It's very simple, because of the Jewish bankers who caused the housing crash of 2008.
How?
Through derivatives speculation in Credit Default Swaps, which are insurance policies betting that American homeowners would default on their mortgages. The Jewish bankers on wall street created these instruments, and then they bet against them, that American's wouldn't be able to pay theHir mortgages, and their bets would pay off in the hundreds of millions of dollars in cash profits on each CDS trade.
