A man who strangled his mother and then dismembered her body when he was 18 years old has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

The murder by Moises Meraz-Espinoza was described as one of the 'most disgusting, hideous and vulgar' cases the judge had ever seen.

A trail of blood and an electrical circular saw, with bone, blood and flesh stuck to the blade, were found in Meraz-Espinoza's California apartment after he confessed to the killing in February 2011.

Prosecutors said that Amelia Espinoza had been skinned, filleted and dismembered as part of a satanic ritual, according to KTLA 5.

The 42-year-old woman's dismembered body was found in a freezer in the Maywood apartment. Her skull, with the eyes and teeth removed and two upside down crosses carved into it, was discovered in a backpack, but her organs were never found.

According to CBS Los Angeles, he used box cutters to skin his mother before freezing her, and got a tattoo of an upside down cross when first in jail.

Prosecutor Heba Matta said Meraz-Espinoza had been motivated by satanic beliefs, which he was 'heavily entrenched in', according to the Los Angeles Times.

Mr Matta said Meraz-Espinoza has several tattoos with satanic imagery, including upside-down crosses and a 666 behind his right ear.

A satanic bible was found near the crime scene and the date of the murder, February 2, 2011, fell on a day in the satanic calendar that calls for ritual human or animal sacrifice.

SPRINGFIELD, MA (MASS LIVE) – Carlos Santiago-Alvarez, 41, of Holyoke, was sentenced Monday to six to eight years in state prison followed by five years probation in a child rape case.

Santiago-Alvarez pleaded guilty to two counts of rape of a child and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. The victim was 9 years old.

A missing 11-year-old Florida girl was found at the home of a 22-year-old man she called her “boyfriend,” according to police — who busted the alleged creep for child sex abuse.

The child was allegedly discovered at the Tampa home of Luis Alberto Encarnacion, one day after an Amber Alert was issued in a desperate attempt to find her, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said at a press conference.

“There is no logical sense for a 22-year-old man to be with an 11-year-old child unless there was horrific things that were going to continue or go on in that place,” Nocco said.

Encarnacion is accused of preying on the child, who had already been subjected to “numerous adverse childhood experiences” — including that her dad is absent and her mom is in jail, Nocco said.

A St. Louis teen confessed to raping his 11-year-old relative about 100 times after she gave birth to his baby in a bathtub, according to a news report.

Cops were tipped off to the alleged abuse at the hands of Norvin Leonidas Lopez-Cante when his father brought an infant to St. Joseph Hospital on Tuesday and told police someone left the child on his front porch, KSDK-TV reported.

The baby still had its umbilical cord and placenta attached and a body temperature of 90 degrees, the NBC affiliate said.

An illegal alien has been convicted and sentenced for repeatedly raping a child after federal immigration officials failed to deport him in the sanctuary state of California, Breitbart News has learned.

Fredys Aguilar-Menjivar, a 31-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was convicted and sentenced to 45 years in prison in Monterey County, California, this month on three counts of forcible rape of a child under 14-years-old and one count of child molestation, the District Attorney’s Office announced.

According to prosecutors, Aguilar-Menjivar raped a girl in his family multiple times from August 2018 to March 2020. The girl was younger than 14-years-old when the abuse started.

Westchester man sentenced after fathering child with 12-year-old girl

A Westchester County man who fathered a child with a 12-year-old girl was sentenced to 17 years behind bars Tuesday.

The now-teenage victim said in a statement read in court Tuesday that she loved 46-year-old Pablo Dure but realized he had been manipulating her — and that she was upset when he tried to convince her to get an abortion, lohud reported.

“I loved you, but that meant nothing to you,” the teen said in her victim impact statement, which was read aloud by an assistant prosecutor in county court in White Plains before Dure’s sentencing.

The pair’s 2-year-old girl could be heard outside the courtroom, lohud said.

“Now I hate you because you wanted to kill her,” Dure’s victim said.

Creep allegedly used dog to lure young girls in Brooklyn

The NYPD on Monday identified an alleged child predator who has been using his dogs as bait to lure young girls in Brooklyn.

Brandon Rodriguez, 25, is wanted in at least three disturbing incidents last week in Brownsville, including one in which a 13-year-old girl was molested, police said.

First, at around 7:10 a.m. on Christopher Avenue, he asked a 12-year-old girl to take a picture of him with his dog, according to cops.

She ran away when Rodriguez allegedly tried to lead her into an apartment building.

About an hour later, the predator allegedly asked an 11-year-old girl to snap a photo of him with his pup near Watkins Street and Pitkin Avenue, police said.

Sex offender released in California arrested for child sex abuse again

A convicted child molester set free in Los Angeles County three years ago was arrested for sexually abusing two more kids.

Jorge Vasquez, 48, was slapped with eight new counts of child molestation for fondling two young boys in Tulare and San Luis Obispo counties beginning in June 2018 – less than six months after he was released by a judge who said his right to a speedy trial had been violated.

Vasquez had been ordered released after he awaited trial for 17 years – but he failed to register as a sex offender before he was busted again on Sunday, a complaint made public on Tuesday showed.

Oklahoma police arrested a woman after her 12-year-old daughter gave birth – and the family welcomed the child’s rapist to a baby shower.

Tulsa police said mom Desiree Castaneda and other family members knew about the victim’s relationship with 24-year-old Juan Miranda-Jara, who was reportedly surprised when he was arrested July 14 as he accompanied the 12-year-old to the hospital where she delivered.

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that the suspect accused of raping a 15-year-old girl and a woman days apart at the Burnt Mills East Special Park in Silver Spring, Maryland was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has been in the country since 2013.

According to Fox 5, 20-year-old Jose Hernandez-Espinal was arrested on Tuesday after approaching two women with a machete, sexually assaulting one of the women, and running off with some of her belongings.
