Cordiality: A Behavior to Target

Cordiality. Genuinely kind feeling, especially the expression of such feeling; sympathetic geniality; hearty warmth. Cordiality is more friendly than mere politeness, but there is a poise to it, a reserve of conduct that proscribes any overtly enticing behavior. Ironically, when someone is cordial, it can have an enticing effect from the fact that others admire her bearing, her good character, the way she carries herself. People who learn how to be cordial during their youth will have better lives than those who don't learn.
