber food
He works for a fraction of the wage compared to what Steve B gets as a research test actor for the inanimate partner industry:

That looks as tasty as the picture is beautiful, very nice.
And it's known how it's hard to photograph food convincingly tasty in the world of photography, so that's quite a promosing indication! I hope I can some day actually taste it... |

I'll take her, that way she only has to cook 1/2 as much to get a good meal.
