That is simple to quantify, if you never had to be on time to a job or meet deadlines, or are interested in getting things done in a timely manner, yes, you would walk slower when life in general has no ambition.

Perhaps a view of a walk down to the welfare office, I am sure the pace quickens.

Im pretty sure its the former.

I remember back in school when they would walk in large groups and pretty much block up the hallways.They would walk so slow it HAD to be intentional.

The females are even worse than the males. Its so aggravating the way they stick their butts and lips out and crawl down the isles in stores with sprogs in tow.
