The Civil Rights Act of 1964 Is Wholly Unconstitutional
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is wholly unconstitutional. Although, currently, it is selectively enforced against Whites only, it violates everyone's First Amendment right to freedom of association.
Findlaw's statement on Freedom of Association: "The Supreme Court has long held that the First Amendment's protection of free speech, assembly, and petition logically extends to include a 'freedom of association.'" |
