It's no secret that Americans are seeing their homes foreclosed in record numbers during the last few years ? but is there any oversight from the banks in this rampant epidemic? In at least 50 instances as of late, financial institutions have ordered servicers to lock down supposedly vacant homes and empty out personal residences, only to be targeted the wrong places altogether.
