When brown subhuman monkeys say management is "too White and too male" this is what they really mean ...

Think about it: there is a 15-point B/W IQ difference in the US. There is also a 3.75 point M/F difference. That means between the average White guy and black female, you have an almost 19-point difference. In a free labor market, that would normally not be a problem. People would be hired and promoted according to merit. Differences among different groups would be marginal. Under a ZOG autocracy that practices race norming via "affirmative action", these differences reflect the average differences that exist in the real world. So what these pampered little parasites really mean to say is: "You are going too fast for me" "You are asking too much of me" "I need someone closer to my own ability to manage me who understands my limitations and can have reasonable expectations of what I can accomplish"
