That Batman show is queer if anything. Two grown Hushpuppy wearing frat types who aren't brothers. But, dwelling under the same roof with a male butler. Now, what grown man needs a butler?
Those two 3rd rate actors never starred in anything else except that series, as far as I know. And why's that? Maybe, any other 1st or even 2nd rate actor probably rejected the part, because it was too gay or campy or both. So, Adam West and Burt ward were left and probably had to burgle plenty of turds, in order to boot their careers, while the Village People watched and decided to launch theirs, according to the same recipe.
