Excuse me.
I am not the head of Roskosmos and therefore I can not answer these questions.

Apparently no external camera was carried on the rocket for this launch. This mission was launched at night which would have made visibility difficult. As to the Sputnik model, it's basic physics--the model would remain pointed toward the vehicle's centerline due to G-forces while under rocket thrust. Once engine shutdown and orbital insertion happened the model would dangle freely under zero-gravity, i.e., weightlessness.

The Baikonur cosmodrome is preparing for the launch of the transport manned spacecraft Soyuz MS-07 with the next international crew on board. On November 9, 2017, the Soyuz MS-07 was transported to an anechoic chamber. Here, tests will be conducted of the radio systems of the spacecraft providing operational communication and transmission of telemetry. They will be used at the approach and docking of the transport manned spacecraft with the International Space Station.

The launch of the Soyuz MS-07 is scheduled for December 17, 2017 from the Baikonur cosmodrome. Astronauts of Roskosmos Anton Shkaplerov and Sergei Prokopyev, NASA astronauts Scott Tingle and Janet Epps, astronaut JAXA Norishige Kanai and ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst are part of the main and backup crews of the space ship and expeditions ISS-54/55.

On November 25, 2017, the Soyuz-2.1b space rocket was removed from the technical complex to the launch complex of the Vostochny cosmodrome and installed in the launch system.

The launch is scheduled for November 28 at 08:41 Moscow time.

The main payload for launching from the Vostochny cosmodrome is the meteorological space vehicle Meteor-M #2-1. The associated payload is the Baumanets-2 spacecraft and nano-satellites of Russian and foreign customers (LEO Vantage, AISSat, IDEA, SEAM).

Broadcasting of the launch on 11/28/2017 from 6.40 (Moscow time) on the site of the studio http://www.tvroscosmos.ru/5129/

There has been some sort of problem--the Fregat upper stage failed to make its second burn, placing Meteor-M in the wrong orbit and no telemetry has yet been received from the satellite. Sounds like a similar malfunction with Fregat in 2011 when the Phobos-Grunt probe was stranded in Earth orbit and was unable to proceed to Mars transfer orbit.

After training in the spacecraft, the astronauts visited the assembly and testing building at the 112 site of the Baikonur cosmodrome and got acquainted with the preparations for the start of the Soyuz-FG carrier rocket, which should deliver the Soyuz MS-07 to a low Earth orbit.

Then the crew members visited the museum of the cosmodrome, visited the houses of Sergei Korolev and Yuri Gagarin, left their autographs on a large photo of the Soyuz-FG booster rocket, signed photographs, expedition flag, postcards and presented the museum with memorable gifts with the symbols of the expedition.
