Default Ireland marks one year of legal abortion

A year ago this week, the Irish government passed legislation that allowed abortion without gestational time limits if the mother was deemed to be suicidal. Now the same government has issued practice guidelines for health care providers that pro-life advocates have said open the restrictions even further.

Vowing not to quit until the legislation is “fully repealed,” a spokesman for Pro-Life Campaign told LifeSiteNews today that they are also concentrating on opposing the implementation of the guidelines.

“The fact that it took a year to produce the guidelines is yet further proof that the legislation was not ‘emergency legislation’ needed to save women’s lives as Taoiseach [Prime Minister] Enda Kenny and others claimed in 2013.”

“There were obviously political reasons behind holding back issuing the guidelines until after the local and European elections.”

Senior members of the main government party Fine Gael, which had run on a platform promising never the legislate for abortion, stated repeatedly during the debates over the bill both in Parliament and in the media that the bill was intended to “save women’s lives.”

The Pro-Life Campaign’s deputy chairperson, Cora Sherlock, said in a media release, “The government's consistently misleading presentation of the abortion law has resulted in widespread public confusion over what the new law actually involves.”

The pro-life group has launched a campaign called “The Simple Truth” to challenge “the government’s spin to get the truth out about the kind of abortion regime that has been introduced.”

Sherlock added, “The Taoiseach has stuck to the mantra that the legislation was necessary to save women's lives. But the government knows perfectly well that Ireland, without abortion, was one of the safest countries in the world for pregnant women.”

At the same time, some Fine Gael TDs sought guarantees that the guidelines would be “very restrictive.”

“Of course the guidelines are not in the least bit restrictive and as you would expect they fully back up what the legislation provides for,” Wendy Grace, Pro-life Campaign’s press officer told LifeSiteNews.

“It is now legal in Ireland for two pro-choice psychiatrists to sanction the taking of unborn human life without having to produce any medical evidence to justify the decision. That is de facto abortion on demand.”

Disturbingly, Grace said there is no way of finding out how many abortions are being committed under the new law because the Act contained no mechanism for keeping such records. The Department of Health has said it will issue a report every June on how the law is functioning that will include the numbers of abortions that have taken place. The first report is scheduled to be issued in June 2015.

“We do know that there are quite a few strident pro-abortion doctors in Ireland who are determined to start activating the law.”

Grace added that the legislation provides no avenue for doctors, nurses, or other health professionals to opt out of procedures they cannot in conscience conduct.

“Doctors are not obliged to facilitate abortions on every ground listed but they have an obligation to refer women to doctors who will carry out the abortion. This in effect makes any freedom of conscience provision worthless,” she said.

Legal representatives of all the pro-life groups “are studying the situation very carefully,” she said, to find ways the new law can be overturned. “We know we have to keep the momentum going so that the law doesn’t become embedded and abortion normalised.”

To that end, Youth Defence has launched a high-profile new campaign also aimed at informing the public on the political background of the Act.

Youth Defence is staging a nationwide Roadshow visiting 18 towns and cities to hold protests at the constituency offices of the Fine Gael TDs who supported the bill “to remind Fine Gael that pro-life voters haven’t gone away.” Protests are held following a leafleting and petition drive that will register voters for the next election.

“We’re here to remind the public of what Fine Gael TDs around the country voted for, namely, abortion until birth,” the group states.

“The party broke their pro-life promise and our protests over the next 10 days confronts them with the reality of what the legislation will entail,” said Clare Molloy of Youth Defence. Their Pro-Life Voter Awareness Register has already attracted some 100,000 voters.

Default Babies Being Born Alive After Abortions, Irish Government Confirms

A government report into abortion in Ireland has confirmed that some babies are left alive after abortions in the country.

Some abortions in Ireland do result in the baby being born alive, a review into Ireland’s abortion system and corresponding legislation published on Wednesday has confirmed.

It comes after an academic paper published back in 2020 revealed that some babies were being born in Ireland after being aborted, sometimes resulting in infighting amongst medical staff with conflicting views over what to do in such a situation.

According to the government document published on Wednesday, the review into Ireland’s abortion system has indeed confirmed the paper’s claims that some terminations do indeed result in the baby involved being born alive, sometimes resulting in conflict amongst medical staff involved in the procedure.

Though the report describes palliative care for such children as “essential”, it notes that some professionals in the pediatric field in the country have been hesitant to provide their services in such an emergency scenario, seemingly out of ethical concerns over the abortion procedure itself.

This in turn has reportedly resulted in some consultants involved in abortion practices feeling “under pressure to advise administration of foeticide in cases where they may have deemed it unnecessary” should the necessary end-of-life support for the child be in place.

“Some participants also stated that foeticide can be perceived as the only option if appropriate palliative care is not going to be provided by neonatologists or paediatricians,” the report went on to read. “A lack of supportive management and peers can add to the psychological burden.”

Such revelations come at a time when politicians in Ireland are pushing to have the country’s abortion laws further liberalised.

Only legalised in the country after a highly contentious referendum in 2018, progressive ministers and activists on the island are now demanding that some of the more conservative elements within legislation — such as a three-day minimum waiting time before accessing termination drugs — be axed.

These reforms have been backed by a number of those within the government’s cabinet, including pro-abortion and pro-transgenderism Children’s Minister Roderic O’Gorman.

“He has no concerns about the report,” a spokesman for O’Gorman said. “He campaigned for repeal[ing Ireland’s abortion ban], and would support the removal of the three-day waiting period.”

The country’s push to see termination procedures further liberalised stands in stark contrast with what is happening in the United States, where legislatures are keen to restrict or outright ban abortions.

Such a shift, though largely sparked by the repeal of Roe v. Wade by the American Supreme Court, has likely been aided by recent reporting on the treatment of babies subjected to termination procedures, with one report late last year finding that at least 34 babies were born alive after a botched termination.

It is unclear what happened to the children born this way, with one report staying that individual U.S. states do not record “whether the babies received care, survived or were abandoned to die”.

Let's just translate the Latin Foeticide into proper English-- infanticide.

The Irish fell for the "YES!" PR stunt where millions were spent on propaganda commercials to the population, filled with lies about the Indian woman who died in childbirth because, they said, she couldn't have an abortion. THAT woman did not want an abortion.

And the Irish never asked the question that would naturally follow the illogical slogan: "YES! For Women's Choice!!!"
A woman's choice to do what? Murder her own child? Are ye all stupid?

Today's Libtard way of doing things:- Kill your native-born future generations and "fix" the population problem through nothing but immigration, especially illegal immigration.

The EUssr 'globalist' membership of the Rep of Ireland cost nationality and religious morality. The gay marriage and abortion referendum were put through with Soros finance buying all. The poofter leader Doctor Varadkar appoints gays like O'Gorman and Zaponni as Minister of Children. The cat's out of the bag and its not going back in.

Default One in Ten Irish Babies Aborted in First Year Since Legalization

1 Jul 2020.

Irish women have taken full advantage of the repeal of constitutional protection for unborn babies, with 6,666 abortions performed during the first year of legalization, according to official figures released Tuesday.

During 2019 there were 59,796 live births recorded in Ireland, meaning that more than one in ten (10.5% ) of known pregnancies (66,837) ended with an abortion, noted Dr. Angelo Bottone in an essay for the Iona Institute Tuesday. Since 375 women went to England for an abortion in 2019 to take advantage of the UK’s liberal abortion laws, especially regarding the later termination of children with Down syndrome or other disabilities, the total number of Irish abortions in 2019 was 7,041, the highest in Ireland’s history.

According to Dr. Bottone, the number of Irish women opting to terminate their pregnancies increased by some 40% with the legalization of abortion. A high estimate suggested that about 5000 Irish women had abortions in 2018, jumping to 7,041 in 2019.

Whereas in 2018, an average of some 8 Irish women per day went to England for abortions, the number for 2019 rose to 20 abortions per day in Ireland. Ireland’s abortion rate is now higher than Italy’s, Bottone reported, at 6.9 per 1,000 women aged 15-44 as opposed to Italy’s rate of 6 per 1,000.

The new Irish report provides scant data as compared to reports from other countries, Bottone noted, and gives no information about the age, marital status, ethnicity, and number of previous abortions of those procuring abortions in 2019. Bottone also observes that when the abortion law was discussed in Ireland, pro-life legislators proposed amendments calling for more demographic details in the annual report, a proposal that was rejected. The lack of greater detail, however, makes it very difficult to address the situation of problem pregnancies and how to work to make abortions “rare.”

One key piece of information provided by the report was that just 0.3 percent of abortions involved a risk to the life or health of the mother. Much more is known about the 2,879 Irish abortions performed in the year 2018, since the UK report furnished much more demographic data than the one produced by the Irish government. One key fact was that 80% of the Irish women who had abortions that year were single and just 18% were married, with the remainder either separated, widowed, or divorced, Bottone notes. Moreover, nearly one in five (17.9%) of the women had had a previous abortion. “One of the slogans of abortion campaigners down the years has been that abortion should be ‘safe, legal and rare’. Does 7,041 strike you as rare?” Bottone concludes.

As Breitbart News reported last month, the Irish government has adopted a radical new program that will create “exclusion zones” around abortion facilities to eliminate pro-life demonstrations, counseling, and even silent prayer vigils. In a section titled “Protecting Women’s Health,” the text states that government will provide free contraception, enact the “Assisted Human Reproduction” bill, and establish “exclusion zones” around medical facilities, something unique in Europe.

The programme facilitates gender transition for minors, seeks legal recognition for “non-binary people,” and will introduce hate crime legislation. The assisted reproduction bill promised by the new programme will allow surrogacy, gamete “donations,” and experimentation on embryos as well.

I love how we finger wag about Hitler when we are doing worse on an industrial scale and calling it "women's health care."

America has around 1 million abortions per year.

6,666 you say. How appropriate?

Same as the number of verses in the Koran. Abortion and the rise in islam go hand in hand.

Default Irish Referendum Was Rigged

Irish Referendum Was Rigged

In any other country on planet earth, a gaping chasm of 22% between opinion polls and official results would be laughed off the stage.
by Jude Duffy, (henrymakow.com)

Last week's Irish abortion referendum was rigged. The official result was - get this - a preposterous 22 points - yes 22 points! - out of step with the final opinion poll of the campaign (I). And that was no rogue poll - other surveys put the anti-abortion side even higher.

Canvassers in towns and villages across Ireland reported huge support for the pro-life cause on doorsteps - sometimes at rates of 100% (2), yet the official result recorded a majority for the abortion cause in almost every constituency, and the pro-aborts won the national vote by two to one.

Pro-life rallies in the run-up to the referendum numbered over a hundred thousand, whereas their pro-abortion counterparts mustered derisory turnouts of two or three thousand hardcore lefties and embittered cat ladies.

There was no organized opposition to the 2015 Irish SSM vote, and none of the major pro-life groups got involved in opposing it on the ground - unlike the abortion referendum. Yet bizarrely, the pro-abortion cause easily out-performed the vote for gay 'marriage' in last week's referendum.

In keeping with the Big Rig strategy - a subspecies of the Big Lie - the Deep State rigged the abortion vote referendum on a massive scale; the theory being that, as with the Big Lie, the bigger the rig the more it stupefies the target into dazed submission - Shock and Awe administered in the psycho-political realm.

Bear in mind that the Irish vote had implications, not just for Ireland, but for Northen Ireland, the United States, Poland, Spain, Hungary, and other countries where abortion is still a burning issue. So, for both domestic and international reasons, the Deep State needed the defeat to be huge and psychologically crushing. Is anyone naive enough to believe they wouldn't rig under such exigent conditions? Seriously?

In Ireland, remember, there are no alternative media and almost no independent journalists of any kind. No one here is watching the Rothschild crooks of the government and the Alinskyite far left, so they can get away with just about anything.

Crucially Ireland also has proportionally one of the largest and most powerful Masonic networks in the world - networks that almost no one - not even the strongest Catholics - seem to be aware of. Indeed the silence in Ireland surrounding Freemasonry is a not so paradoxical testament to its huge power and success. A secret society that is talked about, is after all, by definition, not so secret.

In 2008, the then Prime Minister of Ireland, Brian Cowen called the current Irish Prime Minister, Leo Varadkar (an openly homosexual Neocon) and his party colleagues 'Freemason Fu*kers". Within a few months, Cowen and his government were hit by a huge bankster induced financial crisis which brought the country to its knees and destroyed Cowen's political career. The "Freemason Fu*kers" have held the tiller on behalf of Rothschild globalism ever since.

As for Ireland's pro-abortion left, it is dominated by criminals and terrorists. The Workers Party, a criminal terrorist Stalinist gang with strong links to British intelligence, took a leading part in the campaign, as did Ireland's mainstream left-wing party, Labour - itself dominated by ex-Workers Party stalwarts.

Pro-abortion Sinn Fein is another criminal enterprise controlled by British intelligence - as are the thuggish Trotskyist parties such as Solidarity (aka the Militant Tendency). Who in their right mind would expect any of these guys to play by the rules of democracy?

NO OPPOSITION TO GLOBALISM

The organized opposition to Rothschild globalism in Ireland does not exist - only a single issue anti-abortion movement, which cringes, Stockholm syndrome style, in the face of its Zio-leftist persecutors.

Thus, true to form, the pro-life leadership are ignoring the irrefutable evidence of huge fraud in the referendum, opting instead for their usual weedy, fatalistic response to pre-ordained "defeats"- their self-absorbed reasoning being that it's better to be rigged into oblivion than to be seen as a bad loser - or worse still, a "conspiracy theorist".

Some of the Irish pro-life leaders are genuine if tragically lacking in hardnosed street smarts, but some are Neocon gatekeepers, whose real job is to make sure no effective opposition to occult cultural Marxism emerges in Ireland. No one should be surprised therefore that these shills acquiesce in fake referendum "results"; the real mystery is why genuine pro-lifers play along.

They must know in their hearts - from their own experience canvassing - that the results are a sham, but they remain silent. Why?

BANANA REPUBLIC

To call modern Ireland a banana republic is a gross insult - to banana republics. The electoral system is rife with liberal (in both senses of the term) fraud. A University of Cork study found that 600,000 extra voting cards had been issued in the 2007 Irish general election, 488,000 in the 2016 election (3). On a good day that's enough fake votes to swing the Presidential election in America, never mind referendums in a small country like Ireland.

When queried about this huge scandal at the heart of the democratic system, an Irish government spokesman bleated that one in four voters were asked for ID at voting centers (ibid).

Codswallop of course - I know of no one who was ever asked for ID when going to vote - but even if it were true, what about the other 75% who don't get asked?

Needless to say, the media have consistently ignored the issue of hundreds of thousands of voting cards that belong to no one alive, and that can, therefore, be used by anyone.

Tellingly, after the official outcome of the referendum was announced, it was left to two American ex-pats to state the glaringly obvious: Patrick Lauser and his brother Josiah, who both live in Cork, said plainly that the referendum was rigged, and cited as proof the fact that pro-lifers were blatantly and arbitrarily removed from the voting register, while foreigners with no right to vote were given voting cards "out of the blue" - something the brothers themselves witnessed. (4). Many others witnessed similar shenanigans.

Alone among modern nations, Ireland consistently refuses to count votes until the day after voting has ended. Given the neurotic fixation the Irish state class has with presenting a modern high tech image to the world, this is a dead giveaway that Irish voting is systemically rigged. On the only occasions when the eyes of the world are on Ireland, its ostensible rulers choose to portray their nation as a tribe of lazy slobs, too soft and shiftless to work through one night of the year counting votes.

Of course, the real reason for this apparent malingering is that during the hours between voting and official "counting", the cabalist creatures of the night come out to play at the count centers. A video from the Irish Lisbon EU Treaty referendum of 2009 shows a guy casually LEAVING - not entering - a vote center in Cork, with a ballot box under his arm (5). No police, security or supervision of any kind, is visible in the large municipal hall. Anyone could, and probably did, do anything they liked with ballot boxes that night.

Video footage also exists from the same 2009 referendum showing ballot boxes being delivered to count centers without any police presence (see the article 'Was the Irish Lisbon referendum rigged?; Digital Spy, 5 October 2009). This is illegal under Irish law and amounts to a blank cheque to government and globalist (for want of a better catch-all term) riggers to do exactly as they please with ballot boxes, once voting has stopped. During the interim between voting and counting, the real boxes are obviously switched wholesale and replaced with pre-stuffed boxes reflecting the wishes of the only voters that matter. God knows, 11 hours is ample time to perpetrate such planned fraud - especially if the coordinates have been worked out months, if not years, in advance.

When I observed as much to a friend after the Lisbon referendum, he replied: "stuff like that would get out". But it did "get out" - albeit on a fraction of the scale at which it occurs. If a guy making off from a count center with a ballot box in his hand isn't evidence of a dodgy voting system, what exactly is?

It "got out" alright; but the media and the police just ignored it, just as they ignored thousands of votes being "misallocated" i.e., stolen, in various elections (see Youtube video: 'Vote manipulation in the run-up to the Lisbon referendum').

Throw in hundreds of thousands of extra voting cards, and election officials and presstitutes in the pay of the Cabal, and you have all the ingredients you need for an endless election victory procession for the powers that be.

MASONIC POLICE

Not that one could rely on the Irish police, even if they were on the scene. In blatant contravention of the Irish constitution, which - as in most modern states - stipulates that the police must stay out of politics, the representative association for senior Irish police officers publicly declared its support for the Irish gay marriage referendum proposal in 2015.

Given this embrace of the most radical elements of the cultural Marxist agenda on the part of the notoriously corrupt Irish cops, how can anyone seriously expect them to uphold the law against voter fraud? The phrase 'putting foxes in charge of the henhouse' doesn't begin to describe it.

Because of the culpable naivety and intellectual sloth of most Irish Catholics and social conservatives, the cabalists, and their leftist and Neocon catspaws reckon they can get away with fraud on a blatant scale that would get them chased out of town with pitchforks anywhere else.

Who's to say they're wrong? In 2O11, the pro-abortion radical leftist, Michael D Higgins "won" a landslide in the Irish presidential election, even though he had trailed by a whopping 19 points in opinion polls carried out one day before voting. What's more, the now-defunct Teletext service of the Irish state broadcaster, RTE, mysteriously announced this astonishing result while voting was still going on.

To the best of my knowledge, no one questioned this obviously fake election - an "event" that even Nicolae Ceausescu would have blushed to stage.

CONCLUSION

In truth, rigged elections and referendums are akin to a form of cabalistic black magic targetted directly at the masses. No other event can change the collective psyche of a nation so profoundly and so rapidly; not royal weddings, not coronations, not rock concerts, not blockbuster movies, not even false flag terror attacks. As long as almost everyone believes the result of the Irish referendum, it alters not just the political reality of Ireland, but the psychic reality too: how the Irish view themselves, and how other nations view them. In short, it becomes a self-fulfilling crime of mass psychological deception.

Are we really dumb enough to believe that any deep state conspirators worth their salt would leave a psycho-cultural weapon of such magnitude in the hands of ordinary voters?

Deep-State-Routinely-Rigs-Elections

Take account of how easily half the world was fooled with COVID.

Ireland with the surrounding ocean was a piece of prime real estate on the edge of Europe inhabited by a simple rural people ready for the taking. Only the really woke had a clue of the large scale theft that took place. Those at the top were bought.

The Northern Unionists instinctively knew when something was too good to be true.

Default Leaked George Soros Plan to Turn Ireland into a Pro-Abortion Country

Leaked George Soros Plan to Turn Ireland into a Pro-Abortion Country by DR. SUSAN BERRY1 Aug 2017.

DCLeaks.com revealed last year that billionaire investor George Soros has been using his Open Society Foundation (OSF) to turn Ireland – what Planned Parenthood refers to as the “jewel in the crown of the pro-life movement” – into a pro-abortion country.

Catholic News Agency (CNA) broke the news last August of Soros’s leaked strategy to use Ireland as a prototype to upend anti-abortion laws in Catholic countries around the world. CNA reported: “With one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the world, a win there could impact other strongly Catholic countries in Europe, such as Poland, and provide much needed proof that change is possible, even in highly conservative places,” the document says.

The New York-based Open Society Foundations’ proposed 2016-2019 strategy for its Women’s Rights Program appears to be among the documents published by the website DCLeaks.com. … One of the program’s three themes is enabling access to legal abortion, including through efforts to repeal Ireland’s Eighth Amendment to its constitution.

The Eighth Amendment – passed by voters in 1983 – instituted a constitutional ban on abortion in Ireland. It states: The State acknowledges the right to life of the unborn and, with due regard to the equal right to life of the mother, guarantees in its laws to respect, and, as far as practicable, by its laws to defend and vindicate that right.

The leaked documents claim that OSF planned three years of strategies to “stem, mitigate and reverse the tide of fetal personhood laws and constitutional amendments” and to generate “a robust set of organizations advancing and defending sexual and reproductive rights and injecting new thinking/strategy into the field.” Additionally, the documents indicate the Soros foundation saw the legalization of same-sex marriage in Ireland in 2015 as providing “valuable and timely opportunities to advance the campaign” against the pro-life constitutional amendment.

“The Open Society Foundations work in many countries to promote full and equal rights for women, including sexual and reproductive autonomy,” an OSF spokesperson told CNA, describing the leak as part of “an aggressive crackdown on civil society and human rights activists that is taking place globally.”

According to the leaked documents, Soros’s foundation granted Amnesty International Ireland €137,000, the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA) – an affiliate of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) – €132,000, and the Abortion Rights Campaign (ARC) at least €25,000 “to work collectively on a campaign to repeal Ireland’s constitutional amendment granted equal rights to an implanted embryo as the pregnant woman (referred to as ‘fetal personhood’).”

However, Ireland’s Electoral Act of 1997 prohibits the use of overseas funding for political campaigns in the country. Following public outcry, Ireland’s Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) conducted an investigation into the donated funds to the Ireland-based abortion rights groups.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Niamh Ui Bhriain (pronounced Neeve O’Brien), a spokeswoman for the Life Institute in Ireland, noted, “Following a SIPO investigation only the ARC were obliged to hand back the amount deemed to be political, €25K. The other groups argued that their campaign was not political, which is preposterous given they want to push through a change to our Constitution.” She continues: It remains unclear as to why SIPO allowed Amnesty and the IFPA to keep almost €300,000 in political funding. However, an equally pressing question is the revelation that this funding is the tip of the iceberg, because almost €20 million has been poured into pro-abortion coffers in Ireland in the past decade to soften up Ireland to repeal the right to life of unborn children.

The Irish Catholic also observed: That an organisation calling itself the Abortion Rights Campaign (ARC) should ever have denied that it was engaged in political activities seems, on the face of it, absurd, and it is hardly surprising that it was ultimately forced to face this reality. What’s more interesting, in some ways, is that Amnesty International Ireland escaped the same fate.

Soros’s OSF has been joined in the pro-abortion Ireland campaign by U.S. billionaire Chuck Feeney and his Atlantic Philanthropies. Ui Bhriain wrote at the Life Institute in 2015 that the influx of cash from the wealthy social justice activists turned small, struggling pro-abortion organizations into powerhouses:
The Irish Council for Civil Liberties were a tiny group raising less than €9000 a year, but $11.3 million dollars of Feeney’s money transformed them into a major abortion campaigner. He gave $5.1 million to Amnesty Ireland (who for many, many years had a neutral position on abortion) and, hey presto, now they are rolling out an expensive abortion push, spending lavishly on corporate-style events and music festivals to demand abortion be legalised, as if killing babies was a human ‘right’.

Another $1.1 million was handed to the National Women’s Council of Ireland, who immediately upped their game in pushing abortion, lobbying politicians and holding pro-abortion conferences, though they were careful to take time out to attack women who publicly said that they regretted their abortions.

The handy sum of $236,850 was also forked out to the Family Planning Association in the north of Ireland to fund a court case to challenge a ban on abortion there – FPA are an associate of the ghastly Planned Parenthood Federation who have been caught on camera arranging the sale of the body parts of babies they have aborted.

Then there’s the Centre for Reproductive Rights, a massively wealthy outfit who raised €25 million in 2014 alone from the likes of Bill Gates and the Ford Foundation, and who are up to their necks in pushing abortion in Ireland.

Ui Bhriain notes that – in addition to outright direct cash to groups and organizations – the wealthy donors are also providing funding for legal cases.

The Centre for Reproductive Rights, she explains, is using funding from the Gates and Ford Foundations for “a legal case which is going to the United Nations in Geneva, accusing Ireland of ‘torture’ because we don’t approve of our babies being killed before they are born.”

“Their American lawyers appeared on Prime Time and many other Irish media outlets but they were never asked, not once, why they thought our abortion laws were any of their damn business,” she asserts, and summarizes the problem of progressive media for pro-life groups:

We actually have no idea exactly how much more has come in from Soros’s foundation or any other source to abortion campaigners. What’s reported could just be the tip of the iceberg. The media in Ireland are not remotely interested in investigating the millions coming into push for abortion – most of them roundly ignored the Wikileaks revelations, and barely covered the SIPO investigations which saw a fraction being returned. Had Soros being giving millions to pro-life groups it would have made news headlines for a week or more.

It’s all part of a media strategy which demands no transparency or accountability from abortion campaigners but holds pro-life people to a completely different set of standards.

According to Ui Bhriain, U.S. President Donald Trump’s expansion of the pro-life Mexico City policy – barring U.S. funds to non-governmental organizations that promote or perform abortion – is a positive influence.

“Organisations like Planned Parenthood and Centre for Reproductive Rights are determined to see abortion on demand available everywhere,” she explains. “The expansion of the Mexico City policy and changes to laws in the U.S. does mean that these might be seeking to spread resources around a little more. However, because they understand the huge significance of Ireland’s pro-life laws, they will do all they can to push abortion here.”

Ui Bhriain says now she and her colleagues are expecting a referendum to abolish the Eighth Amendment next spring.

“The new Taoiseach (prime minister) Leo Varadkar is making the vote a priority,” she notes, adding, however, that the campaign to repeal the amendment is not coming from the general public.

The Irish Times reports that, despite the Citizens’ Assembly vote to extend abortion access with “no restrictions as to reasons” (64%), “The evidence of today’s poll suggests that Irish voters do not share the views of the assembly on the extent of liberalisation.”

The report continues: They believe that Ireland’s abortion laws should be changed, for sure: there are solid majorities for legalising abortion in cases of a serious physical or mental risk to the women’s health, in cases of rape, or a foetal abnormality that makes death likely.

But voters are split in cases of a foetal abnormality where death is not likely (36% favour liberalisation, 47% oppose it) and categorically against abortion for socio-economic reasons.

Asked simply if abortion should be available on request, two-thirds (67%) say no.

“Abortion campaigners rely heavily on the mainstream media support (which is almost absolute with many Irish journalists openly campaigning for abortion), and they do not have a good ground game,” states Ui Bhriain. “After the 2008 economic crash, some extreme left-wing TDs were elected by communities understandably angry at austerity measures, but they have used those platforms to relentlessly push for abortion.”

The pro-life activist says that her organization’s initiatives, such as the National Life Canvass days, have the benefit of thousands of volunteers who move door-to-door to talk to average citizens about abortion.

“There are 1.1 million homes in Ireland,” Ui Bhriain observes. “We’ve reached almost 200,000 with the Canvass so far, and expect to reach a total of 800,000 before polling Day.”

Ui Bhriain notes that Planned Parenthood has described Ireland as the “jewel in the crown of the pro-life movement.”

“That’s because Ireland’s experience shows that you could ban abortion and protect women’s lives,” she explains. “We have one of the lowest maternal mortality rates and some of the best maternal healthcare in the world according to the UN. So abortion campaigners are focused on smashing Ireland’s laws because they know pro-lifers the world over can look to Ireland as a real, proven example of why abortion is never necessary.”

Even though the ghoul George Soros and the rest of the murderous left seem quite capable of ignoring (and even celebrating) the moral atrocities they are responsible for, why do they also choose to ignore simple scientific fact? Abortion ends a human life, this is simple and verifiable scientific fact. This "clump of cells" that these fiends so casually discard is indeed a human being. Given that:

1) The babies heart starts beating between 18 and 25 days,
2) EEGs show the presence of brainwaves at 43 days (we accept the absence of brain waves as an indication of death, may as well accept their presence as an indication of life),
3) All brain and body functions are present at 8 weeks,
4) At 8 weeks the baby will wake, sleep, make a fist, suck his thumb, and get hiccups
5) At 10 weeks the baby is sensitive to heat, touch, light and noise.
6) at the moment of conception, a genetically unique individual has its genesis, a being is created that has never existed before in our universe.

Abortion ends a human life, that is simple scientific fact...yet, the left celebrates snuffing out this innocent life? Leftists are murderous psychopaths, there is no other explanation.

The combination of Soros:
1. Push for abortion,
2. Funding the invasion of Muslims into Europe.
3. Providing Money support to end capital punishment in the USA for our most heinous crimes.
Can only make sense one way. Soros believes in Satan and serves him.
He is Destroying the innocent. Creating chaos in developed countries and saving murderer lives is evil. This kike stands for EVERYTHING that is repugnant and evil in this world today.

Reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw a while back: "Heaven doesn't want me, and Hell's afraid I'll take over."

one of many, Globalist killing pricks doing what they do.

Breitbart, London:
Leaked George Soros Plan to Turn Ireland into a Pro-Abortion Country

Ireland's Gay P M Varadkar rise to National leadership too is certainly a 'globalist' masonic installation.
