Richard Lynn is a British Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of Ulster. He is best known for his books about eugenics, dysgenics, and heritable differences in IQ (intelligence quotient) of human races. Eugenics are practices aimed at improving genetic composition of a population. Dysgenics is the study of factors producing disadvantageous genes in offspring.
