Default Kikes Kiking Kikily

When I opened this article, I looked at the picture before reading the article and thought to myself, "This has got to be a kike." Sure looks like it.

In this Sunday, June 14, 2009 police mug photo released by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, Tyler Weinman, 18, is shown after his arrest in connection with a series of cat killings and mutilations in his Miami-area community. Horrified owners have been finding their cats killed and mutilated for the past month in Palmetto Bay and another nearby community. Weinman is charged with 19 counts of animal cruelty, 19 counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four counts of burglary. (AP Photo/Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office)

. . . . . . .

MIAMI (AP) - A teenager was arrested early Sunday and accused of committing a string of gruesome cat mutilation deaths that had horrified residents of his Miami area community, authorities said.

For the past month, shocked pet owners in the Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay neighborhoods have reported finding more than two dozen cats killed and mutilated. Some of the dead cats were missing fur and appeared to have been cut with a sharp, straight instrument, police said.

Tyler Weinman, 18, was taken into custody early Sunday at a party, police said. Weinman was charged with 19 counts of animal cruelty, 19 counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four counts of burglary.

Police put the home of one of Weinman's parents under surveillance several weeks ago after receiving tips from community members, said Miami-Dade Police Department Maj. Julie Miller.

"This terrible time has drawn us together as a community, further emphasizing the importance of knowing our neighbors, communicating with each other, and always staying vigilant to suspicious activities whenever or wherever they may occur in our village," said Palmetto Bay Mayor Eugene Flinn.

Weinman was being questioned by police Sunday. It wasn't clear if he had an attorney. Messages left at phone numbers for his parents were not immediately returned.

In all, the deaths of more than 30 cats were under investigation, but Miller said some of those cats were likely killed by dogs. She said additional arrests might be forthcoming, but she declined to name other suspects.

"I sincerely hope that with his arrest, the residents will feel relieved and their cats will be safe once again," said State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. "It is expected that the vicious crimes that have plagued these communities will not be repeated."

If he's not, we'll remove it. The last name and location suggest jew, but the first name suggests non-jew.

Blackmailing Jew just "offering to sell letterman his story back to him"

The guy who allegedly masterminded an extortion plot against David Letterman is now using the Tiger Woods scandal as precedent to get the charges against him thrown out ..according to new documents obtained by TMZ.

Robert Halderman's lawyer, Gerald Shargel, filed legal papers asking that the charges against his client be dismissed.

Halderman's lawyer says his client essentially just "offered to sell his very marketable story to David Letterman." Shargel says that celebrity misdeeds have "significant fair market value" and they are "routinely suppressed through private business arrangements."

Default Jewish doctor launders money through Jewish school

http://www.ajc.com/news/north-fulton...ed-983683.html

Dr. Lawrence Eppelbaum ran a scam to defraud Medicare while laundering money through a large area Jewish school.

Quote:
The indictment goes on to allege that Eppelbaum was the primary donor to the Back Pain Fund, and entered into an arrangement with the Tora Jewish Day School in Atlanta, having the parents pay their children’s tuition to the Back Pain Fund as a “donation.”

He would, in turn, “donate” the full amount of the tuition to the school, plus 25 percent.

A representative for Tora told Channel 2 on Tuesday that no one knowingly participated in any wrongdoing in the matter, and the school is cooperating with federal investigators.
Oi vey! We had noooo idea we were doing anything wrong.

Default Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Former IMF Chief, May Be Investigated For Alleged Group Rape

quote

LILLE, France, May 4 (Reuters) - French investigators looking into Dominique Strauss-Kahn's ties to a suspected prostitution ring in the northern city of Lille want to extend the inquiry to cover alleged group rape by the former IMF chief and three friends, prosecutors said on Friday.

Strauss-Kahn is under formal investigation over whether he was aware he was dealing with prostitutes and pimps when attending sex parties in Lille, Paris and Washington in 2010 and 2011 allegedly organised by business acquaintances.

Investigators have asked prosecutors to widen the inquiry after a prostitute told them in her deposition that Strauss-Kahn and friends forced her to have sex in a group when she came to Washington to meet him in December 2010.

The woman has not filed a formal complaint.

"The prosecution is studying the request," a spokeswoman for the prosecutors said. "There are two possible options: the request is turned down or police open a preliminary investigation."

Strauss-Kahn's lawyer Henri Leclerc declined to comment on the new allegation. In March Leclerc vowed to challenge the existing inquiry and said the former finance minister was being hounded for his "libertine ways".

In a scandal that dashed his ambition to run for French president, Strauss-Kahn was arrested in New York last May on charges, later dropped, of trying to rape a hotel maid.

He quit his post as International Monetary Fund chief as he was briefly held in New York's Rikers Island prison.

After criminal charges were dropped over concerns about the maid's credibility, Nafissatou Diallo pressed ahead with a civil case. A New York judge this week rejected Strauss-Kahn's claim of diplomatic immunity, meaning the case can move forward.

Strauss-Kahn's fall from grace saw Francois Hollande emerge as the Socialist candidate for the French presidential election and opinion polls give him a six-point lead on average against incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy for Sunday's runoff vote.

Strauss-Kahn, a former high-flyer on the international scene, has kept a low public profile through the campaign and was shunned by several Socialist heavyweights who walked out of a lawmaker's birthday party last weekend when they discovered he was attending.

His name came up during an election debate on Wednesday, with Sarkozy saying he would not take morality lessons from politicians who had considered him as a possible candidate and Hollande retorting that it was Sarkozy who nominated him as IMF head.

Strauss-Kahn was placed under formal investigation in March in the Lille case which had already led to the arrest of eight people, including two Lille businessmen and a police commissioner. The complexion/coloring and surname both denote Jewish ancestry

To say he is a Jew is a logical conclusion

jewsign Dominique Strauss-Kahn Countersues Hotel Maid

quote

Former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn has filed a $1 million countersuit against the hotel maid who accused him of sexual assault, costing him his job and any chance of being elected president of France.

New York police arrested Strauss-Kahn a year ago when hotel maid Nafissatou Diallo accused him of forcible oral sex and trying to rape her in his luxury suite at the Sofitel Hotel in Manhattan.

Strauss-Kahn denied the allegations, saying the sexual encounter with Diallo was consensual. Prosecutors later dropped the charges after losing confidence in Diallo's credibility.

Diallo nonetheless sued Strauss-Kahn for unspecified damages in Supreme Court in the New York City borough of the Bronx, where she lived at the time.

The countersuit was filed on Monday on the anniversary of the incident and a day before Francois Hollande - the Socialist who took the nomination that Strauss-Kahn was once favored to win - was sworn in as president of France.

Strauss-Kahn denies all wrongdoing in the countersuit and accuses Diallo of "knowingly and intentionally making a false report to law enforcement authorities."

"Soon after she entered the room, Ms. Diallo and Mr. Strauss-Kahn engaged in mutually consensual acts," the claim states. "No violence, force or coercion attended their sexual encounter, and Ms. Diallo suffered no injuries whatsoever."

The former international financier seeks damages for his arrest, which included jail time at New York's Rikers Island and house arrest in an upscale Manhattan neighborhood; for losing his job as managing director of the International Monetary Fund; and for harm to his reputation.

The countersuit seeks at least $1 million in damages plus an undetermined amount of punitive damages. Diallo, a single mother who immigrated from Guinea, has not worked since the incident due to a shoulder injury she claims she sustained during the encounter with Strauss-Kahn, said one of her lawyers, Douglas Wigdor.

"The counterclaims have no basis in fact and were done solely for public relations," he said.

Strauss-Kahn's court filing comes two weeks after Bronx Supreme Court Justice Douglas McKeon rejected his motion to throw out Diallo's civil lawsuit on the grounds he had diplomatic immunity at the time of the incident.

The countersuit cites claims by prosecutors that Diallo proved to be an unreliable witness, after they concluded she had lied about her past and offered varying accounts of her behavior in the moments that followed the incident.

"It should come as no surprise that Mr. Strauss-Kahn is asserting claims against Ms. Diallo for her false allegations against him," one of Strauss-Kahn's lawyers, William Taylor, said in a statement. "She is directly responsible for his being arrested, imprisoned, and subjected to extraordinary pain, anguish and expense."

Strauss-Kahn's legal troubles have persisted since his return to France after the dismissal of the criminal case. In March, French authorities announced he was under formal investigation in connection with a prostitution ring in the northern city of Lille.

His French lawyers have accused authorities of harassing Strauss-Kahn for his "libertine ways" and denied he committed any criminal acts.
