We are in Paris in the Barbès neighborhood, a few minutes by foot from famous Montmartre. Meeting Europeans is practically impossible.
France has the most immigrants of any European country. Russia is taking the same path. Some streets resemble a bazaars where they sell Middle Eastern bread and phony Swiss watches and used clothing on the street.
Sometimes the police raid and arrest a few people while others flee.
Life goes on, indifferent to the police.
During the 70's the flourishing economy needed cheap labor.

Far-Right Extremists Rally Against Immigrants
The following weekend, with an underlying anger toward the migrants, many locals attended a protest organized by a far-right group called Sauvons Calais. VICE News was at the demonstration, which featured neo-Nazi affiliated speakers, talk of extermination, and even a Nazi salute. We also went to a new migrant camp set up in an old recycling yard, where many people flocked to after police destroyed other camps in July. While the site has become a main source of anger for the far-right, its residents are hoping for a brighter future.

Migrant Crisis in Calais: Britain's Border War
Refugees from Afghanistan, Syria, Sudan, and Eritrea steadily descend on a migrant camp in the French coastal town of Calais. They hope to gain entry to the UK, just 21 miles away across the English Channel. But in May, French police destroyed their camp and told the migrants to go elsewhere. And so they moved... across the street. With the few tents and blankets they're able to salvage, the refugees formed the Salam camp, which now holds about 400 people.

Evicting the Unwanted: Berlin's Refugee Crisis
In late June, Berlin’s central Kreuzberg district became the scene of a tense standoff between a group of refugees squatting in an abandoned school and the district authorities. The refugees had moved into the school after authorities destroyed refugee camps just a few months earlier. As more and more squatters moved in, the governing Green party faced pressure to resolve a situation where hygiene was deteriorating and crime was becoming an issue.
On June 24, authorities attempted to evict refugees from the school. With the refugees refusing to leave, the school and surrounding neighborhood block was besieged for eight days by riot police, protesters and press.

“In Gaza There is a Genocide Taking Place”
Comrade Nikos Michos (MP of Evia, Greece) presents an argument before the Committee on National Defense pertaining to the Gaza situation.
Israel, despite the murders committed in Gaza has not been sanctioned by Greece or NATO. MP Michos spoke of the situation in Serbia and the bloodshed that had occurred. NATO, the UN, and Greece showed no sensitivity there. He then made reference to Syria and the Christian massacres in the country by radical Muslims.
