A video emerged recently of the director of the gender clinic at Boston Children's Hospital explaining that puberty blockers can lead to infertility, while the hospital's website claims that the experimental drugs are "completely reversible."

"Children and adolescents who are in puberty may choose to pause puberty using puberty blockers," explains the hospital's website. "These are temporary medicines that are completely reversible, they do not cause any permanent changes."

However, in a video uncovered by Breibart, the director of the clinic, Dr. Jeremi Carswell, admits that when it comes to puberty blockers, fertility is a "huge issue". Carswell has also said that children who play with toys that are typically considered to be for the opposite sex are probably trans.

Carswell uses the example of a "12 or 13 year-old testicle-bearing person who hasn't really had too much puberty" to explain that putting in a puberty blocker at that early stage of development and following it with estrogen leaves the young person infertile.

"That's a big deal. That's something you must have the conversation about," she says, implying that with adequate explanation a child of 12 or 13 could consent to signing away their future fertility, a way of thinking that contradicts every single child and adolescent development model in existence.

Many gender programs for adolescents across the country include access to fertility clinics for the purposes of freezing eggs or sperm so that if the child becomes sterile due to medical gender transition, they can try to make use of their material in the future.

Carswell was then asked by an audience member at the Advancing Excellence in Transgender Health 2020 event whether there could be an issue with orgasm later in life if puberty is blocked too early, and the expert in gender medicine who oversees the medical transition of minors was unable to answer, saying "that's a really great question and one I don't know … I don't believe so, but I can't answer that fully."

It is America's first clinic to treat transgender children.[1][2] He is an internationally known specialist in treatment for intersex and transgender youth, and is one of the first doctors in the United States[3] who advocate prescribing hormone replacement therapy to minors.[4] Spack, who is Jewish, has been an advocate for transgender resources and support groups for the Jewish community.[5]

This is just the latest in a slew of disturbing news coming from the clinic related to transitioning extremely young children.

Last week, several promotional videos created by Boston Children’s Hospital went viral on Twitter. The first clip to be widely shared racked up over 1.6 million views and featured Gender Multispeciality Service (GeMS) clinician Dr. Frances Grimstad presenting hysterectomies as a form of “gender-affirming” therapy.

Jenner recalled the time an interviewer asked her daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, “When did you know you were a girl?”

“Kylie says, ‘No one has ever asked me that question before.’ That was the first time my kids ever thought about gender and about who they are. And that same thought goes through a trans person’s head 24 hours a day, 365 days out of the year.”

At the opening session three days earlier, Mona Eltahawy, a columnist for The New York Times and author of “Headscarves and Hymens: Why the Middle East Needs a Sexual Revolution,” got up on stage as part of a rapid-fire presentation of big ideas. “My big idea is: Fuck the patriarchy!” she shouted.

Over the course of the festival, I heard people talking about this constantly. On shuttles to and from town, lounging on lawn chairs, standing in line for hot dogs, people would ask each other, “Did you hear that woman say ‘fuck the patriarchy?’”

The Florida Boards of Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine Joint Rules/Legislative Committee Rule Workshop held a hearing on Friday to determine a course of action for child sex changes in the state. state Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo issued guidance that child sex changes, undertaken with drugs and sometimes with surgeries, should not be permitted in Florida.

As a result of the testimony given by parents of children who are being put through gender transition, parents who have lost children as a result of gender transition, as well as from adults who have gone through transition and come out the other side, the Board voted to disallow the use of puberty blockers, surgeries, and cross-sex hormones for the treatment of gender dysphoria in minors. The committee's recommendation to prohibit medicalized gender transitions for minors will go to a vote before the full board next week.

The hearing heard testimony from parents who have pushed their children into medical gender transition after believing their children have "come out" to them at very young ages. If this rule goes into effect, they would not be able to continue using drugs to gender transition their children unless those children were part of a clinical trial, which was the caveat given by the Board in their recommendation.

Male and female adults who have detransitioned spoke on their experiences with both transitioning to the opposite gender, as well as transitioning back to their birth gender, and there were many. Adult males spoke about their experiences with drugs and surgeries, with one individual who presents as a female describing the lack of function the neo-vagina between his legs has. There is not enough depth for penetrative sex, the individual told the Board.

Many of those who testified against these procedures for minors stressed that adults are able to make these mistakes, and if adults can be so wrong about the taking of drugs and surgeries to present as the opposite sex, what hope do minors have of being able to truly to consent to a lifetime of sterility and sexual function simply to be able to appear as the opposite sex.

Speaking first was Zoe Hawes, a 23-year-old expecting mother who had transitioned as a teenager. She choked up as she spoke, saying that she "experienced a lot of trauma" in her childhood, noting that she was molested at the age of six, experienced her parents’ divorce at the age of eight, and her mother attempted suicide when she was 13.

She was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in middle school, and "I couldn’t accept my body in puberty," she said. "I just wanted to escape."

Cole said that she began transitioning shortly before her teenage years by cutting her hair, changing her clothes, and going by a new name.
At 13 she began taking puberty blockers and testosterone, and at the age of 15, she got a double mastectomy.

"And yet at 16, after years of medically transitioning, I came to realize I severely regretted my transition."

Cole noted the role that social media and the internet had on her decision to transition, saying that "I unknowingly gave my mind and eventually my body to an anti-science movement that reduces women to long hair, barbie dolls, dresses, and false self-perception."

As she continued with her transition, Cole said that she was becoming increasingly suicidal, and that some issues went undiagnosed for years until she had stopped transitioning, like autism and body dysmorphia.

"All the talk about mental health, self-perception, pronouns, and ideology leads me to the question, why is a mental health epidemic not being addressed with mental health treatment to get at the root causes for why female adolescents like me want to reject their bodies?" Cole asked.

Cole noted that years after her double mastectomy, she is still experiencing complications, saying that at that moment she was wearing bandages on her chest to stop the leaking.

"I have no breasts. I want to be a mother someday, and yet I can never naturally feed my future children. My breasts were beautiful, and now they have been incinerated for nothing."

A passage in the book - marketed to girls aged between three and 12 advises: 'If you haven't gone through puberty yet, the doctor might offer medicine to delay your body's changes, giving you more time to think about your gender identity.'

It also provides a list of resources for organizations the children can turn to 'if you don't have an adult you trust'.

Depending on who you ask, members of the billionaire Pritzker family of Chicago are either the proud descendants of a financial genius who are doing good by funding progressive causes — or a secretive dynasty who now back radical no-bail laws and the transgender movement.

The most prominent member of the family today is Gov. J.B. Pritzker, 57, a longtime Democratic activist and supporter whose net worth is about $3.6 billion.

His sister, Penny, 63, was co-chair of former President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and later became his secretary for the Department of Commerce. This, despite her once serving on the board of Superior Bank, which the Pritzkers bought with $460 million in tax credits from the federal government. The bank later collapsed after being one of the first to traffic in subprime mortgages.

J.B.’s cousin Jennifer Pritzker, 72, a twice-married parent of three who was born James Pritzker, is, along with Martine Rothblatt, one of the world’s only two openly transgender billionaires. More than half of trans women who have 'bottom' surgery are in so much pain years later they need medical attention, a study suggests.

Up to a third of patients also struggled to use the toilet or suffered sexual issues 12 months after the operation, which sees patients transitioning from male to female given a surgically constructed vagina.

Researchers from the Women's College Hospital (WCH) in Ontario, Canada, analyzed the medical records of 80 patients who sought care from the clinic between three months and five years after having the operation.

Campaigners say the findings demonstrate that complex surgeries like vaginoplasty often carry risks that patients are unaware of - at a time when there has been a dramatic uptick in the number of gender reconstruction surgeries in the US and Canada.

Liberal Democrat peer Lynne Featherstone has said that women are not welcome in the party if they are opposed to trans people having access to their spaces.

In a blog on the Liberal Democrat website, the former Equalities Minister said that she was fighting for trans people 'to be seen as people and welcomed into all spaces' as she blasted those who did not support opening up women-only spaces to trans women.

In the controversial piece, written in celebration of LGBT History Month, Featherstone said that those who sought to exclude trans women from women-only spaces were 'not feminists' and had no place in the party.

'I also have a message to those people who believe they can restrict trans women's rights, deny their human rights, or exclude them from women-only spaces in the name of feminism: You are not feminists. Your views are not welcome in the Liberal Democrats,' she said.

She boasted that the Lib Dems were fighting to introduce gender neutral bathrooms and gender neutral school uniforms, as well as a third 'X' gender designation on passports and official documents for those who did not wish to identify as male or female.

Virginia Democrats Try to Block Bill Prohibiting Schools From Hiding Students’ Gender Transitions

Every single Democrat in the Virginia House of Representatives voted against a bill this week that would make it illegal for teachers in the state to conceal a student’s transgender “gender identity” from their parents.

Under Virginia House Bill 2432, also known as “Sage’s Law,” teachers would be required to inform parents if a student requests to move forward with “social transitions” at school, such as going by preferred pronouns and a chosen name. The legislation would also require the school to obtain at least one parent’s permission before implementing anything concerning the child’s “gender incongruence” at school, including counseling, Fox News reported. In addition, the bill clarifies that “child abuse” does not include “misgendering.” The bill passed on Tuesday with one Republican and all 47 Democrats voting against it.

“I am disappointed that all Democrats voted against this common sense bill,” Del. Dave LaRock, a Republican who introduced the bill, wrote.

The legislation is named after “Sage,” a 14-year-old girl who was reportedly sex trafficked twice and sexually assaulted after the state removed her from her parents’ custody to protect her from “misgendering,” a term used to describe referring to someone by pronouns that do not align with their gender identity. Sage reportedly identified as a boy and her school and the state believed that her transgender identity would not be affirmed under her parents’ care.

One young girl's devastating story is fueling outrage and action in Virginia after she was victimized by sex trafficking predators, aided by a failing system that places transgender ideology ahead of parental rights.

The Virginia House of Delegates K-12 subcommittee voted 5-3 this week to refer Sage's Law to the Committee on Education for final vote. Sage's Law, also known as the Child Protection Act, is sponsored by Delegate Dave LaRock and aims to protect the rights of parents and the safety of children who are dealing with gender confusion.

If enacted, Sage's Law would prohibit schools from encouraging children to hide gender identity changes from their parents. It would provide counseling services to those students who identify as a gender different from their biological sex, and it would make, at a minimum, one of the student's parents aware. If there is a suspected risk of suicide, social services must be contacted by school officials.

The bill stems from a series of horrifying incidents in 2021 in which an Appomattox County High School student named Sage was targeted by sex predators after fleeing from her legal guardians upon their delayed discovery of her gender transition at school.

Montana Senate endorses bill restricting gender-affirming care for youth, after heated debate

HELENA — The Montana Senate got involved in heated debates Tuesday, before giving preliminary approval to a bill that would ban gender-affirming procedures for transgender youth.

Senators endorsed Senate Bill 99, sponsored by Sen. John Fuller, R-Kalispell, with 28 Republicans in favor and five Republicans joining all 16 Democrats in opposition.

SB 99 would ban hormone treatments or surgeries for someone under 18 seeking to medically transition to a gender identity different from the sex they were assigned at birth. It would threaten health care providers who do provide those treatments with a yearlong suspension of their authority to practice, along with potential legal liability for up to 25 years.

The bill would also prohibit state property and buildings from being used to “promote or advocate” social transitioning, like a person changing their preferred pronouns or dress.

Supporters of SB 99 said gender-affirming procedures can create long-lasting effects, and it’s reasonable for the state to determine minors shouldn’t be able to consent to them.

“Senate Bill 99 does not stop transitioning, it only says, ‘Wait till you’re 18,’” said Sen. Keith Regier, R-Kalispell.

The chancellor of Washington University and the president and CEO of BJC HealthCare have rejected calls for a moratorium on child sex changes at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital gender clinic, instead saying they were “establishing additional oversight” following whistleblower accusations of malpractice.

Richard Liekweg, president and CEO of BJC HealthCare, and Washington University Chancellor Andrew Martin released a statement Tuesday in response to a call from Attorney General Andrew Bailey for a moratorium on sex change procedures such as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones at Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital pending the outcome of an investigation.

In the statement, Liekweg and Martin say they are concerned by the allegations made against the Transgender Center, and that they have begun the process of reviewing the practices and protocols.

However, the statement went on to say that because the Transgender Center is the only place in the entire state of Missouri where children can access sex changes, they “cannot institute a moratorium that would deny critical, standards-based care to current and new patients.”

The serious allegations of child abuse made by whistleblower Jamie Reed earlier this month include clinicians at the Transgender Center prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to extremely mentally ill adolescents, as well as young people experiencing devastating side effects such as vaginal lacerations and genital abnormalities. Reed accused the clinic of interfering in family custody battles in favor of the affirming parent, and of ignoring the wave of detransitioners who started to appear around 2019.

Emails have emerged on social media that show Admiral Rachel Levine, Biden’s assistant secretary for health, discussed the potential revenue from adolescent sex change surgeries with a Philadelphia children’s hospital.

In the 2018 email exchange obtained via a public records request by parent rights advocate Megan Brock, Levine and Dr. Rollyn M. Ornstein of Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital discussed the need to hire a social worker for the soon-to-be-opened gender clinic and Ornstein asked Levine to provide information regarding "potential revenue, including downstream."

Ornstein said she wanted to include the information in a presentation to convince hospital administration to proceed with the hiring process for the social worker.

Levine responded that the hospital should be able to fund a social worker for "evaluation and therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients" but cautioned that "pre surgical consult for patients under 18 will most likely be limited to FTM Top surgery and that might be a rather limited group of patients."

FTM means female-to-male, and "top surgery" is a euphemism for bilateral mastectomy.

Levine advised Ornstein to reach out to Linda Hawkins of the gender clinic at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for information about their program. Last year it was revealed that the CHOP gender clinic was willing to provide sex changes to minors in foster care, was training its staff on how to coerce reluctant parents into consenting to their child undergoing an experimental sex change, and that its co-founder, Nadia Dowshen believes age is just a number when it comes to referring confused teenage girls for the amputation of their healthy breasts.

Penn State Health Children’s Hospital opened its gender clinic in 2019 and the clinic’s coordinator is Amy Keisling, a licensed social worker who is affiliated with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), the leading trans health group that recently added eunuch as a valid innate gender identity even children can possess. The gender clinic offers experimental puberty blockers to children as well as irreversible cross-sex hormones and surgery referrals.

Indiana parental rights bill would require teachers to report students' gender concerns

Teachers in Indiana public schools could be required to tell parents if a student changes their gender identity or preferred name under a bill House committee members approved Monday.

A vociferous crowd lingered outside the House chamber through hours of testimony, cheering opponents of the measure and booing Republican lawmakers who back it.

Opponents of the bill — which lawmakers voted 9-4 to send to the full House for consideration — said it would alienate LGBTQ students, particularly transgender youth, and possibly force kids to come out to their parents. Supporters argued the legislation would empower parents to choose how their children are raised.

If a student questions their gender identity to a teacher, "the best answer is, you can talk to your parents," said Micah Clark, executive director of the Indiana Family Association.

The Georgia Republican announced she planned to reintroduce a bill next week that makes performing underage transgender surgeries a felony.

Greene was cheered on by the crowd as she argued that the Republican Party needs to be the 'party that protects children' as she warned that people are 'left with lifelong disabilities' by transitioning their genders.

'They are given puberty blockers, that actually chemically castrates them, makes them sterile. They're giving testosterone to girls as young as 11, 12, 13 years old,' Greene said. 'That within four to five years some of them have to have hysterectomies because of the damage it does inside of them.'

'There are teenage girls having their breasts cut off, that is permanent damage done to their bodies, they'll never be able to breastfeed their babies,' she continued. 'There are boys that are having their penises turned inside out.'

Over 3 million US public school students attend schools that have policies in place preventing teachers from informing parents if their child adopts a transgender identity, according to a new report published by Parents Defending Education.

On the list, there are 5,904 schools spanning 168 school districts that currently have “Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Policies” openly stating that district personnel can or should keep a student’s transgender status hidden from parents. The total number of students covered by such policies amounts to 3,268,752, but the list is not comprehensive meaning the number is certain to be higher.
