Good idea, I have a Bitchute account.

The problem is that the video is in Brazilian Portuguese, and there was English subtitles on YouTube, and I don't know if there are subtitles on other sites, but I'll check.

The Brazilian Armed Forces supervised the 2022 elections, and produced a report, pointing out a flaw in the process, and calling for urgency in the consideration of the report.

The report was delivered to the TSE (Supreme Electoral Court) on November 9, 2022, and today, November 10, 2022, the Armed Forces published the official note below: .

Armed Forces Report did not exclude the possibility of fraud or inconsistency in electronic voting machines

Posted on 11/10/2022 10:58 am

Brasília (DF), 11/10/2022 - In order to avoid distortions in the content of the report sent yesterday (11/9) to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), the Ministry of Defense clarifies that the accurate work of the team of military technicians in the inspection of the electronic voting system, although it did not point out, it also did not exclude the possibility of the existence of fraud or inconsistency in the electronic voting machines and in the 2022 electoral process. Furthermore, the report indicated important aspects that require clarification. Between them:

- there was a possible security risk in the generation of programs from the electronic voting machines due to the occurrence of computers accessing the TSE network during the compilation of the source code;

- the functionality tests of the polls (Integrity Test and Pilot Project with Biometrics), in the way they were carried out, were not sufficient to rule out the possibility of the influence of a possible malicious code capable of altering the functioning of the voting system; and

- there were restrictions on the technicians' adequate access to the source code and software libraries developed by third parties, making it impossible to fully understand the execution of the code, which covers more than 17 million lines of programming.

As a result of these findings and other obstacles listed in the report, it is not possible to guarantee that the programs that were executed in the electronic voting machines are free from malicious insertions that alter their functioning.

Therefore, the Ministry of Defense urgently requested the TSE to carry out a technical investigation into what happened in the compilation of the source code and a thorough analysis of the codes that were actually executed in the electronic voting machines, creating, for these purposes, a specific commission of renowned technicians from society and technicians representing the inspection entities.

Finally, the Ministry of Defense reaffirms the permanent commitment of the Ministry and the Armed Forces to the Brazilian people, democracy, freedom, the defense of the homeland and the guarantee of Constitutional Powers, law and order.

Brazil military finds no fraud in election, but refuses to rule it out

Quote:
Brazil’s military has found no sign of vote-rigging in the country’s 2022 elections, according to a new report released this week. Yet worries persist that the report could fuel tensions among supporters of outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro, who repeatedly made unfounded claims about potential fraud on the campaign trail.

Leftist former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva won the presidential vote in a runoff last month, leading some supporters of the far-right Bolsonaro to take to the streets in anger.

This week’s report, made public by Brazil’s Defense Ministry, showed no fraud or inconsistency in the electoral process, but refused to rule out the possibility entirely.

Instead, it described potential for a hypothetical security threat in the coding of programs for Brazil’s electronic voting machines. Because its audit didn’t have complete access to the programs’ source code, the Defense Ministry could not rule out the influence of a malicious code, it said.

“It is not possible to guarantee that the programs that were executed in the electronic voting machines are free from malicious insertions that alter their intended function,” the ministry said, offering no evidence to suggest such issues existed. The ministry also called on Brazil’s Electoral Court to carry out its own investigation.

In a statement published on the court’s website, chief electoral authority Alexandre de Moraes wrote that the court “received with satisfaction the final report from the Ministry of Defense, which, like all other supervisory bodies, did not point out the existence of any fraud or inconsistency in the electronic voting machines and in the 2022 electoral process.”

“The suggestions forwarded to improve the system will be analyzed in due course,” he added.

President-elect da Silva meanwhile condemned the involvement of the military as “deplorable” during a Thursday conference with political allies in Brasília.

“Yesterday, something humiliating, deplorable happened to our armed forces. A president of the republic, who is the supreme commander of the Armed Forces, did not have the right to involve the Armed Forces in setting up a commission to investigate electronic ballots, which is something for civil society, the political parties and national Congress,” he said, referring to Bolsonaro.

João Cezar de Castro Rocha, professor at Rio de Janeiro State University, told CNN that he believed there was an “underlying strategy” for the report to generate doubt about the election results.

“In this specific case, the deliberately ambiguous tone of the Ministry of Defense – “there is no evidence of fraud, but it is said that there could be fraud!” – aims to keep (Bolsonaro) supporters mobilized,” he added.

Bolsonaro, a former army captain who made much of his ties to Brazil’s military, has not publicly commented on the report or its origins. Asked about the report by CNN, Bolsonaro’s Liberal Party declined to comment.

Bolsonaro just disappeared, he doesn't appear in public, he doesn't do lives like he used to, he doesn't hold meetings or pronouncements. They are saying that Brazil is without a President. Other sources say he is acting in a calculated way to backlash against the Left.

Brazilian court rejects election challenge from outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro

Quote:
São Paulo, Brazil
CNN

The head of Brazil’s electoral court on Wednesday rejected Jair Bolsonaro’s petition to annul ballots from this year’s presidential vote, calling the outgoing President’s allegation that some voting machines had malfunctioned “ludicrous and illicit” and “ostensibly conspiratorial toward the democratic rule of law.”

In his ruling, Chief Justice of the Supreme Electoral Court Alexandre De Moraes said all models of electronic ballots were “perfectly identifiable in a clear, secure and integral way.” He also ordered Bolsonaro’s right-wing Liberal Party to pay a fine of 22 million reais ($4.1 million) for “bad faith litigation.”

Bolsonaro narrowly lost a run-off vote last month to leftist rival Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, popularly known as “Lula,” who is due to be inaugurated as president on January 1.

Since then Bolsonaro has stopped short of explicitly conceding that he lost, but has previously said he would “continue to fulfill all commandments of the constitution” – leading observers to believe that he would cooperate with the transfer of power.

But in the petition filed on Tuesday, Bolsonaro and the leader of his Liberal Party alleged that some voting machines had malfunctioned and any votes cast through them should be annulled.

Citing analysis by a company hired by Bolsonaro’s party, the complaint claimed that removing those votes would hand Bolsonaro victory.

Election authorities have previously said that the same voting machines were used in the first round of elections and the run-off vote.

In a news conference Wednesday, Liberal Party congressman Valdemar Costa Neto claimed Bolsonaro’s party only asked “for verification of the second round as we understand it would be impossible to do so in the first round due to the number of people [candidates] affected.”

Last month’s heated election came amid a tense and polarized political climate in Brazil, which has been struggling with high inflation, limited growth and rising poverty.

Lula da Silva received more than 60 million votes – according to the election authority’s final tally – the most in Brazilian history and breaking his own record from 2006.

Breaking Report: The Brazilian military stands with Bolsonaro… is prepared to invoke Article 142…
Quote:

Sometimes it seems like nothing ever happens, but this seems like it could be a big deal…

Background: The Brazilian people have flooded the streets in protest at an allegedly rigged and stolen election. Truckers are blocking all highways. Farmers have blocked all ports from exporting agriculture. Bolsonaro has exhausted his legal options, with his election appeal being rejected by a corrupt, opposition-appointed Chief Supreme Court justice.

Bolsonaro is now huddling with the military to plot his next moves.

Bolsonaro published a photo in which he would be signing a document, on December 1, 2022, on his official Instagram profile.

It is obvious that the most diverse speculations were raised.

Comrades, Update:
(more precisely, information from November 28, 2022, at 18:26)

Bolsonaro is already distributing orders to military commanders in order to implement what the Brazilian patriotic people ask for, as I showed in my videos in this thread, that is: Military Intervention.

What happens is that these orders are being refused by some military commanders, who are the minority, but they make the process difficult.

Bolsonaro doesn't want a sea of blood going on, so he is negotiating and acting prudently.

For now, that's it.

Update:

The hatred of the International Left has no limits, and Bolsonaro could be arrested from January 1, 2023.

Bolsonaro is the target of five trials at the leftist-globalist International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, for "genocide" and "crimes against humanity"...

Bolsonaro will not participate in Lula's inauguration, and will spend New Year's Eve at Trump's resort in the USA.

There is a possibility that Bolsonaro will extend his stay in US territory, because this nation is not part of the International Criminal Court.

Bolsonaro will be able to command the revolution from the USA.

Will Biden and the CIA Protect Bolsonaro?

BREAKING: Christmas Counter-Coup? Bolsonaro Signs Order to Sideline Corrupt Supreme Court
Quote:
Brazilian President Bolsonaro has signed the order to elevate the Superior Military Court STM over the corrupt left-wing Supreme Court, in a move that many believe may pave the way for a military intervention before Jan. 1, when corrupt Communist convict Lula da Silva is scheduled to take office as President.

“In the last 72 hours, there has been much chatter and speculation on social media about Jair Bolsonaro having already placed Brazil under the Armed Force’s tutelage”, Rio Times reports. “It is also rumored that the country’s Superior Military Court STM has already responded positively to the complaints against the controversial Supreme Court.”

The Official Gazette of Brazil published a ruling that “The Ministry of Defense is approved to be the agency that interprets the Constitution in Brazil.”

This means, the Ministry of Defense will officially exercise the function of interpreting the Constitution. This privilege usually belongs to the Supreme Court. The new ruling “harbors explosive force in light of the show-down between Jair Bolsonaro and the Brazilian Supreme Court in the decisive battle for power in the country”, Rio Times writes.

The initial prediction is that Bolsonaro will remain in US territory until March 2023.

Is he trying to escape prosecution? In that case, wouldn't the United States extradite him?

I think Bolsonaro would be extradited, under normal conditions, but there is the possibility that this is part of a plan in agreement between Bolsonaro and the CIA, but let's see the next chapters.

Unlikely. Biden administration wants to prosecute Trump for Jan. 6 protest, no way they'll help out Bolsanaro.

That's my thinking.

In that case they would probably want something in return from Bolsanero. I wonder what that would be.
