The tv version of him reminds me of my dad. Not the eating people part lol, the cultured, scholarly European man cooking in the kitchen with wine and classical music, what's better than that lol
Be careful your pit bull doesn't eat you!!

Enbyeff brought up Gary Oldman--he is brilliant. He can play a victim as he did in a film about a boy put in jail at a young age and spending his life there, can't remember the name of the film, or a villain and either is believable. He was great as Sid in Sid and Nancy too.

The girl who played Nancy Spungen, Chloe Webb, is really talented as well, she plays good and bad equally well.

Robert Mitchum in Night of the Hunter or Cape Fear, Sean Penn in Casualties of War, both good at being scary without chewing the scenery.

For wumin villains: I brought up Piper Laurie in the horror movie thread as Carrie's mom, she takes the cake on demonic scary lady roles IMO. Nancy Wolf as Susan Atkins in the TV film about the Manson Family, she did a good Mitchum-like job of simply being scary, via the eyes and attitude without being 'wild'.

Yes he's great. Didn't he have quite an interesting interview once, then had to apologize for it? I thought his apology sounded sarcastic and insincere. At least I hope it was lol

Yeah. Oldman is jew-aware, no doubt about it. But he still wants those big paychecks that only Pinchas signs.

Daniel Day-Lewis is terrific as well, even if he is a half-jew; he was unforgettable as Daniel Plainview in There Will Be Blood: only a couple of deaths - but his menace....

He was great as Harmon in Charley Varrick, too:

Then there's Joe Don Baker as the polite Southern assassin in that one as well:

"Very few White men speak to me in that tone - and no nigras at all...." :
