Default The thing I've noticed about protein powders is: less is better. small amounts can make you very healthy

If you drink a lot of the powder, like say 30 grams at once. That protein enters the blood very rapidly. It is like a sugar spike that produces Insulin spike.

Too much protein in the blood at once isn't really good for you unless you are young and you just worked out or something and your muscles will gobble it up.

but 15 grams at once will not clog up the liver or create protein growths in your organs

that's just me, others might be fine with high doses of powder protein.
