To see just how much law and order has eroded under George Soros-backed “progressive prosecutors,” consider Loudoun County, Virginia.

The top prosecutor there, Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj, announced last week that her office wouldn’t be directly involved in the prosecution of misdemeanor charges — including hit-and-run, eluding police, reckless driving, trespassing, public drunkenness and failure to appear, among others.

Soros dumped $659,000 into the Loudoun County commonwealth attorney race backing Biberaj for the position, which she won by a slim 49.5% to 47.5% margin despite the massive cash advantage. She was sworn into the position in January 2020.

After last week’s announcement, Biberaj claimed that letting all these crimes go unpunished would allow her office to devote more resources to victims of more serious crimes such as “murder, rape, and domestic violence, not speeding tickets.”

Biberaj is just one of 75 prosecutors nationwide who were backed by Soros for their pro-criminal bents, as a recent Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund report noted. After investing more than $40 million into this project, Soros-backed DAs (and their ideological allies) now represent at least one-fifth of Americans.

That $40 million is a drop in a bucket to the $32 billion that backs his political empire. But by focusing on key local races, Soros is having an outsize impact on people’s lives.

Flipping a legislature and changing the law is a lot more daunting than just electing one person who refuses to enforce the law. In many cases, Soros’ prosecutors decline to prosecute cases, toss charges or cut lax plea deals — bypassing the statutes on the books.

Jared “Riley” Dowell, the nonbinary daughter of the second-ranked Democrat in the US House of Representatives, has been charged with assaulting a police officer, vandalism and other crimes stemming from a Boston Antifa protest that turned violent.

The 23-year-old Dowell entered not guilty pleas on Monday in Boston Municipal Court and was released on $500 bail. Her mother, House Minority Whip Katherine Clark, confirmed the arrest and said she would trust the legal system to evaluate the case. “I love Riley, and this is a very difficult time in the cycle of joy and pain in parenting.”

Police said Dowell was seen defacing the historical Parkman Bandstand Monument with spray paint on Saturday night at Boston Common. The graffiti read “No Cop City” and “ACAB,” a vulgar anti-cop slogan used by Antifa. During Dowell’s arrest, about 20 protesters began to surround officers while screaming profanities through a megaphone and blocking traffic on a public street. An officer was “hit in the face and could be seen bleeding from the nose and mouth.”

On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” White House Spokesman for Oversight and Investigations, Special Assistant to President Joe Biden, and Senior Advisor to the White House Counsel’s Office Ian Sams refused to answer questions on how President Joe Biden ended up having classified documents because people at the Department of Justice are “going to be the ones to answer these questions” and they don’t want to interfere in the DOJ’s investigation by answering how Biden ended up with the documents.

Co-host Mika Brzezinski asked, “As you just heard from Congressman Schiff (D-CA), it’s sort of unusual to leave a SCIF with anything that is classified, take home classified documents. How did this happen?”

Sams responded, “Look, I think you’ve heard the President speak to this, you’ve heard the President’s personal attorneys speak to this. The President takes this seriously, and that’s why he’s fully cooperating with the Department of Justice. Democrats Turn on Joe Biden over Endless Classified Docs Revelations

Senior Democrats are becoming increasingly dismayed by the endless revelations of classified documents being hoarded by President Joe Biden and the bungled responses from the White House on the issue.

AP reports the line of Democratic lawmakers booked for the Sunday news shows found themselves quizzed about the latest developments in the perpetual drama that has engulfed Biden’s presidency.

Most appeared barely 24 hours after a search Friday of Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, by the FBI found yet more documents with classified markings and took possession of some of his handwritten notes, as Breitbart News reported.

Biden should be “embarrassed by the situation,” lamented Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin, the second-ranking Democrat in the Senate, telling CNN the president had ceded the moral high ground on an issue that has already entangled former President Donald Trump.

Durbin went on to say responsibility for the litany of deceptions and half-truths ultimately lies at Biden’s feet:

A protester who was photographed with his feet on then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's desk amid the Jan. 6 riot was on Monday convicted on eight charges, including civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding.

The picture of Richard 'Bigo' Barnett lounging in Pelosi's office became of the most memorable images of the unrest.

But he could now spend as much as 20 years in prison — the maximum sentence for obstructing an official proceeding.

The jury in Washington, D.C., took two hours to find Barnett, 62, guilty of all eight counts he faced.

Outside the court, Barnett promised to appeal against what he said was an 'injustice.'

And he said the judge had refused his request to move the trial to his home state of Arkansas.

'This is not a jury of my peers,' he told reporters.

He took the stand last week in his defense, and claimed he had stumbled into Pelosi's office while looking for a toilet.

There he encountered two news photographers. One asked him to 'act natural,' he said, so he leaned back in his chair and rested his legs on the desk.

'Did it dawn on you that what you were doing could cause some trouble?' defence lawyer Joseph McBride asked Barnett.

'I was just in the moment,' he replied. 'I'm just kind of going with the flow at this point.'

WASHINGTON — The House Oversight Committee is demanding that first son Hunter Biden’s art dealer hand over sales information and book an interview with congressional investigators about possible influence-peddling.

The panel’s chairman, Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), sent a letter Wednesday to SoHo gallery owner Georges Berges after he brazenly brushed off an initial request last month.

“For over a decade, the Biden family has profited from Joe Biden’s positions as a public official,” Comer wrote. “Your arrangement with Hunter Biden raises serious ethics concerns and calls into question whether the Biden family is again selling access and influence.”

Hunter Biden launched his art career after his father took office as president in 2021 — after previously seeking business, alongside his uncle James Biden, in countries where his dad held sway as vice president, including China and Ukraine.

“Despite being a novice artist, Hunter Biden received exorbitant amounts of money selling his artwork, the buyers’ identities remain unknown, and you appear to be the sole record keeper of these lucrative transactions,” Comer wrote to Berges.

Two former Hunter Biden associates have identified Joe Biden as the big guy.

Hunter Biden reportedly is under federal criminal investigation by the US attorney’s office in Delaware for possible tax fraud, money laundering, lying on a gun-purchase form and unregistered foreign lobbying.

True revolt goes like this:
-Be racially aware.
-Never have sympathy for the subhumans and never except them in your mind.
-If you are surrounded by subhumans in your everyday life, in your job etc. never let them know how you feel about them but in your mind always despise them and never allow yourself to soften, not a bit.
-In your spare time always surround yourself with whites.
-Have at least three white children and try to enlighten them as much as possible. Doocy pressed the White House regarding Biden's travel to Delaware after documents were discovered at his Wilmington home. Jean-Pierre stonewalled his questions, however, saying she refused to "go down a rabbit hole" on the topic.

"After the special counsel was named, but before the FBI searched, President Biden went to his house in Wilmington. What was he doing in there?"

New York Post columnist Miranda Devine argued Wednesday on "The Brian Kilmeade Show" that an "unusual" Hunter Biden email about Ukraine policy suggests the president's son may have used the classified information while doing business in the country.

MIRANDA DEVINE: There's an email on his laptop that basically looks very much like it came from a classified briefing. At least, it has the flavor of an official briefing, perhaps a classified one. I think Ron Johnson said it looks like the sort of briefing that he got, a classified briefing he got as a senator when he went to foreign countries. And it's a very uncharacteristic email for Hunter. It's unlike anything else. Well-written, very lengthy. It's 1,300 words. It's very detailed. It has a lot of information in it, very strategic geopolitical information about Ukraine. It lists 22 points about Ukraine, about its political situation, about the upcoming election. This was in 2014 when his father was vice president, and it also predicted that Russia would escalate. It also predicted that the U.S. would apply sanctions very confidently. And so you wonder where does Hunter Biden get this information? Because every other email on that laptop with the nine years it covers is very terse, very low information. And the only time he's voluminous is when he's talking at personal, having arguments basically with his girlfriends. So this is an unusual email.

NYS pols demand Biden admin answer for migrant surge in upstate town

Two top Republican congresswomen from New York are demanding that the Biden administration answer questions about secretly transporting migrants across the US — after dozens of Colombian immigrants recently arrived in the small upstate community of Watertown.

“We write following reports that your administration is actively settling migrants in Upstate New York communities,” upstate Reps. Claudia Tenney and Elise Stefanik — the number three Republican in the US House of Representatives — wrote in a Wednesday letter obtained by The Post.

GOP Congressmen Nick Langworthy, Michael Lawler and Marc Molinaro also signed the message.

The lawmakers cited a shocking Post report that over 30 migrants have been living in the city of Jamestown, located in rural Chautauqua County, since late last year.

Most of the migrants traveled to Jamestown on their own after learning about the safety of the city from fellow border-crossers in El Paso, Texas, several had previously told The Post.

But leaders of the city — which only has a reported population of 28,393 people — are worried that the influx of immigrants will quickly overwhelm Jamestown’s local services and infrastructure, especially because neither the migrants nor the city has received additional state or federal aid.

The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday announced that the committee will hold a hearing on "the Biden border crisis," marking what will be the first hearing of the ongoing migrant crisis since the Republicans took over the House majority this month.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, the chairman of the committee, announced the hearing to take place on Feb. 1 as "The Biden Border Crisis: Part I."

"Ready to get to work," Jordan tweeted.

The announcement comes a week after the House Oversight Committee chairman, Rep. James Comer, announced that it is holding a hearing in February and has invited a number of administration career officials to testify.

Biden calls for ‘peaceful protest’ after Memphis cops arrested in Tyre Nichols death

WASHINGTON — President Biden asked for “peaceful protest” Thursday after five fired Memphis police officers were arrested and accused of beating to death Tyre Nichols.

Nichols, 29, was pulled over by police on Jan. 7 and died three days later from his injuries. He and all five officers are African-American.

“I join Tyre’s family in calling for peaceful protest. Outrage is understandable, but violence is never acceptable,” Biden said in a written statement. “Violence is destructive and against the law. It has no place in peaceful protests seeking justice.”

Biden added, “Public trust is the foundation of public safety and there are still too many places in America today where the bonds of trust are frayed or broken. US House passes resolution officially endorsing riots in Iran

The US House of Representatives has overwhelmingly approved a resolution praising rioters in Iran, calling for more sanctions against Iranian officials and entities over alleged “human right violations” following the recent foreign-backed riots in the country.

The bipartisan resolution was approved 420-1 on Wednesday, days after the European Union announced sanctions on more than 30 Iranian officials and organizations over the recent deadly riots in the country, which were triggered by the death of a young Iranian woman, Mahsa Amini, last September.

The measure was first introduced in the previous Congress by several Republican and Democratic lawmakers and was revived earlier this month.

WASHINGTON — President Biden cluelessly joked “no firecrackers tonight!” while hosting a Lunar New Year event at the White House turned heads Thursday following two recent mass shootings of mostly Asian-American victims in California.

The president made the remark in a light-hearted tone after speaking about the murder of 11 people in Monterey Park, Calif., on Jan. 21, followed by the murder of seven people in Half Moon Bay, Calif., on Monday.

“It’s a time of renewal and reflection, hope and possibilities — for good over evil, for sharing meals, for celebrating firec — no firecrackers tonight!” Biden said, apparently improvising an edit to prepared teleprompter remarks.

“Fire — no, I’m serious. I was thinking about that, you know. If things hadn’t been like they’d been the past couple years, we should have fireworks outside.”
